This parameter is the ratio of the initial luminous flux of a single-capped fluorescent lamp to the measured luminous flux in the air. The unit is lumen per watt (Im/W). Limited value ofenergyefnckencyforsingle-capperifluorescentInnips The minimum initial efficiency value of a single-capped fluorescent lamp allowed under the test conditions specified in the standard, in lumens per watt (In/W). 3.3 Evaluation value ofenergyconservtlionfur single-cappednuorescentlamp Evaluation value ofenergyconservtlionfur single-cappednuorescent lamps The minimum initial luminous efficacy value for evaluating the energy saving level of single-ended fluorescent lamps, in units of luminous flux per watt (Im/W). 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Basic requirements The performance of the single-ended fluorescent lamps used in this standard shall comply with the requirements of GB/T17862. 4.2 Energy efficiency limits and luminous flux 4.2.1 Energy efficiency limits The energy efficiency limits of single-ended fluorescent lamps shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 1 GB19415-2003 Big difference Farm, four-piece, multi-tube and six-piece Double-piece, shape Table 1 Single Energy efficiency of high-end fluorescent lamps is determined by the rated value of overall power/W (1(Shuangjin)bZxz.net 16-·36 receiving luminous efficiency:(m/W RL.RRRD The medium-frequency color product must meet the requirements of CB/T17262. Enterprises can meet the requirements of customers for non-standard models. At the same time, they should take into account the non-standard color product standards. The non-standard color lamps should be close to the standard color to improve the average luminous efficiency and stipulate 4.2.2 Luminous flux maintenance rate Single fluorescent lamp at burning point? After that, its lumen maintenance rate shall not be less than 80 times. 4.3 Energy saving evaluation value and lumen maintenance rate 4.3.1 Energy saving evaluation The energy saving evaluation value of single-ended fluorescent lamp shall comply with the following table: Table 2 Energy saving evaluation value of single-ended fluorescent lamp Lamp type Double band. Four-way, winter and square , city shape Nominal power / Please call the test photometric efficiency: (Lm/) RL, RB.RN, RTY The color shall comply with the standardization of CB/T1722, and the product standard shall or , enterprises can make their own standard lamps according to the requirements of users, and the color coordinates of non-standard products can be determined according to the standard color coordinates. The luminous efficacy of non-standard colors within the range of H5SXM and the color matching standards shall be determined by the luminous efficacy characteristics of the lamp. 4.3.2 Luminous flux rate of single-ended fluorescent lamp 4 points 22301. After aging, the luminous flux maintenance rate shall not be less than 82 times 5 test method 5.1 Luminous efficacy of single-ended fluorescent lamp After aging for 1001, the luminous flux shall be measured according to the luminous flux test method in GE/T17262 and the luminous efficacy shall be calculated. 5.2 Chromaticity coordinates After the single-ended fluorescent lamp is aged for 100h, it shall be tested according to the chromaticity test method in GB/T17262. 5.3 Luminous flux It shall be tested according to the light maintenance rate test method in B/T17262. 6 Inspection rules E.1 Acceptance test GB19415—2003 The manufacturer shall conduct an acceptance test on the energy efficiency limit values of the single-ended fluorescent lamps produced by the enterprise. The single-ended fluorescent lamps for acceptance test shall be randomly selected from the national strict pregnant lamps produced in the year (batch). The acceptance test is in accordance with GR/T282 and is carried out. The test items are as follows: Table 3: Table 3 Sampling plan, inspection level and qualified quality level for acceptance test Test items Initial light efficiency 6.2 Routine test Technical requirements 4, 2, 1 Total market test Sampling plan The manufacturer shall conduct routine tests on the energy efficiency limit values of single-ended fluorescent lamps produced by the enterprise, and randomly select lamps from the qualified lamps in the acceptance test more than once a year. Routine tests shall also be carried out if any of the following conditions are met: a) During the trial production and identification of the product! 3 Re-production after suspension for more than half a year: When the equipment expansion, process or material changes may affect its performance c d) When the quality supervision department does not conduct routine tests. The test shall be carried out according to the sampling plan of CB/2825 number level T. The test method shall be carried out according to the test items, sampling quantity, unqualified quality level and unqualified judgment number in accordance with reference 4.
