The model of packaging machinery should reflect the category, series, variety, specification, derivation and improvement of the product. The model includes two parts: the main model and the auxiliary model. For examples of packaging machinery models, please refer to Appendix A. 5.2 Main model
5.2.1 The main model includes the classification name code and structural type code of the packaging machinery. If necessary, it can also be followed by the optional project code such as the packaged product, packaging material, packaging container or degree of automation. 5.2.2 The main model is represented by the phonetic letter of the first Chinese character of its representative Chinese name. When there are repeated letters, the phonetic letter of the second Chinese character can be used to distinguish. It can also be represented by a combination of the phonetic letters of several representative Chinese characters of its Chinese name. The letters I and O are generally not used.
5.3 Auxiliary model
5.3.1 The auxiliary model includes the main technical parameters of the product, the derived sequence code and the improved design sequence code. 5.3.2 The main technical parameters are represented by Arabic numerals and their limit values should be taken. When it is necessary to represent two or more groups of parameters, they can be separated by a slash "".
5.3.3 The derived sequence code is represented by Roman numerals I, II, and III. 5.3.4 The improved design sequence code is represented by English letters A, BC, etc. When there are no main parameters in the auxiliary model, a short dash "" is used to separate the main model and the derived sequence code or improved design number. There is no sequence code for the first design product. 5.4 Compilation format
The example of the compilation format of packaging machinery model is shown in Figure 1. Main model
