HG/T2885—1997
This standard is equivalent to JISZ1539—1991 "Pressure sensitive adhesive polypropylene tapes for packaging". The main differences between this standard and JISZ1539—1991 are: 1 This standard divides the 180 peel strength and adhesion indicators into three levels: superior product, first-class product and qualified product. The qualified product index is consistent with JISZ 1539-1991.
2 The base thickness and tensile strength index of this standard are taken from the PP-40 specification in the JISZ1539 standard. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is developed by Shanghai Rubber Products Research Institute. This standard is funded by Shanghai Rubber Products Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Jin Weixing and Chen Xiufen. This standard is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Adhesives for interpretation. Pressure sensitive adhesive polypropylene tapes for packaging
Pressure sensitive adhesive polypropylene tapes for packaging1 Scope
HG / T 2885 -- 1997
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of polypropylene pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for packaging (hereinafter referred to as adhesive tapes). This standard is applicable to pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes with polypropylene as the base material and adhesive coated evenly on one side. The adhesive tape is mainly used for packaging such as sealing boxes, capping, can sealing and bundling, and can also be used as office supplies.2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. After wet heat aging
First-class products
Qualified products
Except for appearance and other provisions, all tests shall be carried out at a temperature of 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of (65±5)%.5.2 Sample selection
After the sample is placed for more than 2 hours under the provisions of 5.1, the outer 3 to 5 layers are peeled off, and then the test pieces are prepared along the length of the adhesive tape according to the test methods of various countries.
Note: The adhesive surface of the adhesive tape shall not come into contact with hands or other objects. 53 Specification determination
53, 1 Width
Take a length of about 300mm adhesive tape and stick it on the glass plate. Use a disc with an accuracy of not less than 0.5 to measure the adhesive width. Measure at 3 locations and take the arithmetic mean.
5.3.2 Length
ww.bzsosocom
HG / T 2885 -- 1997
Apply the adhesive tape almost completely on a glass plate or other smooth flat plate longer than 1m, and measure it section by section with a steel tape measure with an accuracy of 1 pat m, and then accumulate the values.
5.3.3 Tape base thickness
Take a tape of about 300mm in length and gently remove the adhesive with acetone or other removers, and then proceed according to the provisions of GB/T7125.
5.4 Appearance inspection
5.4.1 Observe the sample with the naked eye within a range of 0.5m under sufficient light. 5.4.2 Determination of the adhesive phenomenon on the back: Pull apart a sample of about 1m in 3-5s, and observe with the naked eye to assist in checking whether the adhesive has migrated to the back of the tape.
3. 5 Physical property determination
5.5.1 Normal 180° peel strength, according to GB/T2792. 5.5.2 180” peel strength test after heat and humidity aging, place the whole sample in a temperature and humidity control box at 65±2℃ and relative humidity of (80±5)%, take it out after 24h, and then carry out the test according to 5.5.1.
5.5.3 Adhesion, according to GB/T 4851, the test time is 1h. 5.5.4 Tensile strength, according to GB/T.7753. 6 Inspection rules
