4.9 Cold working performance of generator

5.1 Test meter

5.2.1 External gauge and assembly quality inspection

5.2.4 Paint layer inspection

The generator is installed on the test machine and driven from low speed to high speed according to the specified rated load (can be replaced by equivalent positive value resistor, see Appendix A for details). Then put the product into the high temperature box for 2 hours, take it out and place it at room temperature for 2~3 minutes. The above test is one cycle, and a total of 5 cycles are tested. After the low temperature cycle is completed, take out the generator and check the working performance of the motor at room temperature. The generator is required to generate electricity at the three specified speeds.
After all temperature change tests are completed, wait for the product to cool to the ambient temperature and check the cold performance according to 4.9. 5.2.11 High temperature test
Put the generator in a high temperature box with some air conditioning equipment, and heat it to the high temperature level specified in the table. The generator works for 3 hours at a certain operating speed and rated load (equivalent resistance can be used instead). During the test, the generator performance should meet the requirements of Table 4. 6 Inspection and testing
6.1 Each generator must be inspected and qualified before it can be shipped out of the factory, and it shall be accompanied by documents or marks proving the quality of the product. 2 The test types of generators are divided into factory tests and type tests. 6.3 The factory test items of generators are as follows:

6.4 The user has the right to accept the product in accordance with the provisions of 0B/T2828. Then put the product into the high temperature box for 2 hours, and then take it out and place it at room temperature for 2~3 minutes. The above test is one cycle, and a total of 5 cycles are tested.
