Some standard content:

GB/T2666—2001
This standard is a revision of GB/T2666-1993 "Men's and Women's Western-style Trousers". In the revision of this standard, the Japanese T-shirt Standard JISL4208-1992 "Finished Men's Western-style Suit" was adopted by reference. This revision will expand the scope of application to woolen clothing such as men's and women's western-style trousers and skirts, cancel the 5.3 series and other contents, add the main contents such as the limit of formaldehyde content, color fastness regulations, pilling regulations, composition and content regulations, and supplement the contents of defect determination. Other technical contents have also been greatly changed. Appendix A of this standard "Test method for the degree of seam disengagement" partially adopts the provisions of FZ/T20019-1999 "Test method for the degree of seam disengagement of wool woven fabrics".
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are appendices to the standard. This standard shall be implemented from February 1, 2002. From the date of implementation, this standard will also replace GB/T2666-1993. This standard was proposed by the former State Textile Industry Bureau. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Clothing Standardization. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Garment Research Institute, National Garment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai), Beijing Garment Quality Supervision and Inspection Station 1, Wenzhou Quality and Technical Supervision and Inspection Institute, and participated in the drafting by Shanshan Co., Ltd., Baoxiniao Group Co., Ltd., Fapai Fashion Design Institute, Ningbo Romon Group, Jiangsu Dacang Group and other units. The main drafters of this standard are: Xu Jian, Xu Yunbao, Jiang Yanxiang, Le Jizhun, Lin Owen, Lin Yuemei, and Lu Huiping. 27.1

According to the degree of non-compliance of the product with the standard and the impact on the product's performance and appearance, defects are divided into three categories: a) Serious defects
Defects that seriously reduce the product's performance and seriously affect the product's appearance are called serious defects. b) Serious defects
Defects that do not seriously reduce the product's performance and do not seriously affect the product's appearance, but are more seriously non-compliant with the provisions of the standard, are called serious defects.
c) Minor defects
Defects that do not meet the provisions of the standard but have a minor impact on the product's performance and appearance are called minor defects. 5.2.2 The basis for determining quality defects is shown in Table 12. Table 12

Test method for the degree of seam disengagement
This test method refers to FZ/T20019-1999 "Test method for the degree of seam disengagement of wool woven fabrics". A1 Principle
Apply a certain load in the direction perpendicular to the fabric seam, the seam disengages, and the maximum distance of its disengagement is measured. A2 Load applied
The load is (100±5)N.
A3 Equipment and materials
A3.1 For ordinary household and industrial sewing machines, the sewing needle should be of a model suitable for the fabric used. A3.2 Sewing thread should be of a quality suitable for the fabric used. A3.3 The distance between the upper and lower clamps of the fabric strength machine is 10.0cm, the lower clamp has a descending speed of 5.0cm/min when there is no load, and the pre-tension hammer is 2N.
A4 Test environment
Standard atmosphere for humidity adjustment and testing, temperature (20±2)℃, relative humidity 60%~70%. A5 Test requirements and preparation
A5.1 The sample size of the finished product is 5.0cm×20.0cm (including the clamping part), and its edge should be perpendicular to the seam. A5.2 Number of specimens Three pieces should be cut from the radial direction of the fabric or finished product. A5.3 Fold the cut specimen in half and sew it with a sewing machine at a position 1.3 cm parallel to the crease mark. Tie the suture firmly and finally open the specimen along the suture.
A6 Test steps
A6.1 Separate the two clamps of the strength machine to 10.0 cm. The edges of the two clamps must be parallel to each other and perpendicular to the moving direction. A6.2 Fix the specimen in the middle of the clamps (first hang a 2N preload clamp on the lower end of the specimen, and then tighten the lower clamp) so that the seam and the edges of the clamps are parallel to each other.
A6.3 Gradually increase the load to (100 ± 5) N at a speed of 5.0 cm/min, stop the lower clamp from descending, and then measure the maximum distance of the seam separation vertically on the strength machine. See Figure A1.285
