4,2 The paint color of the arm line is the same as the color of the cabin where it is located. The identification symbol is painted with a different color paint to indicate the nature of the fluid in the pipe. The identification symbol indicates the purpose or pressure of the liquid, see Table 3. The painting of the hot steam circuit and identification symbol shall still be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. The color of the identification symbol should not be the same as the color of the pipeline. If it is the same or similar, the identification symbol should be painted on the white auxiliary circle, and the width of the auxiliary diagram should be 50 wider than each side of the identification symbol. 4.3 The road paint shall be applied according to 4.2. The identification shall be made into tape according to the color in Table 3 and the tape shall be continuously wound on the pipeline. The color of the identification mark shall not be alternating with the color of the pipeline. If the color is the same or similar, the auxiliary color shall be removed on the pipeline first, and the tape shall be wound on the auxiliary. The auxiliary width shall be 50mm wider than each side of the identification mark. 629

Reputation diameterThe arrow direction of the 100mm pipeline
identification symbol indicates the flow direction of the medium in the pipe, and the pipeline with medium effective flow in the opposite direction. If necessary, the first
can be painted in the opposite direction, as shown in Figure 4. The
identification symbol should be painted on the pipeline near the machine opening equipment, valves, daily utensils, the intersection of the pipeline, the sides of the bulkhead and other places where the fluid in the kidney needs to be identified, as shown in Figures 5 to 10. The identification symbol of pipelines with a diameter less than or equal to 15mm, the arrow size can be appropriately reduced according to the actual situation. 8
In some pipelines that are obviously different due to their own stereotypes (such as main engine exhaust or exhaust gas, circulating cooling, boiler smoke, etc.): 9
And instrument pipes near machinery and equipment or pressure reducing devices, etc., do not need to be painted with identification symbols. 1D The pipes of small ships are simple and easy to identify, so they do not need to be painted with identification symbols, but they can be painted if the ship-using department deems it necessary. 631
