This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, standards, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of emulsifier NP-10. This standard applies to polyoxyethylene ether of polyoxyethylene phenol (referred to as emulsifier NP-10) formed by the polymerization of 1 mol polyoxyethylene phenol and 10 mol ethylene oxide. It is mainly used in textile, stone, chemical, rubber, machinery, leather and other industries. It can also be used as a detergent, leveling agent, etc. Structural formula: C,Hi

After drying at 100-105℃ for 4h, take it out and put it in a detonator, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it quickly. The mass percentage X of the effective ingredient is calculated according to formula (1): X = 100-
Where: m2: the mass of the weighing bottle and the sample before drying, g: the mass of the weighing bottle and the sample after drying, g: the mass of the sample, g-

Repeat the measurement twice and take the average value of the sieve method as the measurement result. The difference between the parallel measurement results shall not exceed 5% of the average value. 4.4 Determination of turbidity point Follow the provisions of GB/T5559.
4.5 Determination of moisture content
Perform according to GB/T7380.
4.6 Determination of pHI value
Perform according to GB/T6368.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Sampling method: Take each batch of products as a batch, and select 10% of the packages from each batch for sampling. For small batch products, the sampling shall not be less than 3 barrels, and the sampling volume shall not be less than 500 barrels: Before sampling, remove the dust and dirt on the barrel cover to prevent foreign matter from falling into the product. Use a metal sampling tube to sample from the top, middle and bottom of the barrel. Mix the sample thoroughly and put it into two dry, clean glass bottles with ground stoppers. Seal them with stone ends, stick labels on the bottles, and note the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sample date, sampler, etc. One bottle is inspected by the quality inspection department, and the other bottle is kept for inspection. 5.2 Inspection by the manufacturer: Emulsifier NP-10 should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that each batch of emulsifier NP-10 produced by the manufacturer meets the requirements of this standard and is accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.3 User acceptance: The user unit shall inspect the received emulsifier NP-10 in accordance with the various provisions in the standard. 5.4 Re-inspection: If there is only one indicator that does not meet the standard in the inspection result, a sample should be selected from the twice-sized packaging for re-inspection. If only one index fails to meet the requirements of this standard in the re-inspection results, the whole batch of emulsifier NP-10 cannot be accepted. 5.5 Arbitration: If the supply and demand parties have a dispute over product quality, the arbitration institution may be selected through consultation between the two parties and the arbitration verification shall be conducted according to the inspection method specified in this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage,
6.1 Each batch of packaged emulsifier NP-10 shall be marked, including: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, production batch number, product static weight, product grade, production date, standard abbreviation, etc. 6.2 Emulsifier NP-10 is packed in galvanized iron drums. The net weight of each package is 180kg or 200kg6.3. Load and unload gently during transportation, and never turn it upside down.6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, sealed and preserved. The validity period is two years.2
