This standard applies to permanent magnet alternating current generators for lighting used in tractors, agricultural transport vehicles, other motorized agricultural and forestry machinery and fixed internal excitation machines (referred to as generators)
2 Referenced standards

3.4 Basic parameters of generators
3.4.1 The nominal voltage of the generator is 6V and 12V, and the power level is recommended to be 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150W and above (the user's requirements are determined separately).
3.4.2 The rated working speed of the generator is the corresponding working speed of the matching engine at the rated speed: the highest working speed is the rated working speed 110% of rated speed: minimum operating speed is 50% of rated speed (or user requirements 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The generator shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The installation dimensions and appearance of the generator shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding product appearance drawing. 4.3 Unless otherwise specified, the generator test shall be carried out under the following test conditions: Temperature: 23±5: Humidity: 45%-75%: Air: 86-106kP4.4 Generator 1. 4.5 The generator should be able to withstand the sensible heat test. The test cycle for ordinary type is 2d, and the test cycle for wet heat type is 6d. After the test, the generator should meet the requirements of cold performance inspection according to 4.9:
4.6 The generator can withstand the fixed vibration, sweeping perturbation or impact test specified in 3.10 of JB/T6697-1993. After the test, there is no damage to the parts, no loosening of the firmware, and the cold performance of the generator should meet the requirements. 4. The protection level, marking method and corresponding test of the generator shall comply with the provisions of GBT4942.1. The protection level shall be noted in the technical specifications of the corresponding products (IP54 is recommended for pulley and friction wheel generators) 4.8 The generator must be equipped with the specified bulb as a fixed load. The specifications, type and connection method of the bulb shall be clearly specified in the product technical specifications.
4.9 Cold working performance of generator
4.9.1 When the ambient temperature is 23%℃±5℃, the cold working performance of the generator under rated load shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

The insulation strength between each non-connected conductive parts and the casing shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6697-1993 3.11. 4.10
The generator shall withstand the overspeed test at a rated working speed of 22. After 2 hours, the fastening shall not be loosened and the parts shall not be damaged. 4.

4.13 Appearance and assembly quality requirements of the generator
4.13.1 The appearance shall be free of damage. 4.13.2 The surface of the die casting shall be smooth, without pores, sand holes, obvious cold effects, etc. 2
4.13.3 There shall be no wrong installation or misassembly of parts and components, and no secret sale of fasteners.

4.14 The electroplating layer and chemical treatment layer of the black metal coating of the generator shall be free of rust, peeling and rusting:
4.1! The original plate of the external oil coating of the generator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6697-13. 4.16 The disassembled parts of the generator of different models shall be interchangeable. 4.17 The generator shall be subjected to a 200h intensive test before and a 3000h long-term test. After the test, the cold state performance shall be checked according to 4.9, and a 5% decrease from the current value is allowed.
4.18 After the wet heat test, the shrinkage strength, electrical components and chemical treatment components appearance quality, metal plate or car material lubrication quality, paint adhesion, and plastic parts appearance quality shall meet the requirements of [B/T6697-1993 3.17. 4.19 The wet heat generator shall withstand the salt test specified in 3.t4 of JB/T6697-1993. After the test, the generator shall be connected to 4.9 for cold state performance.
4.20 The cooling generator shall be able to withstand the long-term test specified in 3.18 of JB.T6697-1993. 5 Test method
5.1 Test meter
The accuracy of the rectifier type electric meter and other electrical measuring instruments used in the test shall not be less than Class 1.0. 5.1 Test method and procedure
5.2.1 External gauge and assembly quality inspection
Use visual inspection or use tools to check the items in 4.13, which shall comply with the provisions of the regulations. 5.2.2 Installation and shape size inspection
Use the inspection board with the required accuracy of the drawing to check each item according to the requirements of the corresponding product appearance drawing. 5.2.3 Parts protection inspection
Use the naked eye to inspect the product. During the factory test, only the external parts of the product are inspected, and the internal parts are inspected during the replacement test.
5.2.4 Paint layer inspection
The paint layer inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 of JR.T6697-.1993.5.2.5 Cold performance test
The generator is installed on the test machine and driven from low speed to high speed according to the specified rated load (can be replaced by equivalent positive value resistor, see Appendix A for details). The voltage at each output terminal of the machine is also measured by an ammeter. The total speed and rated voltage value should comply with the provisions of 4.9. s.2.6 Withstand k test

5. 2.7 Overspeed test

Under the condition of no load, control the speed according to 4.11 to the specified time. After the test, wait for the generator to cool to the ambient temperature and check the cold state performance according to 4.9.
5.2.# Vibration or shock test
The generator is not in operation. It is carried out according to 4.7 of JB/T6697-1993. After each test, check the cold state performance according to 4.9. 5.2.9 Temperature test
The generator is continuously operated at the rated working speed and rated load until the temperature rise is stable. Check the temperature rise of the generator winding. The temperature rise measurement and calculation are carried out according to 4.4 of JB/T6697-1993. 5.2.10 Temperature change test
Put the product directly into the low temperature box specified in the table for 2 hours, take it out and place it at room temperature for 2-3 minutes (if using automatic two-box equipment, it can be less than 305, and it does not need to be placed at room temperature for a day). Then put the product into the high temperature box for 2 hours, take it out and place it at room temperature for 2~3 minutes. The above test is one cycle, and a total of 5 cycles are tested. After the low temperature cycle is completed, take out the generator and check the working performance of the motor at room temperature. The generator is required to generate electricity at the three specified speeds.
After all temperature change tests are completed, wait for the product to cool to the ambient temperature and check the cold performance according to 4.9. 5.2.11 High temperature test
Put the generator in a high temperature box with some air conditioning equipment, and heat it to the high temperature level specified in the table. The generator works for 3 hours at a certain operating speed and rated load (equivalent resistance can be used instead). During the test, the generator performance should meet the requirements of Table 4. After the test, wait for the product to cool to the ambient temperature and check the cold performance according to 4.9. Table 4

5.2.12 Wet heat test

After disassembling three products of the same model, mix their parts and then check the internal assembly quality of the product and the protection treatment quality of the internal parts; after installation, check the product performance, which shall still meet the requirements of 4.9. 9.2.15 Durability
The durability test of the generator can be carried out by one of the following methods, preferably high humidity and high speed test. 5.2.15.2 High temperature and high speed test [Strengthening] The generator is installed in the test bench, and the temperature and speed are controlled according to the test conditions specified in Table 5 according to the specified frequency and load. During the whole test, the lubricant is allowed to be replaced once and the test is allowed to be interrupted, but the continuous working time each time shall not be less than 4 hours. 5.2.16 Salt dew test
The test method is in accordance with 4.12 of 1R/T6697-1993. The test duration is 16h. The test piece generator is placed under the test conditions specified in 4.3 for 1-2h, and the cold performance is checked according to 4.9. 5.3、17 days of test
The test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of D/6697-1993 4.15. After 28 days of test, the ± products in the test box shall be immediately taken out for external inspection
6 Inspection and testing
6.1 Each generator must be inspected and qualified before it can be shipped out of the factory, and it shall be accompanied by documents or marks proving the quality of the product. 2 The test types of generators are divided into factory tests and type tests. 6.3 The factory test items of generators are as follows:
) Appearance and installation quality and inspection;
b) Installation and external dimensions inspection;
) Cold working performance test
d) Withstand voltage test.
6.4 The user has the right to accept the product in accordance with the provisions of 0B/T2828. This standard adopts: 1) Inspection level: 2) Qualified quality level: AQL=0.4~6.5; 3) Sampling plan: One-time routine inspection plan. The AQI, value, batch and acceptance items of the product shall be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user. 6.5 Type test
6.5.1 Manufacturing! Type test should be conducted in one of the following situations: a) when new products are put into production and old products are transferred to the factory for finalization and appraisal; b) after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and design that may affect product performance: c) when the product is discontinued for more than one year and resumed production: JB/T9844—1999
c) when the factory test results are significantly different from the last type or inspection results: 6.5.2 Type test items include all test items listed in the standard, and each test should be conducted as soon as possible. 6.5.3 The generators for type test shall be selected from the same batch of qualified products or products, with a number of not less than 5 units, and divided into one or two groups. One group is 2 sets for long-term testing (for damp and hot products, samples should be taken from outside for mildew growth test, and the number of days should not be less than 2 pieces), and the evaluation is in accordance with the provisions of 5.4 of JB/T6697.

7.1 Each generator should have a fixed sign or printed sign in a conspicuous position, and the content is as follows:

7.2 Packaging
.1.1 The packaging should take into account the relevant requirements of anti-flow, anti-dust, and transportation and loading and unloading; t.2.2 Before packaging, the parts of the black metal parts of the product should be protected from light, and temporary corresponding anti-rust measures should be taken. 7.2.3 The packing box should be of good quality. The product should not move easily in the box to avoid damage during transportation. The spare parts accompanying the product should be packed in the same box.
