1 General
1.0.1 This regulation is formulated to ensure that the competition hall and related rooms of the gymnasium meet the hearing environment requirements of the functional use, measure the acoustic characteristics of the gymnasium, and inspect the quality of the gymnasium's municipal engineering. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to the acoustic design and acoustic measurement of newly built, renovated, and expanded gymnasiums.
1.0.3 The acoustic design of the gymnasium should start from the architectural design stage, and the architectural acoustic design, sound reinforcement design, and noise control design of the gymnasium should be coordinated and carried out simultaneously.
1.0.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of this code, the acoustic design and acoustic measurement of gymnasiums shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national mandatory standards in force.
2 Architectural acoustic design
2.1 General requirements
2.1.1 The architectural acoustic conditions of the competition hall of the gymnasium should be based on ensuring the clarity of language:
2.1.2 The auditorium and competition venue in the competition hall shall not have sound quality defects such as echo, flutter echo and sound focusing. 2.1.3 When determining the architectural acoustic treatment plan for the competition hall, the building structure, the configuration of the auditorium and competition venue, the speaker setting, and the requirements of fire prevention and moisture resistance should be considered. When dealing with issues such as sound absorption, reflected sound and avoiding sound defects in the competition hall, natural sound sources and sound reinforcement speakers should be used as the main sound sources.
2.2 Reverberation time
2.2.1 The reverberation time of the full-field 500~1000Hz of the competition hall of the comprehensive gymnasium and the ratio of the reverberation time of each frequency to the reverberation time of 500~1000Hz should adopt the indicators specified in Table 2.2.1-1 and Table 2.2.1-2. 2.2.3 For an ice skating rink with figure skating performance function, the reverberation time of its competition hall can be designed according to the reverberation time of the competition hall of a comprehensive gymnasium with a volume greater than 80,000m2. The reverberation time of the competition hall of a special gymnasium such as an ice hockey hall, speed skating hall, tennis hall, and twisting track hall can be designed according to the reverberation time of the competition hall of a swimming pool.
2.2.4 The reverberation time should be calculated according to formula (2.2.4) for the six frequencies of 125Hz, 250Hz, 500Hz, 1000Hz, 2000Hz, and 4000Hz, and the calculated value should be rounded to one decimal place. 0.161V

2.3.1Sound absorbing materials or structures shall be set above the competition hall. The glass windows around the competition hall should be equipped with sound-absorbing windows 2.3.2
2.3.3 The gables or other large-area walls of the competition hall should be treated with sound absorption.
2.3.4 The low walls and stand railings around the competition venue should be equipped with sound-absorbing structures, or the inclination angle and shape should be controlled. 3 Noise control
3.1 General requirements and indoor backpack noise limits 3.1.1 The noise control design of the competition hall and related rooms should take measures from the overall design, plane layout, and the sound insulation, sound absorption, sound elimination, vibration isolation and other aspects of the building.
3.1.2 The background noise of the competition hall and related rooms shall not exceed the corresponding indoor background noise limit.
3.1.3 The impact of gymnasium noise on the environment shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Urban Area Environmental Noise Standard" GB3096 3.1.4 When the stadium competition hall, VIP lounge, expansion control room, TV commentator room and sound reinforcement broadcasting studio are unoccupied, under the condition of normal operation of ventilation, air conditioning, dimming and other equipment, the indoor background noise limit shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.1.4.

3.2 Noise control and other acoustic requirements
3.2.1 The competition hall should use rest corridors to isolate external noise interference. The rest corridor should be treated with sound absorption and noise reduction.
3.2.2 The weighted sound insulation of the enclosure structure of the VIP lounge should be determined according to the environmental noise conditions:
3.2.3 The partition walls between the TV commentator rooms should have the necessary weighted sound insulation; the reverberation time of the TV commentator room should not be greater than 0.5s in the frequency range of 125-4000Hz; the inner surface of the TV commentator room should be treated with sound absorption.
3.2.4 The air supply and return ducts leading to the competition hall, VIP lounge, expansion control room, TV commentator room, sound reinforcement studio and other rooms should adopt noise elimination, noise reduction and vibration reduction measures. There should be no obstacles that cause noise at the air outlet.
3.2.5 Various equipment rooms such as air-conditioning rooms and boiler rooms should be away from rooms with quiet requirements such as competition halls and VIP rest rooms. When they are connected to the main building, effective noise reduction and vibration isolation measures should be taken. 4 Sound reinforcement design
General requirements
4.1.1 The sound reinforcement system should ensure sufficient sound pressure level in the competition hall and related technical rooms, and the sound should be clear and the sound field should be uniform. 4.1.2 According to the use requirements, the gymnasium sound reinforcement system should include some or all of the following subsystems that may be used independently at the same time: 1) Sound reinforcement system for the audience seats;
2) Sound reinforcement system for the competition venue;
3) Check-in and call system for athletes, coaches, referees, medical personnel and other personnel for rest, practice and work; 4) Music and broadcasting system in the audience rest room; 5) Broadcasting system near the outside population;
6) Other systems (such as underwater sound reinforcement system in swimming pools, music playback system for gymnastics competitions, etc.).
4.1.3 The sound reinforcement characteristic indicators of the sound reinforcement system in the competition hall can be divided into three levels according to the provisions of Table 4.1.3. The sound reinforcement characteristic index of the auditorium sound reinforcement system shall be selected according to the provisions of Table 4.1.3; the sound reinforcement characteristic index of the competition venue sound reinforcement system can be the same level as that of the auditorium or lower level (excluding the sound reinforcement characteristics of the mobile return system).
4.1.4 The sound reinforcement system of the competition hall should adopt a combination of fixed installation and mobile setting.
4.1.5 The sound reinforcement characteristic index of the sound reinforcement system of the competition hall of special gymnasiums such as swimming pools and track and field halls can be selected as level 2 or 3 according to the use requirements.
4.2 Setting of microphone and speaker system
4.2.1 According to the use requirements, sound reinforcement microphone sockets should be set at the rostrum, around the competition venue, referee seat, registration office, safety and fire duty office and interruption notification office; the sound reinforcement microphone should be a microphone that is conducive to suppressing acoustic feedback and has low impedance balanced output. 4.2.2 The distance between the main sound reinforcement and the place where the sound reinforcement microphone may be set should be large and small. Note: The critical distance refers to the distance from the point where the average direct sound energy density and the average reverberation sound energy density are equal in the sound field to the center of the sound source. 4.2.3 The characteristics and configuration of the sound reinforcement loudspeaker system shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 of this Regulation, and the direct sound coverage shall be uniform. bZxz.net
4.2.4 The loudspeaker system shall be installed openly: when concealed, the sound radiation of the loudspeaker system must be ensured to be unobstructed. It shall be firmly installed and shall not generate noise due to vibration.
4.2.5 The five connections between the sound reinforcement equipment shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Preferred connection values ​​for interconnection of sound system equipment" GIB14197. 4.3 Sound reinforcement control room
The technical requirements of the sound reinforcement control room shall comply with the following provisions: 1) An observation window with a movable window sash shall be provided; the size and position of the window shall ensure that the tuner has a good view of the rostrum, referee's seat, competition venue and part of the audience seats when working normally;
2) The area shall meet the needs of equipment layout and normal maintenance. The ground should be paved with raised floors or covered cable trenches; 3) Sound absorption treatment should be done indoors;
4) An equipment room should be set up to place equipment that emits interference noise during normal operation (such as power amplifiers with cooling fans and equipment cabinets, power transformers, etc.). There should be a 20B sound insulation capacity between the equipment and the sound reinforcement control room:
5) A sound reinforcement broadcasting studio should be set up, and sound absorption treatment should be done indoors. 4.3.2 Sound reinforcement equipment 1. For grounding, an independent grounding busbar should be set up, and single-point grounding should be done. The grounding resistance must be less than 404.3.3 The power supply of the street reinforcement equipment should be separated from the power supply of the thyristor dimming equipment.

4.3.4 Several pairs of pipelines should be left between the sound reinforcement control room and the competition venue. 5 Acoustic measurement
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 After the completion of the recreational hall, acoustic measurements should be carried out and an acoustic test report should be submitted. The completion documents should include the final acoustic test results. 5.1.2 Acoustic measurements should be carried out under the condition that the electrical indicators of the expansion system are normal. The measurement items should include reverberation time, background noise, maximum sound level, transmission frequency characteristics, sound transmission gain and sound field unevenness. 5.1.3 When measuring various acoustic characteristic indicators, the data measured at the audience seat measurement point and the competition venue measurement point can be processed separately. 5.1.4 When the sound pressure level measured at different measurement frequencies or positions is calculated by calculation method to calculate the average sound pressure level (or average characteristic), the arithmetic mean can be taken, otherwise the energy average should be taken. 5.1.5 When measuring the acoustic characteristic indicators in the competition hall, music and language sections should be used to conduct subjective audition at representative locations in the competition hall, and necessary adjustments should be made in combination with the measurement results and listening experience. 5.2 Measuring instruments
5.2.1 The noise signal generator shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Method for measuring hall sound reinforcement characteristics" GB4959. 5.2.2 The test power amplifier shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Method for measuring hall sound reinforcement characteristics" GB4959. 5.2.3 The test microphone shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Technical conditions for test microphones" GH3661.
5.2.41/3 or 1/1(xt bandpass filter shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "1/1 or 1/3 octave filter for sound and vibration analysis" GB3241:
5.2.5 Sound level meter shall comply with the provisions of Type I sound level meter in the current national standard "Electrical and acoustic performance and measurement method of sound level meter" GB3785:5.2.6 Level recorder shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Measurement method of hall sound reinforcement characteristics" GB4959.5.2.7 Recorder shall comply with the current national standard "Basic parameters and technical requirements for tape recorders" GB2019, which is better than the C-class index of disk type or the B-class index of cassette type.
5.2.8 Audio voltmeter shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Measurement method of hall sound reinforcement characteristics" GB4959.5.2.9 Test loudspeaker shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Measurement method of hall sound reinforcement characteristics" GF4959.5.3 Measurement Measurement conditions
5.3.1 Before measurement, the sound reinforcement equipment should be installed in the competition hall according to the design requirements, and the sound reinforcement system should be adjusted to work properly. If there is a system equalizer, it should be adjusted to the best compensation state of the system before measurement.
When measuring, the state of the doors, windows and curtains in the competition hall should be consistent with the state in actual use.
5.3.3 When measuring, the tone adjuster of the mixer in the sound reinforcement system should be placed in the "flat" position: || tt||5.3.4 When measuring reverberation time, the signal-to-noise ratio at the measuring point should be greater than 135d13; when measuring transmission frequency characteristics, sound transmission gain, maximum sound pressure level, and sound field unevenness, the signal-to-noise ratio at the measuring point should be greater than 15d3. 5.3.5 The reverberation time can be measured under empty and full conditions. The measurement of other acoustic characteristics can be carried out under empty conditions. 5.3.6 The selection of measuring points should comply with the following provisions: 1) The distance between all measuring points and the wall should be greater than 1.5m. In the auditorium (including the rostrum, referee seats, and movable auditorium) area, the height of the measuring point from the ground should be 1.2m. In the competition area, the height of the measuring point from the ground should be 1.6m.
2) For symmetrical competition halls, the measuring points can be selected in the 1/2 area or 1/4 area of ​​the competition hall (including the vicinity of the symmetry axis and within 1.5m away from the symmetry axis); for asymmetrical competition halls, the measuring points should be selected in the entire competition hall. The distribution of measuring points should be even and representative
3) The number of measuring points for transmission frequency characteristics, sound transmission gain, and maximum sound pressure level should be 5/60 of the number of seats in the measurement area in the audience area, and should not be less than 8 points; in the competition venue, it should not be less than 3 points.
4) The number of measuring points for sound field unevenness should be 1/60 of the number of seats in the measurement area in the audience area; it should not be less than 5 points in the competition venue.
5) The number of measuring points for reverberation time and background noise should not be less than 6 points in the audience area: it should not be less than 3 points in the competition venue. 5.4 Measurement method
5.4.1 When measuring transmission frequency characteristics, the instrument can be connected according to Figure 5.4.1. And it should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Measurement method of hall sound reinforcement characteristics" GP4959.

5.4.6 When measuring reverberation time, the instrument can be connected according to Figure 5 .4.6 connection, and should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Measurement Method for Hall Sound Reinforcement Characteristics" GB4959, and the selection of measurement points should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.3.6 of this regulation.

Explanation of terms used in this regulation
1. In order to facilitate the distinction in the implementation of the provisions of this regulation, the terms with different degrees of strictness in 5 --- 13- 8
