The difference between the two is the total thickness of the joint material. The joint angle is measured by a protractor in a conventional way.
180° peel strength test is carried out in accordance with GB2792. 5.3
5.4 Adhesion test is carried out in accordance with GB4851. The test temperature is 23±2C, the relative humidity is 60%~70%, and a 500±5g hanging hammer is used to measure the displacement of the sample for 1h.
5.5 The aging test is carried out in the following steps.
5.5.1 Take several glass plates of 160mm×260mmX2mm and stack the samples and the glass plates neatly one by one. The number of samples 187
shall not exceed 10.
HG/T2406-92
5.5.2 For samples of 150mm×250mm, apply a load of 2kg (pressure of 19.6N) on the glass plate; for samples smaller than the above specifications, apply a load according to their actual area, so that the pressure is about 500Pa. 5.5.3 Keep the temperature at 65 ± 2 °C and relative humidity at 75% to 85% for 24 hours, then take out the sample and place it indoors for more than 4 hours.
5.5.4 Determine the 180° peel strength or stickiness of the aged sample according to GB2792 or GB4851. 5.6 The isolation test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A. 5.7 Warping Prepare the sample according to the method specified in GB2792. Place it at a temperature of 23 ± 2 °C and a relative humidity of 60% to 70% for 24 hours, then check whether the sample is warped from the test board. Three samples are measured for each sample, and no sample is allowed to warp. 5.8 Printing suitability test Printing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the contract parties. The printing results shall be consistent with the samples specified in the contract. 6 Inspection rules||tt ||Products must pass the inspection of the quality inspection department before they can leave the factory. Inspections are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Factory inspection items
Appearance, thickness, dimensional limit deviation, deflection, joints; b.
180° puncture strength (before aging);
Continuous adhesion (before aging);
Initial adhesion;

6.1.2 The sampling rules for factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in GB450. 6.2 Type inspection
Type inspection items are all technical requirements specified in the standard. 6.2.1
Type test is required for any of the following situations. 6.2.2
Work When process changes may affect product performance; when changes in main raw materials may affect product performance; h.
Every three months under normal production conditions or when the technical quality supervision department requires inspection; c.
d. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.3 Judgment rules
When the appearance and various indicators meet the corresponding requirements in Table 5, the batch of products is a product of the corresponding grade. If one performance does not meet the corresponding requirements, double sampling is allowed to re-inspect the item. If it still does not meet the corresponding requirements, the batch of products will be downgraded or unqualified. 6.4 Users have the right to accept product quality according to this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections, the specified quality supervision agency shall arbitrate. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage|| tt||7.1 Both sides of the product outer packaging box should have the marks of moisture-proof and handle with care specified in (B191), and the variety, specification, grade, production date and manufacturer's mark should be printed or affixed on the obvious part of the box side.7.2 Pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper uses plastic film or plastic-coated paper as inner packaging, and generally uses corrugated paper boxes as outer packaging, and the product certificate is attached to the box. The carton is tied with plastic packaging tape. Special packaging forms and packing requirements can be specified in the supply contract.7.3 Pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper should be protected from sunlight and rain during transportation. Prevent squeezing. Do not throw it during loading and unloading.7.4 Pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of 10 (°~40C and a relative humidity of less than 80%, without the presence of volatile solvents. During storage, attention should be paid to sun protection, moisture protection, and the stacking height should not exceed 2.5m. The product has a validity period of not less than 2 years from the date of production. Products that have exceeded the validity period can still be used after passing the inspection.
A1 Method Summary

Appendix A
Determination Method for Release Properties of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Label Paper
(Supplement)
This method is to measure the time required to peel a fixed length of a substrate from the release paper at an angle of 180° after hanging a fixed weight on the substrate coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive. The release property is measured in seconds. A2 Apparatus and Tools
A2.1 Release Property Determination Apparatus (see Figure A1). A2.1.1 Suspended Weight: The suspended weight consists of a suspended weight clamp, a suspended weight rope, a suspended weight container and a base weight. The total weight of the suspended weight is 10±0.1g and 30±0.3g.
A2.1.2 Sample Lining Board: The sample liner is made of a hard material that is not easily deformed. Its specifications are shown in Figure A2. A2.2 Stopwatch.
A3 Specimen and measurement environment
A3.1 Take and process the sample according to the method specified in (B450. Then cut the sample longitudinally. Specimen specifications: width 25±I:: mm, 250 mm long unpeeled pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper. A3.2 The test should be carried out at a temperature of 23 ± 2 (. Relative humidity 60% ~ 70%. A4 Measurement steps || tt || A4.1 Carefully peel off the substrate coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive and the release paper by hand for about 10 mm at one end of the prepared sample. A4.2 Place the release paper at the peeled end on the fixed clamp of the measuring device, so that the sample and the sample liner are flat, and the edge of the sample is parallel to the vertical line on the liner. The unpeeled part of the sample should be larger than the measurement range specified by the marking line and the lower marking line on the liner. A4.3 Place the hanging weight on the pallet and use the hanging weight clamp on the hanging weight to remove the adhesive layer from the peeled end of the sample. Clamp the end of the substrate and adjust the position of the support plate so that the suspension cable is just under stress. A4.4 Loosen the fixing screws of the support plate and quickly move the support plate to the end of the vertical pole. The substrate is gradually peeled off under the action of gravity. Use a stopwatch to record the time required for the peeled part to pass through the upper and lower markings on the lining. A4.5 For each sample, at least three specimens should be made with 10g and 30g suspensions. The arithmetic mean values 1: and 12 of each test under the same suspension are taken as the isolation of the specimen. t: is the time measured with a 10g suspension, and t2 is the time measured with a 30g suspension, accurate to 1s. A5 Measurement report
Measurement The report should include the following contents:
Sample batch number:
Sample delivery date, measurement date;
Environmental conditions: humidity, relative humidity;
Measurement results;
Other contents to be reported.
