JB/T3016-2004
This standard specifies the technical requirements, delivery conditions, acceptance rules, sales packaging, and the recycling and reuse of packaging materials for corrugated paper boxes, ordinary paper boxes and calcium plastic boxes (hereinafter referred to as paper boxes, wooden boxes and calcium plastic boxes) used for the outer packaging of rolling bearings.
This standard is applied to the outer diameter of domestically sold bearings and commodity parts with a half-year anti-rust period and a year anti-rust period.
It is mainly used for manufacturers, purchasers and bearing users to accept the quality of packaging and packaging materials. 2 Normative references

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Materials and physical properties
4.1.1 Carton

4.2 Box type
4.2.1 Wooden box
The box type is preferably a 10-type shrink box or an H-type braided box. According to the different modes of transportation, other types may also be used:

4.2.3 Plastic boxes
Plastic boxes should adopt Class B boxes specified in GB.T6980-1995, which is the same as the box type of paper. 4.3 Box making requirements
4.3.1 Paper
4.3.1.t The internal size tolerance of paper is specified as -2mm*-+5mm. 4.3.1.2 The low-carbon steel flat wire with chain layer is used for binding cartons. The wire should not have rust spots, peeling, cracking or other defects.
4.3.1.3 The pin joints should be nailed together, and the overlap width should be greater than 35mm1. The pins should be placed along the center line of the overlapped part, and the vertical edge of the box should be 45 degrees. 4.3.2 Calcium plastic box
The requirements for the production of calcium plastic boxes shall comply with the specifications of GB/T 6080-1995. 4.3.3 Wooden box
4.3.3.1 The thickness of each baffle and box of this box is 15mm. For wooden boxes with a gross weight of less than 20kh, the thickness of the board box is 12m. 4.4.1 Products that have passed the inspection shall be packed in the inner packaging according to the provisions of (1R/T8597-2003, and the products with qualified inner packaging shall be packed in the outer packaging.
4.4.2 The gross weight of cartons and boxes shall not exceed 25kg, and the gross weight of boxes shall not exceed 30kg. 4.4.3 Bearing products shall be packed in accordance with waterproof requirements. Cartons and anti-smoking boxes shall be lined with plastic bags, and wooden boxes shall be lined with a thin layer of 120g/m2 oil-sprayed sound paper or other waterproof materials.
