This standard is a revision of GB/T5272-
2—1985 "Plum blossom elastic coupling". The main differences between this standard and GB/T5272-1985 are: GB/T1.1-2000 is implemented; 1 recommended shaft hole length is added for each specification; marking examples are added: thermoplastic rubber is cancelled, and the hardness and material of the elastic element are adjusted; the mass and moment of inertia of the coupling are calculated based on the material of cast steel, the smallest shaft hole, and L recommendation; Appendix A "Instructions for the selection of couplings" and Appendix B "Materials of elastic parts" are cancelled. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace GB/T5272-1985. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Machine Shafts and Accessories. The drafting units of this standard are: Mechanical Science Research Institute, Zhejiang Xianju Coupling Factory, Zhejiang Zhuji Chain General Factory. This standard specifies the types and parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of LM, LMD, LMS, LMZ-I and IMZ-Ⅱ plum blossom elastic couplings (hereinafter referred to as couplings). This standard is applicable to transmission shaft systems that connect two coaxial lines, have certain compensation for relative offset between the two shafts and general vibration reduction performance, and have an operating temperature of -35C~+80C and a nominal torque of 16N·m~25000N·m. 2 Normative references
