This standard applies to nickel-based and iron-based high-temperature alloy hot-rolled plates with a thickness of 4~14mm and a service temperature of 600~950℃, which can be used for high-temperature load-bearing components in aviation, aerospace, gas turbines and other industries. 1 Dimensions and Appearance
1.1 Dimensions and Permissible Deviations
1.1.1 The thickness of the plate is 414mm. The specific specifications shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties and shall be indicated in the contract. 1.1.2 The allowable deviation of the thickness, width and length of the plate shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB709-65 "Types of Hot-rolled Thick Steel Plates". 1.1.2.1 When the purchaser has special requirements, the supplier can supply plates with reduced thickness deviations by agreement between the two parties, and this should be noted in the contract. 1.1.2.2 According to the purchaser's requirements, the supplier can supply 3-4mm hot-rolled plates, and the allowable thickness deviation should be in accordance with the deviation regulations of 4mm hot-rolled plates.
1.1.3 After agreement between the supplier and the purchaser, delivery can be made in multiple lengths, and rounded corners are allowed. Plates with short lengths due to sample collection are allowed to be delivered in one piece per furnace (when the delivery is not less than 100 pieces, two pieces are allowed per furnace). 1.2 Unevenness
The unevenness of the plate in the delivery state shall not be greater than 10mm per meter. 2 Technical requirements

The transverse macrostructure of the plate should not have shrinkage marks, inclusions, cracks, voids and pinholes. The inspection of transverse macrostructure is carried out on the alloy plate.
With the consent of the purchaser, the supplier can carry out ultrasonic flaw detection on the intermediate piece by piece instead of transverse macrostructure inspection. 2.6 Grain size
The plate should be inspected for grain size in the delivery state, and the actual measurement results should be reported and noted in the quality certificate. It is not used as a basis for judgment. 2.7 Ultrasonic flaw detection
The plate should be ultrasonically tested one by one, and the inspection results should not be stratified. 2.8 Surface quality
The surface of the plate in the delivery state should be smooth and flat, without scars, heavy skin, oxide skin, pits, and traces of over-pickling. The following defects are allowed on both sides of the plate within the deviation range (not exceeding the minimum thickness of the plate): general and local abrasions, scratches, roller indentations and small pits.
GB/T14995-94
Any defects exceeding the above provisions are allowed to be removed along the rolling direction with a fine grinding wheel with a grain size finer than 80, but the minimum thickness of the plate must be guaranteed. The cleaning area is not specified.
3 Inspection method
3.1 Size measurement method
The plate should be measured piece by piece using common dry ruler, steel tape measure and other measuring tools. The thickness of the plate should be measured at a distance of not less than 100mm from the top corner of the plate and not less than 20mm from each edge. 3.2 Method of measuring unevenness
Put the plate freely and lightly on the inspection half-table, and use a universal ruler to measure the maximum value of the wave peak or protrusion height minus the plate thickness value along the length or width direction of the plate.
3.3 Method of surface quality inspection
The surface quality of the plate should be inspected by naked eyes one by one. 3.4 Chemical analysis method,
3.4.1 The sampling method for chemical analysis of alloys shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB22263 "Method for sampling samples for chemical analysis of steel", and one sample shall be taken from each furnace. For plates finally produced by electroslag or vacuum arc furnace, the elements C, A1, and T shall be sampled and analyzed from the head and tail of the ingot, and other specified analysis elements shall be sampled and analyzed only from the head of the ingot. 3.4.2 The chemical analysis of the plate can be carried out according to the general method, but the arbitration analysis shall be carried out according to YB790-75 "Chemical Analysis Method of High Temperature Alloys". The arbitration analysis method of the chemical analysis method of elements not specified or not applicable in YB790-75 shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
3.5 Ultrasonic flaw detection method
Ultrasonic flaw detection of plates can be carried out according to the supplier's general method or the method agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. 3.6 Low-power, high-power and mechanical property test methods 3.6.1 Each batch of specimens for low-power, high-power and mechanical property tests should be cut in the transverse direction (perpendicular to the rolling direction) at a distance of not less than 50mm from the plate or the edge of the plate, but the supplier should ensure that the longitudinal properties of the alloy plate must meet the requirements of this standard. 3.6.2 The number, location and test method of the specimens cut from each test plate should be as specified in Table 4. 4.1 Acceptance
The acceptance of plates shall be conducted by the technical supervision department of the supplier, and the purchaser shall have the right to inspect the plates in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 4.2 Batches
GB/T14995-94
The plates shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of plates of the same alloy grade, furnace number, size and heat treatment system. 4.2.11
