4 Product classification
4.1 Type
According to the structural type, the liquid receiver is divided into two types: vertical and horizontal. 4.2 Model

5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
The liquid reservoir shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. It can also be manufactured according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer.
5.2 Materials
5.2.1 The materials of the main pressure-bearing components of the liquid reservoir shall have material certificates. 5.2.2 The materials used for the liquid reservoir shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.3 Cold and hot processing
The cold and hot processing of the liquid reservoir shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.4 Welding and non-destructive testing
The welding and non-destructive testing of the liquid reservoir shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.5 Test plate and test specimen
The test plate and test specimen of the liquid reservoir shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.6 Parts and components
The parts and components such as the cylinder, head, flange, support, etc. of the liquid reservoir shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.7 Safety accessories
In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T6917, the safety accessories of the liquid reservoir shall also comply with the following provisions: a. The openings and opening reinforcements of the liquid reservoir shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.9 Pressure resistance and airtightness requirements
5.9.1 After the liquid receiver is manufactured, it shall be subjected to pressure resistance test and airtightness test, and its requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.9.2 Before the pressure test, the opening reinforcement ring of the liquid receiver shall be passed through 0.4~~0.5MPa compressed air to check the weld quality. 5.10 Safety requirements
When the refrigeration system is operating normally, the liquid level of liquid ammonia stored in the horizontal liquid receiver shall not exceed 1/3 of its height, and the liquid level of liquid ammonia stored in the vertical liquid receiver shall not exceed 1/4 of its height. When the temperature of saturated ammonia liquid is 32C, the maximum liquid storage volume of the liquid receiver shall not exceed 70% of the liquid receiver volume.
5.11 Cleanliness
JB/T 7658.9-95
The inside of the liquid receiver shall be clean, and the impurity content in the part in contact with the refrigerant shall not exceed 800mg/m3. 5.12 Appearance quality
The liquid storage tank should be beautiful and elegant, and the weld surface should be free of cracks, pores, arc pits and slag inclusions. The outer surface should be painted, and the paint should be evenly smooth and have a consistent color. There should be no defects that affect the appearance. 5.13 Completeness
The liquid storage tank supplied as a set should also include:
nitrogen liquid inlet and outlet joints,
group assembly flange;
pressure gauge joint;

5.14 Accessories
Accessories of the liquid storage tank are:

Other accessories of the liquid storage tank shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. 5.15
Warranty period
If the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, the manufacturer shall replace or repair the liquid storage tank free of charge within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer if the liquid storage tank is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing. 6 Test methods
6.1 Nondestructive testing
The method of nondestructive testing of liquid storage tanks shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 6.2 Pressure resistance test and airtightness test
The pressure resistance and airtightness test methods of liquid storage tanks shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 6.3 Cleanliness determination
The cleanliness determination of the liquid reservoir can refer to the provisions of ZBJ73027. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 General requirements
The liquid reservoir shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard and technical documents, and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. 7.2 Inspection items
After each liquid reservoir is manufactured, it shall be inspected for delivery according to the following inspection items: Check the material report of the main pressure-bearing components; a.
b. Check the processing quality of the liquid reservoir;
Check the appearance quality of the liquid reservoir;
Check the non-destructive testing report;
Check the pressure resistance and airtightness test report:
Check the contents of the nameplate;
Check the completeness of the product according to the factory documents. g.
8 Marking, packaging and transportation
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Label

A label should be fixed on a conspicuous and flat position of the liquid reservoir. The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The contents marked on the label can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917.
8.1.2 Factory documents
The factory documents of the liquid reservoir can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 8.2 Packaging and transportation
8.2.1 All exposed processing surfaces and connecting pipes of the liquid reservoir should be coated with anti-rust agent and properly sealed. The assembly flange should be tightened with bolts. The flange sealing surface should be coated with anti-rust grease and sealed with a blind plate. 8.2.2 The painting, packaging and transportation of the liquid reservoir can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917.
