4.1 The model compilation of screw air compressors shall comply with the provisions of JB2589. 4.2 The nominal exhaust pressure, nominal volume flow and the power of the drive motor of the screw air compressor shall comply with the provisions of Table 1: When the actual volume flow is always greater than 10% of the specified value in Table 1, any value greater than Table 1 is allowed to be used as the nominal volume flow value and included in the product model. 5.1 The screw air compressor shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 2

The chassis of the mobile screw air compressor shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3771. The specified operating conditions of the screw air compressor are:
Suction pressure: 0.1MPa (absolute pressure);
Suction temperature: 20℃;
Suction relative humidity: 0;
Cooling water inlet temperature of water-cooled screw air compressor: 15℃; Cooling water volume of water-cooled screw air compressor oil cooler: as specified in Table 2, L/m; Cooling air temperature of air-cooled screw air compressor: the corresponding ambient temperature when the suction temperature is 20℃, ℃; Exhaust pressure: as specified in Table 1, MPa:

Cooling water volume under specified working conditions
The actual volume flow of the screw air compressor under specified working conditions shall not be less than 95% of the nominal volume flow. The specific power and noise sound power level of the screw air compressor under specified working conditions shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. The lubricating oil consumed by the screw air compressor for compressing each cubic meter of air shall not exceed 50 mg. 1.25
When the first-stage suction temperature is 40°C, the cooling water inlet temperature is less than or equal to 30°C and the total pressure ratio is the nominal value, the exhaust temperature shall not exceed 110°C, but the minimum temperature of the compressed air at each stage shall not be lower than its dew point temperature [see Appendix A (Supplement)]. In the case of an aftercooler, the air supply temperature of the water-cooled screw air compressor unit shall not exceed 40°C. 5.8 An air filter shall be installed at the suction port of the screw air compressor to ensure the cleanliness of the inhaled air. 5.9
The main exhaust port of the screw air compressor should be equipped with a check valve, which should be sensitive and reliable to open and close. 5. 10
The screw air compressor should be equipped with a safety valve. The safety valve should be sensitive and reliable, and should comply with the relevant provisions of GB12243 and the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels". 5.11
The screw air compressor should be equipped with an automatic flow adjustment device. When the flow rate decreases, the shaft power should be reduced accordingly. In the lubricating oil system, a full flow filter should be installed. The oil filter should be able to filter out at least 40um particles. Table 3

5.13 The gas, oil and water systems of the screw air compressor should be reliably connected and well sealed, and there should be no mutual leakage or leakage. An oil-gas separator should be installed on the exhaust side of the screw air compressor. When an aftercooler is installed, a drain valve should also be installed. 5.14
5 The working surface of the casing, exhaust end cover, exhaust chamber and pressure parts such as the oil pump body shall be subjected to a water pressure test at 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure 5.15
, and no leakage shall be allowed for 30 minutes. 5.16
When the screw air compressor is equipped with a speed increaser, the box body shall be subjected to a leakage test, and after pouring kerosene, it shall be observed for 2 hours, and no seepage and slipping shall occur. 5.17 The steel pressure vessel of the screw air compressor shall comply with the provisions of GB150 and the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels". 5.18 The gray iron castings of the screw air compressor shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6431. Ductile iron castings shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72016. 9 When the rotor and coupling body of the screw air compressor are forgings, they shall be manufactured and inspected according to the IV group forgings specified in JB/ZQ4000.7: When the rotor diameter is greater than 250mm, each rotor shall be inspected by ultrasonic flaw detection, and the defect level shall not exceed level 4. 5.20 The outer circle, profile, tooth groove, and main shaft neck surface of the rotor shall not have defects such as cracks, cold shuts, iron beans, shrinkage, pores, and inclusions that affect the quality, and there shall be no dents, burrs, and bumps on the friction surface. 5.21 The tooth profile error, lead error, and indexing error of the rotor, the main dimensional tolerances, surface roughness, and form and position tolerances of important parts such as the rotor and casing shall all comply with the requirements of the drawings. 5.22 The quality inspection of gear materials and heat treatment shall comply with the provisions of GB8539. The gear accuracy shall not be lower than the level 6 requirements specified in GB10095.

5.23 The rotor shall be subjected to a dynamic balancing test, and its balancing accuracy level shall not be lower than G6.3. The permissible eccentricity e per unit rotor weight shall be determined according to the speed in accordance with Appendix B (Supplement). 5.24 The outer surface of the unit and the soundproof enclosure shall be painted, and the paint film shall have certain heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The paint surface shall be flat and smooth, with uniform color and beautiful appearance. No defects such as convex and concave damage and paint peeling that affect the appearance quality are allowed. 5.25 The interior of the screw air compressor should be clean, and the cleanliness index should comply with the provisions of Table 4. 5.27 Under the condition that the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, the manufacturer shall guarantee the screw air compressor for one year within one and a half years from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, if the product is damaged or cannot operate normally due to poor design or manufacturing, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair or replacement. 6 Test methods
The performance test of the screw air compressor shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB3853. The determination of the sound power level of the screw air compressor noise shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB4980. When the acoustic environment cannot be met, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB7022. 6.25
6.3 The cleanliness inspection of the screw air compressor shall be carried out in the following manner: a. First disassemble the screw air compressor after assembly, and use a brush to clean the main parts such as the rotor, gear surface, casing air cavity and speed increase box inner cavity in the cleaning agent:
b. Use a three-level precision copper wire mesh with a basic mesh size of 0.08mm in accordance with GB5330 to filter the cleaning agent, and heat the debris obtained after filtration to 80℃ and dry it for 1 hour; c. The dried residue is weighed with an ordinary balance with a cleanliness level not lower than level 7, and the weighed weight is the cleanliness value of the screw air compressor. 7 Inspection rules
All parts, components and complete units of screw air compressors and their ancillary devices shall be inspected by the factory quality inspection department in accordance with this standard and the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures 7.1
. 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Trial-produced screw air compressors (including new products or old products produced in a transferred factory) should be subjected to type inspection. During the type inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 500 hours, of which 48 hours is a continuous overpressure test with an overpressure of 5%; at the same time, a 1-hour high-temperature test should be carried out at an intake temperature of 40°C and a cooling water inlet temperature of 30°C; the chassis of the mobile unit should also be subjected to performance tests in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3771. 7.2.2 For screw air compressors in normal production, type inspection should be carried out when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance or when screw air compressors that have been shut down for a long time resume production. During the inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 200 hours, of which 24 hours is a continuous overpressure test with an overpressure of 5%.
7.2.3 For screw air compressors in normal production, when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement after regular or accumulated production, a type inspection should be carried out periodically. During the type inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 24 hours, of which 4 hours is a continuous overpressure test with an overpressure of 5%.
7.2.4 Contents and requirements of type inspection: JB/T6430-1992
Check the assembly quality, working conditions and correctness of interaction of each part and component; a.
b. At the beginning and end of the test, a performance test is carried out to measure the volume flow, specific power, speed, pressure and temperature of each gas level, oil temperature, water temperature, oil consumption, noise sound power level, etc. of the screw air compressor under the specified working conditions. The measured results should comply with the provisions of this standard;
c. During the overpressure and high temperature test, check the oil temperature, water temperature, unit vibration and the operation of each mechanism: d. After the test, the main engine of the screw air compressor should be disassembled to check the contact and wear of the main parts and components such as the shaft seal, bearings and gears, as well as the appearance of the rotor: e.
According to the working conditions of each mechanism, the test results of various parameters and the contact and wear of each main part and component, make a preliminary conclusion on the economy and reliability of the product. 7.3 Sampling inspection
Screw air compressors produced in batches should be sampled and inspected. During the sampling inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 24h. The contents of the sampling inspection are as follows:

Determine the volume flow, specific power, pressure and temperature of each gas level, oil temperature, water temperature, oil consumption, and noise sound power level of the screw air compressor under the specified working conditions;
c. Cleanliness value.
The number of units to be inspected shall be in accordance with the sampling plan specified in Table 5. The sampling time shall be evenly distributed within one year. Table 5

The sampling results shall comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant technical documents. If unqualified, the manufacturer shall check the batch of products one by one and correct the unqualified products found to comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant technical documents. 7.4 Factory inspection
Each screw air compressor shall be inspected by the manufacturer. During the factory inspection, the continuous operation time at full load shall not be less than 2h. The contents of the factory inspection are as follows:
a. Check the assembly quality, working conditions and correctness of interaction of each part and component; b. Carry out performance test according to the provisions of Appendix C (Supplement) of GB3853. The deviation of the measured actual volume flow and specific power compared with the type inspection test value shall not exceed the provisions of Table C4 of GB3853. 8
Marking, packaging and storage
1 Each screw air compressor shall be equipped with a product nameplate in a flat and eye-catching position. The nameplate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 8.1

The power input side of the screw air compressor should be nailed with a steering arrow sign or cast with a steering sign. The packaging and delivery and receipt marks of the screw air compressor should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384 and GB6388. Export products should comply with the provisions of GBn1938.3

8.4 The exposed processed surfaces of the accompanying wearing parts, spare parts, special tools and auxiliary equipment should be coated with anti-rust oil, packed and fixed in the box. The technical documents and packing list should be properly packaged and placed in the unit box. 8.5 The parts, components, finished products, auxiliary equipment and supporting electromechanical equipment of the machine should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse or in a covered place that is not susceptible to moisture. Anti-rust and anti-mildew treatment should be carried out during storage. Anti-rust and anti-mildew inspection should be carried out during shipment to prevent rust and mildew damage within one year after delivery.
