This standard adopts the national standard 11N168921937 Quality requirements and test methods for cross-linked polyethylene (PF-X) pipes3 in terms of material technical requirements and test methods; and adopts the current provisions of the national standard IN16893, 1997 Cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X) pipe size standard in terms of size.

This standard specifies the product categories, technical requirements, test methods, inspection specifications, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of PEX pipes (hereinafter referred to as pipes) with high-strength PEX as the main source, necessary agents, chemical cross-linking, and main building water supply cross-linking. 5.3.5 Pipe length: Use a 10mm diameter tool to calculate the pipe length. 5.4 Physical energy test
5.4.1 Determination of pipe shrinkage
Cut three pieces of 2CCmm long from the test sample pipe and make a mark from them, with a distance of 1Umm and 2.25L5: Place the sample on a glass plate sprayed with talcum powder, and then place it in a constant temperature environment. See Table 6 for normal test conditions for pipe shrinkage
After the material reaches the test position, remove the sample together with the glass from the supply box and cool it to 32 in air. Measure the short distance H between the two marks. Then follow step (3) to confirm the material. It is expressed as white content, Le -Ieai

5.4.2.1 Method of expressing crosslinking

6.1 The pipe material shall be qualified by the quality inspection department of the production plant and attached with the product certificate. 6.2 A batch
The pipe material produced by the company under the same raw materials, formula and process conditions is a batch. The quantity of each batch is not more than 10t: the initial production quantity is less, and the production period is less than 11 days, then the 6-day production is taken as one. 6.3 Factory inspection
6.3.1 The return inspection shall be valid only after the type inspection is completed. 6.3.2 Factory inspection items
The longitudinal shrinkage rate, cross-linking degree, and hydraulic short-term test in the inspection items 4.2~4.4 and 4.5. 6.3.3 Sampling strategy and judgment rules
For the inspection of 4.2~.4.4, the normal inspection shall be carried out according to GB/T2828. The general inspection water content quality level is 6.5, and the pressure table is 7.

6.3.4 Randomly select no less than three grids from the qualified samples of the counting sample to carry out the longitudinal shrinkage rate and cross-sectional test in 1.5. The test results must all be qualified.
6.4 Type inspection
6.4.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following circumstances: a) Trial design of new products or old products transferred to other factories; b) During normal production, annual inspection shall be carried out; after suspension of production, if major changes are made to the structure, materials, or workmanship, which may affect the product performance; d) When production is suspended for more than three months and when production is resumed; when the inspection results are significantly different from those of the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.4.2. Type inspection: Type inspection is for all items in the model requirements of this standard. 6.4.3 Oil sampling plan and judgment rules 6.4.3.1 Sampling plan CJ/T 205-2000 Randomly select no less than three samples from the samples that meet the factory inspection and conduct type inspection in parallel. 6-4.3.2 Judgment rules Quality 4.2~4.4 According to Table 7, if one of the mechanical properties does not meet the specified index, you can randomly select two samples for re-inspection.
