Introduction to standards:

JB/T 10023-2001 This standard is formulated by integrating the contents of Appendix C "Test Method for Cleanliness of Twin Turbine Torque Converters" of GB/T 10856-198 "General Technical Conditions for Twin Turbine Torque Converters" and Appendix A "Test Method for Cleanliness of Hydraulic Parts" of JB/T 9711-1999 "General Technical Conditions for Single-stage Centripetal Turbine Torque Converters" into independent chapters and improving them. This standard specifies the test method (weight method) and cleanliness index of torque converter cleanliness. This standard is applicable to all types of torque converters for engineering machinery using mineral oil as the working medium. Other torque converters can refer to this standard for implementation. This standard was first issued in April 2001. This standard is formulated by integrating the contents of Appendix C "Test method for cleanliness of twin-turbine torque converter" of GB/T10856-1989 "Technical conditions for use of twin-turbine torque converter" and Appendix A "Test method for cleanliness of screen element" of GB/T10856-1989 (General technical conditions for single-stage centripetal turbine torque converter) and improving them. This standard is produced and managed by the Machinery Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The drafting unit of this standard is Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Xu Wenyuan, Huang Suibin and Wei De. This standard is finalized for the first time.
1 Scope
Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Construction Machinery Hydraulic Torque Converter Cleanliness
Detection Methods and Indicators
Consteuction Machinery-Detection Methods and Indicators for Cleanliness of Torque Converter
This standard defines the detection method and cleanliness index of torque converter wave length (weight method). JB/T10223—20D1
This standard is applicable to various types of hydraulic torque converters for construction machinery using mineral oil as the working medium. Other hydraulic torque converters can refer to the following: 2 Reference Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by being cited in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and each party using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB.T38581993 Transmission terminology
3 Detection method
3. 1 Detection part and cleaning agent
3.1.1 The detection part is the inner membrane of all transmission components and control components in the torque converter and all parts through which the working oil passes: 3.1.2 The cleaning agent is 100-.120 solvent gasoline filtered through a 0.45m microporous filter membrane. 3.2 Inspection instruments: a) One set of inspection equipment: h) One vacuum filter: d) One microporous filter membrane with pore size of 0.45μm and 12μm; e) One desiccator: a balance with precision of one ten-thousandth; 8) Three porcelain sensors with lids, three glass containers: other supplies: measuring cup, funnel, culture blood, agarose, test tube, silk cloth, syringe, finger press, etc.
3.3 Preparation and requirements before testing
3.3. [The testing site (standard room) should be kept clean. The dust concentration in the air should be less than 1800 particles per liter of air at 0.5 m2 under static conditions. The operator should wear professional work clothes. 3.3.2 The container and glassware should be cleaned. The activity should not exceed 5% of the cleanliness index of the tested component. Approved by China Machinery Industry Federation on April 3, 2001. Implemented on October 1, 2001
JH/T[0223—2001
3.3.3 Clean the outer chain of the torque converter. 3.34 Disassemble the torque converter (do not dismantle the blocked and interference-fitted parts). The joints coated with sealant should be cleaned and wiped with a white dust cloth.
Main 3 5 Magnetic components are measured and recorded, and then demagnetized to less than 12Gs. No demagnetization is allowed. When the equipment is repaired, the chips attached to the magnetic parts should be separated completely. The separated iron is dried together with the filtered one, and foreign matter is not allowed. 3.4 Inspection operation procedure
3.4.1 Cleaning parts
3.4.1.1 Put all the disassembled inner cavity parts into container No. 1, and use cleaning agent and manual pressure spray to clean the parts in contact with the working medium. For the parts in contact with the working medium, only the contact part of the parts is cleaned. Stop cleaning when there is no foreign matter visually. 3.4.1.2 Collect the cleaning agent after cleaning according to 3.4.1.1 into the container numbered No. 1. 3.4.1.3 Take out the parts cleaned according to 3.4.1.1 and place them in No. 2 container. Rinse them with new cleaning agent and stir them. Take out 100mL and place them in a glass test tube. Observe them in a bright place until no visible foreign matter and floating impurities are visible. 3.4.1.4 Take out the parts rinsed according to 3.4.1.3 and collect the cleaning agent in the container into No. 2 sample container. 3.4.1.5 For large parts that can be placed in the above sensors and parts that only come into contact with the working medium, use a cup of cleaning agent to rinse or a brush to clean the filter contact parts. Pour the cleaning agent after cleaning into the container numbered No. 3 sample container. 3.4.2 Reporting of the weight of foreign matter
3.4.2.1 Place two microporous membranes with a pore size of 1.2μm in the culture medium, and place them in a half-covered state in a drying oven at 80°C. After drying for 30 minutes, take out the half and cool them in a desiccator for 30 minutes. 3.4.2.1 Use a short pipe to take out the microporous filter membrane from the culture medium and weigh the original weight on the balance. 3.4.2.3 Fix the two-layer filter membrane on the filter volume, stir the sample to be tested thoroughly, pour it into the material filter device, rinse the sample container with 50mL of disinfectant, and pour it into the filter device. Cover the funnel and drain. When about 2mL of residual liquid is left, remove the slide funnel and rinse the side wall of the funnel with a detergent. Cover the funnel cover and continue to filter until the filter membrane is dry. 3.4.2.4 Remove the funnel cover, absorb the cleaning agent with a syringe, and inject the cleaning agent along the funnel wall until there is no oil on the filter membrane. 3.4.2.5 Carefully remove the filter membrane with a syringe, put it into the culture medium, half cover it and put it into the drying oven at 80℃, dry it at low temperature for 30 minutes, close the cover and put it into the dryer to cool it down for 30mm, and weigh the residual weight on the balance. 3.5 Calculation method of foreign matter weight
The weight of the filter membrane after filtration minus the original weight of the filter membrane is the residual foreign matter weight of the sample under test. 4 Cleanliness standard
The cleanliness index (residual foreign matter amount) of the hydraulic torque converter should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Cleanliness index of hydraulic torque converter
