This standard applies to various documents related to international trade. 2 Style GB/T 14392-93 The style designed in this standard adopts the "frame design" structure. The consignee address area is consistent with the regulations of the Universal Postal Union to facilitate the use of window envelopes. The "free disposal area" is used for content specifically required by different documents. For specific styles, please refer to Figure 1. 3 Paper specifications and graphic area The paper size of the style is A4: 210mm×297mm. The width of the margin is: Left white edge 20±0.5mm; Top white edge 10±0.5mm. Effective graphic and text area: 183mm×280mm. 4 Design principles 4.1 In principle, items already in the format should be designed in the corresponding position of the document. 4.2 Items not in the format should be designed in the "free disposal area" of the format. 4.3 Certain items in the format can be cancelled if they do not need to be designed on the document.
