The following clauses replace the corresponding contents in 4.1, 5.2 and 5.5 of GB/T14225.3-1993 respectively. 7.1.1 Soil entry stroke. Measure the forward distance from the last tillage disc landing point to the disc reaching the stable tillage depth. The stable tillage depth is calculated as 80% of the predetermined tillage depth of the test.
7.1.2 During the production test assessment, the beam frame, suspension frame, main transmission box, side box, transmission shaft and disc shaft parts are not allowed to be damaged under normal operating conditions. When the above parts are replaced due to abnormal damage, the production assessment area needs to be recalculated. 7.1.3 Wear resistance of wearing parts. At the beginning and end of the production test and when replacing parts, the tillage disc, tail wheel disc, shovel tip and grass cover (scraper) are respectively tested and retested, and the wear amount is calculated and recorded in the corresponding table. 7.2 Determination of power consumption
The drive disc type power consumption consists of two parts: the driving power consumption of the working parts and the traction power consumption. The traction power consumption can be measured by the "car pulling car" method to measure the traction, measure the forward speed, and calculate the traction power consumption. It can also be calculated by measuring the tractor drive wheel drive torque and speed to calculate the tractor drive wheel power consumption. Traction power consumption:

The determination area should be polished once, and no surface treatment should be performed during the inspection. If one of the four points is unqualified, additional inspection is allowed. The method of additional inspection is: take the point as the symmetric center and measure one point on both sides of it within the 20~25mm measurement area. If both points are qualified, it is judged as qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified. 7.3.2 Calculation of qualified rate of disk hardness points

After stopping, check the temperature rise of the lubricating oil in the gearbox and the bearing temperature rise. The temperature rise is not more than 25℃. a) Use a thermometer with a range of 0~100℃ and an accuracy of ±1℃ to measure the temperature of the lubricating oil in the gearbox before and after operation, and calculate the temperature rise. b) Use a point thermometer to measure the temperature of the bearing shell near the journal at both ends of the disc shaft before and after operation, and calculate the bearing temperature rise. 7.4.4 The change in the disc radius of the assembled disc shaft assembly is ≤12mm. 7.4.5 The coating of the whole machine appearance should be uniform in color, flat, smooth, and without exposed bottom.
