This standard is applicable to double-roll erasher for crushing medium-brittle non-metallic materials with a compressive strength limit of less than 160MPa: This standard is also applicable to double-roll erasher for crushing rubber, rubber, branches, etc. (hereinafter referred to as erasing machine). 2 Reference standards

4.1 General requirements
4.1, 1 Crusher shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4, 1.2 When the variable speed machine adopts a single motor to rotate, its driving force is divided into left-handed and left-handed. 4.3.1 The material of the main shaft can be not less than c00MPa. 4.3.2 The welding quality of welded structural parts shall comply with the provisions of [B/T5000.3]. 4.3.3 The dimensional tolerance and angular tolerance of the welded structural parts such as the base shall comply with the provisions of Class B in JB/T5000.3, and the form and position tolerance shall comply with the provisions of Class F. The dimensional tolerance and angular tolerance of the welded pin tree parts generally required must comply with the provisions of Class C in JBT5000.3, and the form and position tolerance shall comply with the provisions of Class G.
4.4 Requirements for the whole machine
4.4:1 The large and small V-belt pulleys should be symmetrical after installation, and the relative displacement should not exceed 211000 of the center distance. 4.4.2 The adjustment device should be flexible and reliable

4.5.3 The transmission mechanism of the crusher should have safety protection devices. The safety protection devices prepared by the user should be explained in the product manual and contract:

4.6. The crusher's rollers and driving parts should rotate smoothly without blocking. There should be no abnormal noise during no-load operation. 4.6.2 The no-load continuous operation time of the crusher should be no less than 2 hours. However, the test run can be ended after the bearing temperature reaches the set point for 0.5 hours. 4.6.3 The temperature rise of the rolling shaft end of the crusher during no-load circulation operation is not more than 35℃, and the maximum temperature is not more than 70℃. 4. Technical requirements for electric control box
4.7.1 The function and capacity of the electric control box should meet the requirements of equipment operation. 4.7.1 The operation panel of the electric control box should have an operation sign. 4.7.3 The electric control box should have a door-opening power-off function or a tool-opening protection. 4.7.4 The electric control box should be effectively grounded and have an obvious grounding mark. 4.7.5 The insulation resistance of the automatic control box should be no less than 1M4.6 The electric control box should be subjected to a 1s withstand voltage test. The test voltage is generally the rated power supply voltage of the electrical equipment or 1000V. 5

The production capacity can be determined by the continuous operation time conversion method, that is, all the crushed materials within a period of time (taking a period of at least half a 0.5h) are calculated and converted into hourly production capacity. 5.3 The cohesion of the discharged material can be measured by screening with a sieve group with standard mesh size. 5.4 The test method of production should comply with the specifications of GB/T3768. 5. The sealing test of the joint with the crushed machine is carried out by installing at least 10 pieces of red on the machine plate for magnetic crushing, and the joint should not leak ash. 5.6 The safety test of non-crushed objects falling into the machine is carried out with castings, and its size should comply with the provisions of 4.5.5. 5. For the temperature test of the dynamic bearing, a thermometer is inserted into the bearing seat closest to the rolling bearing, and it is measured every 20min until the temperature stabilizes.

6.2. Each crusher shall be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the factory inspection limit of this standard before it can be shipped out of the factory. And a product certificate of conformity shall be attached.
62.2 The following items are factory inspection items: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4.1-4.4.3, 4.5.1~4.5.3, 4.6, 4.7.1~d, 7.5, inch.1~7.5. 62.3 Electric control box 1: The withstand voltage test is a random inspection item, 6.3 Type inspection
6.31 When any of the following conditions occurs, type inspection shall be carried out: a) Trial production of new products; b) When old products are transferred to other factories for production, and there are major improvements in product structure, materials, and technology, which may affect product performance; d) When production is resumed after a long period of suspension; e) When the national quality supervision agency has put forward type inspection requirements. 3.2 The content of type inspection shall include all requirements of this standard. 3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out on one machine selected from the integrated inventory products. If the inspection result fails, a double sample shall be placed for re-inspection. If the re-inspection passes, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified.
