4 Product Classification
Frog compound feeds are compound feeds for tadpoles, post-larvae, soft-shelled larvae and grown larvae. There are two types of compound feeds for tadpoles: powdered and expanded. The rest are expanded feeds. The specifications and feeding targets of frog compound feeds should meet the requirements of Table 1. Full product body companion network ht

The raw materials shall comply with the regulations of various raw material standards. Moldy and deteriorated raw materials and additives not approved by the state for use in compound feeds shall not be used:
5.2 Sensory requirements
5.2.1 Appearance: uniform color. Extruded feed particles The grain size is uniform and the surface is flat; there is no mold, deterioration, agglomeration, no foreign matter, and no parasites.
5.2.2 Odor: It has a fishy smell, no odor such as drooping, rancidity, and burning! 5.2.3 Viscoelastic properties: The extruded feed has good viscoelasticity after absorbing water and swelling. 5.2.4 Stability in water: After the extruded feed absorbs water and swells in water, the grains of the feed will not crack, and the surface will not peel. 5.5 Hygiene indicators
Health indicators shall comply with the provisions of VYh072. 6 Test methods
6.1 Test of sensory properties
SC/T 1056—2002
Put the sample in a clean white porcelain dish and evaluate the quality of the grains by normal sensory test, abnormality test, hand feel and other methods in accordance with the requirements of 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 without external disturbance. 6.2 Test of viscoelasticity of expanded feed
Take a portion of expanded frog feed and put it into a prepared mesh frame. Put the mesh frame into a container filled with water. The fresh water temperature should be 25℃~28℃. Soak it for 30 minutes. Take out the mesh frame and do a hand feeling test on the feed in the frame. Use your index finger to gently press a single feed without cracking. If the feed can basically return to its original shape after being loosened, it has good viscoelasticity. 6.3 Determination of stability of feed in water
Take a portion of expanded frog feed and put it into a container filled with fresh water. Soak it for more than 60 minutes. After the feed is fully expanded, observe whether the feed particles are cracked or whether the surface layer is peeling. 6.4 Determination of raw material particle size
Use \$200×50-0.180/0.125 test sieve\(GB/T6003.1—1997) and \$200×50-0.250/0.160 test sieve (GB/T6003.1-1997) for screening, refer to GB/T5917 standard: then use a long-bristled brush to gently brake until nothing can be sieved down, and gently tap the brush on the sieve five times to shake off the material it carries. 6.5 Determination of mixing uniformity
Test according to GB/5918
6.6 Determination of floating rate of extruded feed
Randomly select 50~100 samples. Sprinkle the samples into a water container (container diameter is about 20cm and depth is more than 5cm), and observe the floating of the feed. After 30 minutes, calculate the percentage of the number of floating sample particles to the total amount of the sample. 6.7 Determination of crude protein
According to GB/T 6132.
6-8 Determination of crude fat
According to GB/T 6433.
6.9 Determination of crude fiber
According to GB/I6434.

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Sampling
7.1.1 Composition of batches
The same products produced in one shift are considered as one inspection batch. 7.1.2 Sampling method
The sampling of products shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions in GB/T14699.1. 7.2 Inspection classification
7.2.1 Factory inspection
Inspect the sensory indicators specified in the standard, viscoelasticity, water stability, floating rate, crude protein, and water content in separate inspections. 7.2.2 Type inspection
Type inspection is conducted in any of the following situations: when a new product is put into production;
when the process and formula are greatly changed, which may affect the product performance; during normal production, at least once a year;
when production is resumed after a long-term suspension!
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection. 7.3 Judgment rules
If there are changes, rancidity, insects, etc. in the inspection, the product is judged to be unqualified. For other indicators, if one of the indicators does not meet the requirements, a re-inspection should be conducted. If one of the re-inspection results still does not meet the indicator requirements, the product is considered unqualified. 8.1 Labels
Product labels shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB10648, and the salt content is not required. 8.2 Packaging
Products are packaged in composite packaging bags with seams. The seams should be firm and not be damaged or leaked. The packaging materials should have moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and tensile properties. The packaging bags should be clean and pollution-free, and the printed fonts should be straight and clear. Used packaging bags shall not be recycled or reused. 8.3 Transportation
The means of transportation should be clean and hygienic, and shall not be mixed with chemicals, pesticides, coal, lime, bleaching powder, etc. to prevent pollution caused by mountains. During transportation, it should be prevented from exposure to the sun and rain.
8.4 Storage
Products should be stored in dry, cool and ventilated warehouses to prevent pollution from traceability, harmful substances and damage from rats and insects. 9 Shelf life
Under the specified transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 3 months. Copyright infringement will be investigated
