3 Terms
3.1 Broadcast system
refers to a complete set of equipment consisting of an input junction box, an output junction box, a broadcast host, a transmitter and receiver, a remote control box and a speaker group. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on September 30, 1992 and implemented on June 1, 1993

The input level and micro impedance of the broadcasting system and the telephone system shall be specified in the product technical conditions. 4.5. The broadcasting system shall have the function of being remotely controlled by the internal communication system and can be centrally controlled. It can also be controlled by partitions. The partition requirements shall be specified in the product technical conditions. 7 Inspection rules
7. 1 Factory Inspection
Product factory inspection is a test that must be carried out when the product is delivered. All the items specified in the factory inspection must be inspected and qualified before the product can be shipped and a product certificate can be issued. If a certain inspection item of the lead broadcast system equipment is found to be unqualified during the factory inspection, the cause should be analyzed and re-inspected after the defect is eliminated. The product batching and batch sampling methods in the factory inspection and the detailed re-inspection rules shall be determined by the product technical personnel. 7.1.1 Factory Inspection Items
7.1.1.1 General inspection
Inspection contents include appearance, assembly quality, marking, installation dimensions, quality, packaging, accessories and random documents, etc. 7.1.1.2 Power-on operation inspection
All or part of the inspection items are carried out according to the inspection items specified in Articles 4.1 to 1.5 of this standard and the test methods specified in Article 5. 7.1.2 Judgment rules
7.1.2.1 Mechanical parts in the marine transport system have cracks, pressure, peripheral parts have obvious rust, fixed structure assembly is tilted, swinging.The rubber gasket has cracks or wrinkles, the product has residual metal shavings or debris, the outer gauge has obvious scratches, the paint is seriously peeled, there is no mark or the mark is unclear, the installation size is seriously out of tolerance, the packaging does not meet the requirements of this standard, and the accessories do not meet the requirements. All of these are considered unqualified. 7.1.2.2 The convexity judgment of the power-on operation test can be carried out according to the provisions of Articles 1.1 to 4.5 of this standard. Or the product technical conditions are clearly stated. 7.2 Type inspection Type inspection is to verify whether the marine broadcasting system meets all the requirements specified in the technical standards. In small batch production, all test items can be carried out on a product randomly selected in the test. In batch production, the product is corrected and the sample method is used to make the product technical conditions. In any of the following cases, the marine broadcasting system must be inspected for some or all of the type inspection items. 9 Packaging, transportation and storage
