4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
JB/T6500-1992
4.1.1 The drilling rig shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The various raw materials used to manufacture the drilling rig shall comply with the requirements of the drawings, and their mechanical properties and chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards and industry standards. www.bzxz.net
4.1.3 The limit deviation of machined parts with indicated tolerances shall not be lower than the provisions of IT14 grade in GB1804. 4.1.4 The unformed position tolerance of parts shall not be lower than the provisions of D grade in GB1184. 4.1.5 The casting deviation of castings shall be selected according to the casting material and production batch in accordance with the provisions of GB6414. 4.1.6 Castings are not allowed to have casting defects such as cracks, cold shuts, shrinkage, etc. that affect the performance. 4.2 Technical requirements for main parts
4.2.1 The main shaft and impact shaft
The material is made of 45 steel with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB699, and its quenched and tempered hardness is 217~255HB. 4.2.2 Impact large gear
a, the material is made of 45 steel with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB699, and the tooth surface hardness is 217~255HB; b, the machining accuracy of the three tolerance groups of the teeth should not be lower than Grade 9 in GB10095; c. The tooth surface roughness parameter R value is 6.3μm. 4.2.3 Impact small gear
a, the material is made of 45 steel with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB699, and its tempering hardness is 217~255HB, and the tooth surface quenching hardness is 35~45HRC;
b, the machining accuracy of the three tolerance groups of the teeth should not be lower than Grade 9 in GB10095; c. The tooth surface roughness parameter R. value is 6.3um. 4.2.4 Impact spring and buffer spring
a. The material is made of 60Si2Mn steel with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB1222; b. The heat treatment hardness is 44~50HRC;
c. The spring surface should not have cracks, pits, scars and decarburization defects; d: The permanent deformation, spring characteristics and test methods of the spring should comply with the provisions of GB1239.4 4.2.5 Keyway
a. The symmetry of the symmetry plane of the keyway to the center line of the shaft or hub without symmetry shall not be lower than Grade 9 in Appendix Table 4 of GB1184; b. The parallelism of the symmetry plane of the keyway to the center line of the shaft or hub without parallelism shall not be lower than Grade 8 in Appendix Table 3 of GB1184. 4.2.6 Thread processing
According to GB197, the dimensional accuracy is generally: 7H for internal thread and 8h for external thread. The surface roughness parameter R value is 6.3μm. 4.3 Technical requirements for component assembly
4.3.1 All components of the drilling rig must be inspected and qualified. Purchased and outsourced components must have product quality inspection certificates before they can be assembled. 4.3.2 Frame components
There should be no obvious bending, skewing, etc. after welding. The surface of the steel sections installed with the same set of bearing seats should be on the same plane, and the flatness error should not exceed 2mm. The flatness and inclination of the remaining planes and the verticality error of each vertical component should not exceed 2mm within a length of 1m.
4.3.3 Impact mechanism components

a. The upper and lower ends of the connecting rod and the pin shaft after assembly should rotate flexibly; b. All pulleys should rotate flexibly, and the guide pulley should move freely in the axial direction; c. The double connecting rod mechanism should work synchronously.
4.3.4 Rod components
a. After welding the upper and lower skeletons of the rod, the verticality error of the adjacent two surfaces shall not exceed 2mm; b. All pulleys shall rotate flexibly and shall not have axial movement; c. The flatness error of the joint surface of the two flanges of the connecting rod shall not exceed 1mm. 4.3.5 Rolling bearing assembly
Turn by hand, it should be evenly tight and flexible. 4.3.6 Assembly of sliding bearings
The contact angle between the bearing shell and the journal should be within the range of 70°~100°, and the contact spots shall not be less than 4 points within the area of ​​25mm×25mm4.3.7 Gear pair assembly
a. The side clearance of the gear pair is grade 9 as specified in GB10095; b. The contact spots of the cylindrical gear pair shall not be less than 30% and 40% respectively along the tooth height and tooth length directions. 4.3.8 Assembly of worm gear pair
The tooth side clearance is Grade 9 specified in GB10089, and the contact spot is not less than 40% and 45% along the tooth length and tooth height respectively. 4.3.9 Assembly of sprocket and chain
a. The sprocket should not have axial movement on the shaft; b. The symmetry of the symmetry plane of the tooth width of the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket shall not be greater than 2/1000 of the center distance between the two sprockets; C. The droop of the loose edge of the chain should be within the range of 1%~5% of the center distance between the two sprockets. 4.3.10 Assembly of pulley and belt
a. The pulley should not have axial movement on the shaft; b. The symmetry of the symmetry plane of the belt groove of the driving and driven pulleys using V-belts shall not be greater than 2/1000 of the center distance of the pulleys; C. The center distance of the pulleys should be adjustable and a reliable positioning mechanism should be provided. 4.4 Technical requirements for the whole machine
4.4.1 When the drilling rig is running at no load, all mechanisms should run smoothly without interference and abnormal noise. 4.4.2 When the drilling rig works under the specified conditions, the temperature rise of its rolling bearing shall not exceed 40℃, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃, and the maximum temperature of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 70℃.
4.4.3 When the drilling rig works under the specified conditions, its stroke, stroke frequency, winch lifting capacity and stabilizer rod bearing capacity shall all meet the requirements of Table 1. However, when the rod load is 1.25 times the rated load, it should be stable and without deformation. 4.4.4 When the drilling rig works under the specified conditions, when braking under the required main winch lifting force, its braking distance is less than 0.5m. 4.4.5 When the drilling rig works under the specified conditions, the impact beam shall not be distorted or axially moved, and the buffer mechanism shall not have knocking sounds. 4.4.6 When the drilling rig works under the specified conditions, its noise shall not be greater than 95dB (A) 4.4.7 For the lifting rod, the upper section of the stabilizer rod shall be able to move up and down flexibly in the lower section of the stabilizer rod. When the stabilizer rod is in the working position, the support slips of the upper stabilizer rod and the support plate of the lower rod shall be in close contact. 4.4.8 Each operating and adjusting mechanism shall be easy to operate, flexible to adjust, accurately positioned, safe and reliable. 3

4.4.9 The clutch and brake shall be able to engage and disengage reliably, and the friction contact area shall not be greater than 75% of the total friction area. The operating system shall be flexible and reliable, and the positioning gear plate shall be accurately positioned. 4.4.10 After the components are assembled, fill them with sufficient lubricating oil. 4.4.11 The non-processed surfaces of various parts of the drilling rig shall be painted, and the exposed processed surfaces shall be rust-proofed. 4.4.12 During the production test, the drilling depth and hole diameter shall meet the design indicators at the same time, and the drilling depth of one well shall exceed the design drilling depth by 5%.
4.4.13 The average trouble-free working time of the drilling rig is 360h. 4.4.14 Technical requirements for towed drilling rigs
a. The wheelbase, total mass, minimum ground clearance and overall dimensions shall meet the design requirements; b. The braking distance of tractor traction operation, braking stable deceleration and parking brake performance shall meet the relevant provisions of GB7258; C. The maneuverability and rolling distance of the unit shall meet the design requirements. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Test methods
The test methods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6278. 5.2 Inspection rules
5.2.1 General requirements
5.2.1.1 Each drilling rig must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department and issued with a certificate of conformity before it can leave the factory. 5.2.1.2 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2.2 Factory inspection
5.2.2.1 Inspection conditions
a. The drilling rig shall be inspected before leaving the factory; b. The drilling rig shall be inspected under normal technical status and normal lubrication conditions. 5.2.2.2 Inspection items
Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the items specified in Articles 4.1.6, 4.3.2~4.3.5, 4.3.7, 4.3.8, 4.3.9a, 4.3.9c, 4.3.10.a, 4.3.10c, 4.4.1, 4.4.5, 4.4.7, 4.4.8, 4.4.10 and 4.4.11 of this standard. 5.2.2.3 Sampling and determination principles
Sampling and determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The form, batch and AQL value of random inspection shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.2.3 Type inspection
5.2.3.1 Inspection conditions
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Trial design and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d. When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; e. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection; f. In batch production, it shall be carried out at least once every 2 to 3 years. 4
5.2.3.2 Inspection items
a. All items of factory inspection;

b. Inspection according to the provisions of Articles 4.4.2~4.4.4, 4.4.6, 4.4.12~4.4.14 of this standard. Articles 4.4.12 and 4.4.13 may not be inspected during routine supervisory inspections. 5.2.3.3 Sampling and judgment principles
There shall be at least 2 drilling rigs for type inspection. If one item of the inspected drilling rig fails during the inspection, double sampling shall be conducted from the original batch of products to inspect the unqualified item. If it still fails, the batch of drilling rigs shall be judged to be unqualified. 5.2.4 Reliability test
Generally, it shall be conducted once every 3~5 years. At least 3 drilling rigs shall be sampled for reliability test each time. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
Fix the product nameplate in a conspicuous position on the drilling rig frame, and its content includes a. product name and model;
b. main technical parameters;
c. factory date and number;
d. manufacturer's name.
6.2 Packaging and transportation
6.2.1 When transporting the drilling rig, the main engine and drilling tools are allowed to be naked, but the accessories should be fixed reliably and prevented from moisture and damage during transportation. 6.2.2 The technical documents shipped with the rig should include: a. product quality inspection certificate;
b, operation and maintenance instructions;
c. product packing list.
6.2.3 The drilling rig should be protected from mechanical damage during transportation. When the towed drilling rig is towed and transported on the road, the driving speed shall not exceed 20km/h. 6.3 Purchase and storage
6.3.1 The drilling rig should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof and non-corrosive environment. When stored for a long time, it should be regularly inspected, maintained and serviced according to the requirements of the instruction manual.
6.3.2 When the trailer-mounted drilling rig is stored for a long time, the trailer should be lifted up by a support mechanism or a block to lift the tires off the ground. 7 Quality assurance
If the user complies with the instructions for use provided by the drilling rig manufacturer, within one year from the date of delivery, if the rig is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge.
