4 Technical Requirements

4.1 The vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of this standard and JB/T5496, and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Outsourced and purchased parts shall have a certificate of conformity, and may be assembled only after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department. 4.3 The structure of the vibrating screen shall meet the following requirements: a) It is convenient to repair and replace vulnerable parts; b) Dust and oil leakage shall not enter the vibrator; c) Prevent the bolts from loosening;
d) Under normal working conditions, the material will not deviate or spill out of the side plate. 4.4 The performance of the whole machine shall meet the following requirements:
a) The vibration frequency deviation shall not exceed 2.5%; b) The amplitude difference of the symmetrical points of the two side plates of the screen box shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the lateral swing shall not exceed 1mm c) The operation is stable and flexible, without jamming, d) The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75C: e) The no-load noise shall not exceed 90dB (A); f) The screen plate shall be firmly fixed on the screen frame, and there shall be no secondary vibration; g) The height error of the symmetrical point spring after the vibrating screen is assembled shall not exceed 5mm. 4.5 The screen box shall meet the following requirements:
a) The side plates shall be made of 20 steel in GB/T699, 20g in GB713 or Q235-B steel plates in GB/T700, and shall not be spliced;
b) The flatness error of the screen surface bracket after forming shall not be greater than 2mm per square meter, and the equal length error of the two diagonals shall not be greater than 1mm per meter;
c) The crossbeam shall not be spliced ​​in the vertical direction;
d) The tensile strength of the ring groove rivet shall not be less than 800N/mm, and the nail sleeve material shall meet the mechanical property requirements of 10 steel in GB/T699, and shall be passivated.
4.6 The slit screen plate shall meet the requirements of JB/T3278, and the woven screen shall meet the requirements of JB/T9032. 4.7 The spring shall meet the requirements of GB/T1239.4 and shall be shot peened. 4.8 The vibrator shall meet the following requirements:
a) The vibrator shall use bearings with increased clearance. After cleaning, the cleanliness of the housing and other parts shall not exceed 350mg. The lubricating oil of the specified brand shall not have oil leakage, and the axial play of the transmission shaft shall not exceed 0.7~~~~2.2mm: b) The vibrator parts shall not have cracks and other visible defects, and the rotating parts shall not be repaired by welding. c) The gear accuracy shall comply with the provisions of 8-7-7GJ in GB/T10095. 4.9 The painting shall be uniform + the paint surface shall not have defects such as cracks, peeling and flow marks. 4.10 Scope of supply of complete set of vibrating screen:

5 Test method

The test method of vibrating screen shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T4042. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of vibrating screen is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Each vibrating screen shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and the documents proving the qualified quality of the product shall be attached when it leaves the factory. 6.2.2 The factory inspection is carried out at the manufacturer, and the following items are inspected after idling for 4 hours: a) Amplitude;
b) Vibration direction angle;
c) Noise;
d) Vibration frequency;
e) Maximum temperature of vibrator bearing and bearing temperature rise; f) Amplitude difference between symmetrical points of the two side plates;
g) Lateral swing of the screen box.
6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 The vibrating screen should be type inspected when any of the following situations occurs: a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production; b) After formal production, there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, an inspection should be carried out every 3 years or every 50 units produced; d) When production is resumed after a long period of suspension;
e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.3.2 The type inspection items shall include all the requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 The type inspection shall be carried out by randomly selecting one product from the qualified products of the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be carried out. 7 Marking, label and instruction manual
7.1 Each vibrating screen shall be fixed with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents:
a) Manufacturer's name;
b) Product name and model:
c) Main technical parameters;
d) Production date and export number.
7.2 The product instruction manual shall be written for the vibrating screen, and the instruction manual shall comply with the provisions of GB9969.1. 7.3 The packaging mark of the vibrating screen shall include the transport packaging receipt and delivery mark and the packaging storage and transportation graphic mark. The mark shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191.
8 Packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 The packaging of the vibrating screen shall comply with the requirements of GB/T13384. Except for electrical equipment and V-belts, which are sealed, the rest can be wrapped or packed. The packaging boxes and packages shall comply with the requirements of land and water transportation. 8.2 The exposed processing surface of metal parts shall be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with polyvinyl chloride plastic film. 526

8.3 The packaging box should be ventilated and rainproof, and the outer wall should have obvious text markings, and should comply with the provisions of 7.3, including: a) The name of the receiving station and the receiving unit;
b) The name of the shipping station and the shipping unit;
c) Contract number, product name and model;
d) Gross weight, net weight, box number and overall dimensions, e) Center of gravity, lifting line, storage and transportation diagram. When the product is unpacked, a sign should be tied in a conspicuous position. The sign should comply with the provisions of 7.3, and the center of gravity position should be marked on the product. 8.4
