Magnetic Separator
Magnetic separator shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and cooperative parts must have a certificate of qualification before they can be assembled. The magnetic separator should work normally under the following conditions: a
The particle size of the material is not greater than 3mm, and the specific magnetic susceptibility is between 25×10-6300×10*cm/g; Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 10, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992
b. The moisture content of the material is not greater than 2%;
c. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40℃.
JB/T5507—91
4.4 The magnetic poles shall be made of cast electrical pure iron ZGDT3, and the castings shall not have defects such as sand holes and pores. 4.5 The magnetic blocks are fixed to the magnetic poles with copper screws, and the magnetic blocks must be magnetized and replaced in groups. The magnetic properties of the magnetic blocks shall not be lower than the provisions of Y25BH in ZBH72011.
4.6 The polarity of the middle magnetic pole of each magnetic roller shall be different from the polarity of the magnetic poles on both sides. The polarity of the corresponding magnetic poles after the two magnetic rollers are assembled shall be different, as shown in the figure. N
4.7 The magnetic rollers shall run smoothly, the working gap between the two rollers shall be adjustable, and the noise of the whole machine shall not exceed 85dB(A). 4.8 The unloading roller and the magnetic roller shall be kept parallel, with a gap of 3mm. 4.9 Each adjustment rod and handle shall rotate flexibly without friction. 4.10
The temperature rise of the reducer shall not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature of each bearing shall not exceed 65℃. A protective screen shall be installed at the feed of the magnetic separator to prevent large particles or foreign matter from entering. 4.11
The magnetic separator shall have a good sealing cover to prevent dust from escaping during operation. N
The exposed non-processed surface of the machine shall be coated with two layers of primer and two layers of gray topcoat. The total thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 74um, and the adhesion of the paint film shall not be less than level 2 in GB1720. The paint shall be evenly applied without defects such as paint peeling, flaking, cracks and flow marks. The magnetic separator shall have the following reliability and durability indicators: 4.14www.bzxz.net
The working time before the first overhaul shall not be less than 20,000h; b.
The service life shall not be less than 15 years.
5 Test method
5.1 For Article 4.6, the polarity of the magnetic pole shall be checked by a permanent magnet block or a Tesla meter. 5.2 For the magnetic induction intensity in the table of Article 3.1, a Tesla meter with an accuracy level of not less than 2.5 and a probe with a thickness of not more than 2mm shall be used to measure the 12 points in the figure one by one, and the average value shall be taken. 5.3 For the requirements of Articles 4.7 and 4.10, the measurement shall be checked in an idling test of not less than 4 hours. The noise of the whole machine shall be measured with a sound level meter at a distance of 1m from the machine and 1.5m above the ground.
5.4 For Article 4.13, the appearance quality of the paint shall be observed with the naked eye, the thickness of the paint film shall be measured with a magnetic thickness gauge, and the adhesion of the paint film shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB1720.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each magnetic separator must be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped with documents proving the qualified product quality. 6.2 Inspection of magnetic separators is divided into factory inspection and periodic test. 6.2.14
Each magnetic separator shall be inspected at the factory to check the following items: 4.6 polarity of magnetic poles;
b. magnetic induction intensity when the working gap is 3mm in the table in 3.1; 4.7 smoothness of magnetic operation and 4.9 flexibility of each adjustment rod and handle; c.
d. 4.13 quality of paint.
JB/T5507—91
6.2.2 Every three years, one magnetic separator that has been shipped shall be selected for periodic test to check whether it meets the requirements of this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
7.1 Each magnetic separator shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of JB8, and shall indicate the following contents: a.
Manufacturer name and trademark;
Product name and model;
Main technical characteristics of the product;
Factory number and manufacturing date.
7.2 The magnetic separator shall be packaged in a closed manner, and the packaging box shall be ventilated and rainproof, and shall meet the requirements of land and water transportation and loading. The exposed surface of the machine shall be treated with rust and corrosion prevention, and wrapped with plastic film, and the anti-corrosion period shall be no less than two years. 7.3 The outer wall of the packing box should have obvious text markings, including: a.
Receiving unit, destination name;
Contract number, product name, model;
Manufacturer name and trademark;
Net weight, gross weight, box number and outer dimensions; Lifting line, rainproof, no inversion and other transportation signs. 7.4 Products should be stored in a warehouse or under a shed that is ventilated, rainproof and sunlight-proof. 7.5
During the storage and transportation of the magnetic separator, the gap between the two magnetic rollers should be adjusted to the minimum position and prevent severe vibration. The following technical documents are attached:
