3 Terms
3.1 Broadcast system
refers to a complete set of equipment consisting of an input junction box, an output junction box, a broadcast host, a transmitter and receiver, a remote control box and a speaker group. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on September 30, 1992 and implemented on June 1, 1993

For AM, the measurement frequency is 1 MHz, and the modulation frequency is 160~3 T50 IIz. For the lower root frequency, the voltage drop relative to 1 kHz should not be less than 6 dB, and for the upper limit frequency, it should not be greater than 12 dB. For T-FM system, the measurement frequency is 0.8MHz, the modulation frequency is 160~50G0Hz, and the voltage drop relative to 1kHz should not be greater than GdB.
4.1.8 Harmonic distortion
For AM system, the voltage should not be greater than 10 yuan, and for FM system, the voltage should not be greater than 7%. 4.1.9 Line

4.3.1 The nominal rated output power is 25W, 50W, 100W, 200W (can also be specified by product technical conditions), and the nominal rated output voltage is 60V at 25W or 50W; 120V at 100W or 200W. 4.3.2
The harmonic magnitude (at 1000Hz) should be less than 7% when the nominal rated output power is 25W or 50W, and less than 10% when the nominal rated output power is 1004.3.3

4.3.10 The amplifiers shall operate stably and there shall be no obvious audio vibration.4.4 Power supply
4.4.1 AC power supply: 220V.50±2.5Hz (110V, 60+2.5Hz); DC power supply: 24!31V
4.4.2 When the AC power supply voltage changes by 10%, the output power is allowed to change by 20%, and the harmonic distortion shall not be greater than 15%. When the AC power supply voltage changes by 15%, the system shall be able to work.4.4.3 When the AC power supply circuit is closed: the insulation resistance between the power supply line and the shell measured with a 500V transformer should be no less than 10M0. 4.5 Technical requirements for broadcasting system
4.5.1 When the broadcasting machine is at a fixed output, the input voltage series is 60V (25W.50W), 120V (100W, 200W). 4.5.2 The input impedance and input signal of the broadcasting card machine should meet the following requirements; 3

4.5.3 The audio signal level supplied by the radio part to the amplification part shall be specified by the product technical conditions. 4.5.4 The technical requirements for the controller and loudspeaker shall be specified in the product technical conditions. 4.5.5 The mobile telephone system or common power system shall be able to start the power supply of the broadcasting system. The input level and micro impedance of the broadcasting system and the telephone system shall be specified in the product technical conditions. 4.5. The broadcasting system shall have the function of being remotely controlled by the internal communication system and can be centrally controlled. It can also be controlled by partitions. The partition requirements shall be specified in the product technical conditions. The remote control function level is higher than the entertainment broadcasting function level. 4.5.7 The broadcasting system shall have a monitoring function. 4.5.81 The broadcasting system shall have an AC/DC power supply automatic conversion function. 4.5.9 The protection type of the shell of the broadcasting system shall be adapted to the place of installation and use. The safety of the broadcasting system shall comply with the provisions of GB8898. 4.5.10 The broadcasting system shall be designed for portability and meet the reliability technical indicators specified in the product technical conditions. 4.5.11
4.5.12) The sound and light signals of the broadcasting system shall comply with the provisions of GB9193. 4.5.13) The broadcasting system shall have good electromagnetic compatibility and shall comply with the provisions of GB10250. 4.6 Environmental adaptability requirements
To ensure the durability of the broadcasting system and the stability of its adaptation to environmental conditions. The broadcasting system shall meet the following environmental conditions. 4.6.1 Ambient temperature

5.2 The electrical performance of the tape recording part shall be tested according to the corresponding methods specified in GB2018. 5.3 The electrical performance of the amplification part The performance is tested according to the method specified in GB1983. 5.4 The function of the broadcasting system to be remotely controlled by the ship's internal communication system is tested by sending the remote control signal of the internal communication system to the broadcasting system, and the broadcasting system can be controlled and complete the specified functions. 5.5 The monitoring function test method refers to the monitoring function when the radio broadcast or the transmitter is transmitting, which can be used to monitor the size of the broadcasting signal.

6.1 Low temperature test
The test is carried out according to the method specified in GB2423.1, and the relevant test details are specified in the product technical conditions. 6.2 High temperature test

6.3.1 The test is divided into two types: constant mixed heat and alternating damp heat. 7 Inspection rules
7. 1 Factory Inspection
Product factory inspection is a test that must be carried out when the product is delivered. All the items specified in the factory inspection must be inspected and qualified before the product can be shipped and a product certificate can be issued. If a certain inspection item of the lead broadcast system equipment is found to be unqualified during the factory inspection, the cause should be analyzed and re-inspected after the defect is eliminated. The product batching and batch sampling methods in the factory inspection and the detailed re-inspection rules shall be determined by the product technical personnel. 7.1.1 Factory Inspection Items
7.1.1.1 General inspection
Inspection contents include appearance, assembly quality, marking, installation dimensions, quality, packaging, accessories and random documents, etc. 7.1.1.2 Power-on operation inspection
All or part of the inspection items are carried out according to the inspection items specified in Articles 4.1 to 1.5 of this standard and the test methods specified in Article 5. 7.1.2 Judgment rules
7.1.2.1 Mechanical parts in the marine transport system have cracks, pressure, peripheral parts have obvious rust, fixed structure assembly is tilted, swinging.The rubber gasket has cracks or wrinkles, the product has residual metal shavings or debris, the outer gauge has obvious scratches, the paint is seriously peeled, there is no mark or the mark is unclear, the installation size is seriously out of tolerance, the packaging does not meet the requirements of this standard, and the accessories do not meet the requirements. All of these are considered unqualified. 7.1.2.2 The convexity judgment of the power-on operation test can be carried out according to the provisions of Articles 1.1 to 4.5 of this standard. Or the product technical conditions are clearly stated. 7.2 Type inspection Type inspection is to verify whether the marine broadcasting system meets all the requirements specified in the technical standards. In small batch production, all test items can be carried out on a product randomly selected in the test. In batch production, the product is corrected and the sample method is used to make the product technical conditions. In any of the following cases, the marine broadcasting system must be inspected for some or all of the type inspection items. Trial and type identification of new products or old products for production; a. After formal production, the suburban structure, materials, and other items must be inspected. When the process has a significant change that may affect the product performance: During normal production, it is a period of time or a certain amount of production. Periodic inspection should be carried out: d. When the product is stopped for a long time and the production is resumed; the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; e. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 7.2.1 Type inspection items All items specified in Articles 1.1 to 4.6 of this standard and the test methods specified in Chapter 5 and Article 6 shall be inspected. 7.2.2 Specific rules During type inspection, the qualification criteria of each test item shall comply with the requirements of Articles 1 to 1.6 of this standard or the provisions of the product technical specifications. Only when all the tests of type inspection items are qualified can it be considered that the type inspection has been carried out. If an item fails in the test, the reason should be analyzed, and a certain measure should be taken to improve it before retesting. When the measures taken affect the indicators of other test items, the affected test items should also be retested. The specific details of the retest are stipulated by the product technical conditions. 8 Markings

9 Packaging, transportation and storage
The packaging of the production system should comply with the provisions of GB3873. The packaging and storage vehicle graphic marks should comply with the regulations of GB191. 9.3 The equipment of the marine broadcasting system should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. 10 Spare parts
The marine broadcasting system shall have enough spare parts, and the quantity and type shall be specified in the product technical conditions or the cargo contract. Additional remarks:
