General technical requirements
Seed cleaners shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. Raw materials must have qualified certification documents, otherwise they should be inspected and used only after they are qualified. All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts must have product certificates before they can be assembled. The walking wheels of the mobile forage seed cleaning machine must not damage the asphalt pavement and indoor floor. The structure of the cleaning machine should ensure that screens of different specifications can be easily replaced. The cleaning machine should be equipped with a cleaning device.
The feeding part should be equipped with a mechanism to prevent seed overhead, blockage and uneven feeding. Gray cast iron parts should comply with the provisions of GB9439. The weld should be uniform, flat and firm, and defects such as false welding, burns, leaking welding, cracks and slag inclusions are not allowed, and the welding slag should be removed. The riveting should be firm, and defects such as cracks and damage that affect strength and appearance are not allowed. Forgings are not allowed to have defects such as overburning, cracks and interlayers. Wooden parts should meet the following requirements:
The wood should be dry;
There should be no defects such as cracks, decay, deformation, resin capsule leakage and insect pests that affect strength and appearance. 3.2 Main performance indicators
3.2.1 The moisture content of the grass seeds to be cleaned before entering the machine should meet the requirements of GB6141 or GB6142. When the seed level is level three, it should meet the following requirements after processing:

8. After one cleaning, the purity should not be lower than level two: the purity of seeds below level three should be increased by more than 5%; b. The degree of seed separation should be no less than 98.5%. 3.2.2 The seed injury rate should not be greater than 0.2%
3.2.3 The leakage loss rate should not be greater than 0.3%. 3.2.4 Kilowatt-hour productivity
Gramineae forage grass seeds: old sibiricum seeds should be no less than 48kg/(kW·h); sheep grass seeds should be no less than 120kg/(kW·h); leguminous forage grass seeds should be no less than 150kg/(kW·h)3.2.5 The operation time before the first failure should be no less than 120h. 3.2.6 The noise should be no more than 85dB(A).
3.2.7 The dust concentration should be no more than 10mg/m3. 3.3 Technical requirements for main parts and components
3.3.1 The edge of the screen box boom needs to be polished and the surface should not be damaged. 3.3.2
The screen should meet the requirements of GB3943.
3.3.3 When the speed of the cast iron pulley exceeds 400r/min or the weight is large, 3kg, it should be subjected to static balance inspection according to the provisions of Appendix A of NJ344.
3.3.4The fan rotor shall meet the following requirements: The blade and its fixing plate shall be made of Q215 with mechanical properties not lower than that specified in GB700; the hub material shall be made of HT250 specified in GB9439a.
b. The hub hole accuracy shall not be lower than H9 specified in GB1801; after the impeller is assembled, the radial total runout of the blade to the axis shall not be greater than 0.25% of the impeller diameter, and the end face circular runout of the blade or its fixing plate to the axis c.

After the fan rotor and other rotating parts on the fan shaft are assembled, static balance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A of NJ344. 3.3.5 After the frame is welded, the difference in the diagonal length of the rectangular frame that affects the performance shall not be greater than 0.2%. 3.3.6 After the screen box is assembled, the gap between the joint surfaces shall not be greater than 0.5mm at the straight seam; the gap at the corner shall not be greater than 1mm. 3.4 Technical requirements for assembly
Before assembly, all parts and components should be cleaned of impurities and dirt, and the surfaces of the moving parts should be filled with lubricating oil. 3.4.1
Fasteners should be firmly connected.
The material channel joint should not be leaking.
The operating mechanism works accurately and reliably.
3.4.5The rotating parts should be flexible.
3.4.6After assembly, the length of the suspension rod should be consistent, and the error should not exceed 1.5mm. 3.4.? Each adjustment part must be flexible and reliable. When the feed adjustment valve is at zero position, its local clearance should not exceed 1mm; when the air volume adjustment valve is at zero position, its local clearance should not exceed 1.5mm. 3.4.8Under positive belt load, the temperature of the eccentric shaft and fan bearing of the cleaning machine shall not exceed 60℃. 3.5 Safety requirements
3.5.1Exposed moving parts should have safety protection devices. 3.5.2 A grille should be installed on the top of the feeding device. 3.6 Appearance quality
3.6.1 The painting should comply with the quality index of TQ-1-NP or TQ-1-BP in NJ/Z3. 3.6.2 The color of the safety cover and the transfer parts should be clearly different from the main body color. 3.6.3 The surface of the whole machine should be flat, the steel plate parts should not have indentations or damage, and the edges should be smooth. 4 Test method

The test method of the cleaning machine shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant standard provisions of "Test method of forage seed cleaning machine". 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
5.1.1 Each cleaning machine must be inspected and qualified by the factory quality management department before it can leave the factory. Before the product leaves the factory, each product shall be tested for an idle run for not less than 30 minutes, and shall meet the following requirements: 5.1.2
Starting shall be normal, running shall be smooth, without collision and abnormal sound; the control system shall be accurate and reliable;
fasteners shall not be loose;
comply with the provisions of Articles 3.2.6, 3.3.6, 3.4.7 and 3.5 of this standard. 5.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, type inspection shall be carried out every three years; when a product that has been discontinued for more than two years resumes production; when there is a major difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 5.2.2 Inspection Items
Type inspection items include the items specified in Article 3.2, Article 3.3.2, Article 3.3.3, Article 3.3.4 (d), Article 3.3.6, Article 3.4.2~3.4.8, Article 3.5 and Article 3.6 of this standard. 5.2.3 Sampling Rules
The inspection batch is 9 to 15 units, and two units are randomly selected from them. 5.2.4 Judgment Rules
Article 3.2.1 (a), Article 3.2.1 (b), Article 3.2.2, Article 3.5.1, Article 3.5.2, a total of 10 items for two units, all of which must be qualified; the remaining items are 38 items for two units, and no more than 6 items are unqualified, and the batch of products is judged to be qualified. Otherwise, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Marking
The product label should be fixed in a conspicuous position on each cleaning machine, and the size and technical requirements of the label should comply with the provisions of JB8. The content of the label should include:
Manufacturer name;
Product name and model;
Main technical parameters of the product (productivity, power, total weight and external dimensions); Product production date:
Product production number.
6.2 Packaging and transportation
The packaging method and marking should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 6.2.2
The screen box and the machine body should be firmly fixed during transportation. Rainproof measures should be taken.
Random screen pieces should be packaged in separate anti-deformation packaging, and rain and moisture-proof measures should be taken. 6.2.5
During the packaging and transportation of the mobile forage seed cleaning machine, the position of the walking wheels must be fixed and the pneumatic tires must not be damaged. 6.2.6
The machine must not be inverted.
The accessories, fittings, tools and documents provided with the product should be complete, including: 3
Packing list;
Product certificate;
Product instruction manual;
User feedback form.
The machine should be stored with good rainproof and ventilation facilities. 6.3
