The Equipment List includes all chemical process equipment (machines) in the device (or main item) and auxiliary equipment (machines) related to the chemical process. Generally, the equipment (machines) are divided into two categories: standard and non-standard. When compiling the Equipment List, you can fill in the two categories separately, with non-standard equipment first.
The columns set up in the Equipment List are shown in the attached table. Filling requirements are as follows: 1 Serial number
Compile according to the order in which the equipment (machine) is filled in the Equipment List, expressed in Arabic numerals. Generally, fill in the main equipment first, and fill in the same type of equipment together. 2 Equipment position number
Fill in the equipment position number of the equipment (machine) in the pipeline and instrument flow chart. 3 Equipment Name
Fill in the name of the equipment (machine) in Chinese and make it consistent with its name in the pipeline and instrument flow chart and equipment diagram. 4 Technical specifications of non-standard equipment (machine) (1) Tower type
Fill in the overall dimensions (diameter, height), type (packed tower, plate tower, spray tower), name, model, specification, size and quantity of characteristic internal parts (for example: name, model or geometric dimensions of packing and number of packing layers and layer height, model and specification, size and quantity of float valve, bubble cap or sieve hole on the tower plate, stainless steel wire mesh demister, etc.). (2) Heat exchanger
Fill in the type of heat exchanger (tube type, plate type, plate fin type, spiral plate type, heat pipe type...); overall dimensions (diameter, length, width, height, etc.): heat exchange area (unit or group): specifications, dimensions and quantity of heat exchange elements (for tube type, fill in the outer diameter, wall thickness, tube length and number of tube roots: for plate type, fill in the heat exchange area of ​​single plate and number of plates.). (3) Tanks and containers
Fill in the dimensions (diameter, length, width, height): volume, relevant internal parts and fillers (such as heating coils, demisters, filter elements, filter media, etc.) and necessary technical specifications. (4) Reactors
Fill in the reactor type (fixed bed, fluidized bed, tubular reactor, etc.): dimensions: catalyst model and quantity: specifications, models and dimensions of special internal parts (agitators, heat exchangers). (5) Industrial furnaces and other equipment
Fill in the equipment type, structural composition and dimensions as well as representative characteristic technical specifications (furnace tube specifications, heating area*).
In the technical specifications of the above-mentioned types of equipment, the operating conditions and design conditions must also be filled in, i.e. pressure, temperature, processing capacity, medium name, etc.
When the equipment has two or more operating conditions, the operating conditions and design conditions must be filled in separately. For example, the different operating and design conditions on both sides of the heat exchanger; the working conditions of the reactor during normal operation and regeneration, etc. 5 Technical specifications of standard equipment
Fill in the relevant technical specifications according to the type of standard equipment (machine) (pump, fan, compressor, centrifuge, etc.), and the filling requirements are as follows:
(1) Compressor
Fill in the type (reciprocating, centrifugal, screw), number of stages, processing capacity (inlet gas volume), inlet and outlet pressure and temperature, medium name and composition, if it is oil-free lubrication, it should be noted. The technical specifications and relevant parameters of the compressor drive machine (motor, steam turbine, etc.) should also be filled in and listed as an independent content. For motors, fill in power, speed, voltage, type (ordinary, explosion-proof, three-proof, outdoor, etc.); for steam turbines, fill in power, speed, steam parameters, etc.; other power machines should also write out power, speed and other special parameters. (2) For pumps, fill in the type (centrifugal, reciprocating, gear type, etc.), processing capacity (flow rate, head), medium name, operating temperature, inlet pressure (if the inlet pressure is high), medium density, seal type (if it is a common stuffing box seal, it can be omitted). If necessary, the net positive suction head of each pump should be noted. The technical specifications of the pump driver should be filled in according to the technical specifications of the compressor driver. (3) For fans, fill in the type (centrifugal, axial flow, and induced draft fan, ventilator, blower), processing capacity (air volume, air pressure), name of the transported medium and inlet status (pressure, temperature and components, etc.). The outlet angle of some types of fans should also be noted.
The technical specifications of the fan driver should be filled in according to the technical specifications of the compressor driver. (4) For other standard equipment, fill in the type, processing capacity, operating conditions or design conditions. The technical specifications of the driver should be filled in according to the technical specifications of the compressor driver. (5) Combined equipment (machine) and complete equipment (machine) Combined equipment (machine) means that the equipment is composed of equipment (machine) of different categories. The technical specifications of this equipment should be compiled and filled in according to the different categories of equipment. For example, a distillation tower has a water-cooled reflux condenser at the top and a gold-type steam reboiler at the bottom. The technical specifications should be filled in according to the heat exchanger and distillation tower respectively. The technical specifications of complete equipment (machine) and units generally indicate the type, processing capacity, medium conditions, operating conditions and design conditions. The technical specifications of the drive unit should be listed separately. If necessary, each sub-item of equipment (machine) can be filled in one by one according to the composition of the equipment (machine) and unit. For large multi-stage compressor units, after filling in the main engine, the relevant inter-stage auxiliary equipment (cooler, separator, buffer tank, etc.) should also be described.
6 Model or drawing number
For standard equipment, fill in the model. For complete equipment (machine), fill in the model, and if necessary, the models of the main engine, auxiliary equipment and ancillary equipment should also be filled in. For non-standard equipment, fill in the manufacturing drawing number. 7 Nozzle Orientation Drawing Number
Fill in the nozzle orientation drawing number of non-standard equipment (machine). When the nozzle orientation is according to the equipment drawing, it should be noted as "according to the equipment drawing". 8 Materials
Fill in the materials selected for the equipment (machine). Generally, only the name of the material of the main part is written. The main material is composed of two or more materials. Especially when there are precious materials, it should be filled in separately according to the different materials. Equipment (machine) internal parts and fillers 37
Those that can be ordered separately (such as tower fillers, catalysts in reactors, adsorbents, etc.) should be listed separately. The total material composition of the equipment (machine) should be written in the first line of this column, and then the sub-items are arranged downwards. Chinese and material codes can be used when filling in. 9 Heat Insulation and Sound Insulation
Fill in the corresponding type code and the thickness of its main layer in the heat insulation and sound insulation column. For code regulations, see HG20519.30-92. 10 Internal anti-corrosion
Generally, only fill in whether anti-corrosion is required, or simply mark the name of the main anti-corrosion material and the number of coating layers. 11 Remarks
Fill in matters that need to be supplemented in the form, such as the manufacturer name of certain standardized equipment (machines) (especially special equipment, machines and materials must be specified), special requirements for installation, whether to use old equipment or reuse, heating form (if any), fire protection requirements (if any) and other matters that need to be explained. 12 Filling instructions
When filling in the technical specifications, indicate the installation form of the equipment (machine) (vertical or horizontal). The sub-items in the technical specifications, such as tower packing, catalyst, driver, etc., must be listed in separate lines to correspond to the following columns (such as quantity, unit, weight, etc.).
