5.2 Basic technical requirements
5.2. The design of the sterilizer shall comply with the drawings and technical documents of GB8988. 5.2.2 Technical management regulations for sterilizers. 5.2.3 The interchangeability of parts of the same model shall be guaranteed. 5.2.4 The sterilizer shall emit light properly when exposed to ultraviolet light. 5.2.5 The output of the precursor shall not be less than 0.60mA. The test voltage shall not be less than 0.0MPE. 5.2.6 The installation requirements of the straight tube quartz low-pressure mercury lamp and the lamp shall comply with the requirements of YY/160. The main dimensions and appearance of the lamp tube are shown in Figure 1 and Table 2.
The specified rating is the maximum operating power of the lamp, and the rated voltage is 3V.

There should be no obvious deformation or burn-through defects. 6 Test method
6.1 Light inspection
6.1.1 The external radiation limit of the lamp shall be determined by the unit of measurement of ultraviolet radiation intensity. 4 The instrument shall be calibrated to be effective.
6 .1.2 Before the test, the lamp should be stable for 7 minutes. The power supply voltage is 220V+4.4V and the end of the test meter should not be below 5CH2=,5H2. 6.1.3 During the test, the ambient temperature should be changed to 25-25℃. 6.1.4 The test value is 3 times, and the average value is taken as the test range. 6.1.5 When the test is started, the instrument should be placed at the center of the normal line of the lamp. 6.1.6 According to the 4th judgement of the new and old clothes, the ultraviolet radiation intensity is determined, and the table

5.2 Material quality detection
6.2.1 The ultraviolet auxiliary illumination that is necessary for super-high quality needs to be measured only in the environment requirements and 1.1.6, 1.2.e.3 in the opposite direction.6.2.2 The measurement times are 3 times. 7.1 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Delivery inspection
7.2.1 Before delivery, the equipment must be tested and inspected one by one. The products can be delivered only after they have passed the factory inspection. 7.2.2 Delivery inspection should be carried out according to 4.2.5.2.13, 5.2.14.5.2.15.5.3, 6.5.6.6 or verification test. 7.3 Type inspection
7.3. The purchase conditions must be met.
