Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Caliper gauge with table Diuladnp gange JB/T00F7—1999 Generation Group 4201587 This standard specifies the type, required number and size, technical requirements, marking and packaging of caliper gauge with table. This standard is applicable to internal caliper gauges with a graduation of 0.01mm and a measuring range of 10~100mm and graduation values of 0.01mm, 0.2mm, 0.05taml, 0.10mm, and a measuring range of 100mm. Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. z.1 Caliper gauge with dial Uses a rotary transmission mechanism to convert the movement of the claw plate into the movement of the dial indicator rod, and the dial indicator is used to measure the measurement. 1.2 Measurement accuracy The measuring plate head of the caliper gauge with dial can measure the accuracy of the measured part (hole). 2.3 Indication error The difference between the indication of the dial indicator on the caliper gauge and the distance between the two measuring surfaces. 3 Type, basic parameters and size 3. The types of caliper gauge with inner gauge and caliper gauge with outer gauge are shown in Figures 1 and 2 (Figures are for illustration only and are not for showing detailed structure). JB/T10 0171999 Appendix A (Appendix to the Standard) Test Method for caliper gauge This appendix is about the test method for factory inspection of caliper gauge. A1 Indication Error The indication error range of caliper gauge is measured by using the inner scale composed of outer diameter scale or 3-degree scale and disc block. When the two measuring surfaces of the caliper gauge are connected with the measuring surface of the micrometer or disc block clamp, the difference between the indication value on the dial indicator and the indication value of the outer diameter scale or the inner scale composed of the disc block is the indication error of the caliper gauge. This test should be carried out at least on four positions evenly distributed within the measuring range. The error test of the indication of the external caliper gauge is to place the level 3 piece between the two measuring surfaces of the external caliper gauge. The difference between the dial indicator indication and the monitoring scale is the error of the indication of the external caliper gauge. This test should be carried out at least on four positions evenly distributed within the measuring range. A2 Indication variability The inspection of the indication variability is to perform repeated measurements on the measured value through numerical variation or measurement. The difference between the daily indication and the minimum indication is the indication variability of the caliper gauge. A3 Measuring force The force of the caliper gauge is to use a force less than 0.1N to measure the force in the measuring range.
