3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Ignition time
The time for the ignition source to be applied to the test piece. 3.2 Afterburning time =ms
Under the specified test conditions, the material continues to burn after the ignition source is removed: 3.3 Ignition
Temperature flow:
3.4 Ignition time mirimumiiilirUnder the specified test conditions, the material is exposed to the ignition source and the time required for continued combustion is measured. 4 Principle
The igniter produces a flame that is perpendicular to the sample surface or the bottom edge ignition , then the required time for the sample points to be illuminated is determined, and the average value is calculated.
5 Health and safety of test personnel
The combustion of textiles may produce smoke and gas that may affect the health of operators. Appropriate measures should be taken to purify the test site. National Quality and Technical Supervision 2001·02.26 Standard 2001-09-01 Practice
6 Equipment and materials

The test equipment should have six materials that are subject to corrosion. 6.2 Test cabinet
The test panel is a front door box, and the box is at least one sheet away from the hanging test fence: 1. The bottom of the box body has enough space to ensure that it does not flash. The test is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the test year: 6.3 The frame should be able to ignite quickly and maintain the specified time position between the frame and the sample frame (see Figure 1): 6.4 Gas igniter Gas ignition rate see Appendix A, ignition can be moved to the horizontal empty position as shown in Figure Ting or the material is reversed [Xie 1): The igniter top belt is at least 75mm6.5 The test frame is made of 150mm70am invisible metal frame. It has four supporting pins. The maximum diameter is m, and the length is at least: Note: for thicker or multi-layer test libraries, the fixing pins need to be lengthened. The test frame is 2℃ smaller than the test frame. A positioning circle with a length of at least 20m should be installed near each fixed frame.
E.6 Template
The rigid template is made of the same material, and the size is consistent with the test size. There are small holes with a diameter of about 4r on the four corners of the template. The distance between the two holes and the frame of the sample is determined. The small holes are located at the vertical center line of the plate.

Each specimen has a size of (25×8)mm±2mm. The number of specimens should be able to ensure that at least 5 test specimens are accurately ignited and 5 test specimens are quickly ignited. After 1:1, the specimens are tested. The positive ignition is stored in the test plan. If the test fails, the longitudinal and environmental integrity of the specimens cannot be achieved, then the test is effective. If the specimens are made of different surfaces, and the surface points are tested, the positive and negative test environments should be checked separately.
Note 2 Because it is necessary to repeat the test to determine the effectiveness of the method, at least one piece of European wear should be prepared in each direction. For the damage surface and room ignition test, it is a more accurate sample.
7.? Mark the position on the sample
Put the general plate on the sample, and use the small hole to mark the position where the fixed layer passes through! . Method; if the component is limited (such as: belt stop emperor, full-time material: then it is necessary to mark the tire on the fixed length of the cloth, the state has a position on the square, 7.3 Lake humidity
Put the low sample in the value 2 (=2, deduct the standard atmosphere of the soil humidity 65, balance to less than 15, after the humidity is controlled, the result is not immediately tested, the adjusted test should be placed in a container 8 reduction test bar

The test is carried out in an atmosphere of -30℃ and -80% relative humidity. The flow rate is 3℃ and the machine is not affected by the operation of old equipment.
S.1 Procedure A (Table 1) Ignition
5.1.1 Position of igniter
Push the igniter directly to the test site and ensure the blood flow. The igniter is placed in the following standard. Let the top of the line be in the same plane as the center line of the test rod. The top of the igniter is 1m above the surface of the sample (see Figure 9.1.2). Adjustment of the height of the flame. The igniter is placed in the preparation position, and the igniter is set to the horizontal position. The flame end of the igniter is adjusted to the horizontal height of (25+2)mm. See Figure 1r. Each sample is located at the beginning of the fire, 9.1.3. Place the sample on the fixed needle of the sample report, make the needle pass the mark point on the plate cup, and the back of the sample is 20 degrees less than the frame work, and then install the sample vibration frame on the support frame to ensure the sample is in the original white state. .1.4 After the sample is taken out from the humidified atmosphere or the closed container, it shall be tested within 31m. 9.1.5 Move the igniter to the test position of the water heater. For the sample, the ignition time shall be close to the expected ignition time. 9.1.6 Record the ignition time and the sample scale chain ignition time. .1.7 Take a new sample with the same direction and place it on the sample rack. If the previous sample is ignited or not, the ignition time shall be reduced. If the previous sample is not ignited, the ignition time shall be increased. Record the ignition time and change the test sample. Note: if one piece is used for 1 ignition, the ignition time of the unignited sample shall be recorded as the center, and take another piece for 1 ignition time for another test. If one piece is used for 20 ignition times, take another piece for 20 ignition times. 9.1.8 Continue to count according to 9.1. until at least three samples and 5 samples are ignited. For the test group that ignites at 15 o'clock, continue to use 15 tests until 1 sample is ignited. For the test group that ignites at 2% ignition time, use 2 tests until 5 samples are ignited. The test time is 2C. For the test that does not have a high ignition time under this ignition time, the test is no longer required. The test time is greater than 20: the test report should be noted. 9.2 Ignition at the bottom of the test piece?
9.2.1 Placement of the igniter
Ignition is in front of the sample, and the vertical center line of the test piece and the vertical plane of the test piece are 30 degrees with the vertical line, and the test piece is close to the bottom of the test piece, and the fire starts at the same time. The distance from the top of the ignition to the bottom edge of the test piece is 2+mm [see 1]. Note: For fabrics that are suitable for the following specifications, keep the upper and lower edges as soft as possible. This fabric is suitable for full-scale ignition with table blood. 9.2.2 Multiply the flame intensity range by the flame intensity range. Place the igniter in the vertical position. Ignite the igniter and heat it for 2mi: Note: Adjust the vertical flame start height from the black back to the black back. The distance from the igniter to the tip of the colored flame start is (2m/day). Note: Before each sample is tested, set the flame start height as described above. 9.2.3 Place the sample on the fixed plank frame, so that the needle passes through the marked point on the template and the back of the sample is at least mm from the frame. Install the test frame on the support so that the test piece is in a straight line. 9.2.4 The sample is taken out of the machine or the machine at 2m. in or cold, 92.5 move the igniter from the prepared position to the test position, ignite the sample, and the ignition time should be based on the minimum ignition time. Note: The new test chamber should be prepared to ensure that the ignition is close. 9.26 Record the total ignition time and whether the sample is ignited: GR/T8746-2001 92? Take a new test piece and place it on the test rack. If the last piece of the sample is ignited, the ignition time should be increased by 1. Record the ignition time and whether the sample is ignited. Note: If a sample is not ignited, take another test piece and ignite it. If the test point is the same as the original point, then change the test point and 9.2.8! .2 .7 Continuous test: If there are 5 missing tests, use 1 test point to ignite the sample. If there are 10 samples that are ignited, continue to use 1 test point; if there are 10 samples that are ignited, continue to use 2 tests until there are ignitions. If there are ignitions during the test, the test is considered to be correct. For the test that has not ignited at this point, take the maximum ignition time and test again. If the test is not ignited at this point, take the maximum ignition time and test again. If the test is required to take the maximum ignition time, the court shall indicate it in the test report. The calculation of the results is the average ignition time of the least number of ignition or non-ignition tests. If the number of ignitions is calculated by the "technical method", 0.5 shall be added to the average value. If the number of ignitions is rounded to an integer (.5), the value is the maximum stop time in this direction. 11 Test report The test report shall include the following: 1) The test was carried out in accordance with this standard and any deviation from this standard; 2) The gas used and the test personnel; 3) Temperature and pressure during the test; 4) Description of the test specimen; 5) The method used should be consistent with the test method; 6) The test points during the test should be recorded; 7) The test direction of ignition should be indicated; 8) The test time should be recorded as well as the ignition or non-ignition of the test specimen; 9) The minimum ignition time of the test specimen; 10) The fabric should not ignite (or the longer ignition time used). The following should be recorded: 8726—2CC1
42+x3-345
The half-mean time is 3115-3.5, which can be rounded to an integer. The ignition time is 43. Note: If the number of ignitions is less than the number of ignitions, calculate the weighted average of the ignition time, and then stop calculating and start the rounding again.

Test technology
The test technology required for the combustion test is the quality of the test technology. For example, the worse the automation of the instrument, the higher the requirements for the operator's experience. The basic requirements are as follows:
C1 For safety, the test instrument should also be separated from the busy gas decomposition, and the steel can be purchased separately. Under this condition, the smoke door should be installed in the room where the instrument is installed. The corresponding gas igniter should be used at the entrance of the canister to increase the fire resistance. The installation and use of the same potential should not be carried away by the potential gas or the sample should not stay on the flammable material. The operator should be equipped with protective equipment, firearms and alarm signals. The product should be made and ensured to be safe. For example, some well-cared fabrics such as single-sided outer products are easy to emit gas. This can be alleviated by improving the integration. Therefore, it is best to run the whole test of this type of material. After the test, the residual material adhering to the fixed fiber can be removed. Any material still in the door must be used to transport the fire, and then put it together with the doctor! It is suitable for a small wearer. C5 If it is found after inspection that the two surfaces of the fabric have different ignitabilities, or the two surfaces are different, both sides of the fabric should be tested.3. Place the sample on the fixed plank of the test frame, make the needle pass through the mark on the template, and make the back of the sample at least 100mm away from the frame. Install the test frame on the support, make the sample hang straight. 9.2.4 The sample should be taken out of the test chamber or the test position within 2 minutes. 9.2.5 Move the igniter from the prepared position to the inclined test position, ignite the sample, and the ignition time should be the minimum time required to cause the ignition. Note: The test chamber should be prepared to ensure the ignition time. 9.26 Record the total ignition time and whether it is ignited: GR/T8746—2001 9.2. Take a new piece of the same size and place it on the test frame. When the sample is ignited, the ignition time should be increased by 1. Note: If one sample is not ignited, record the ignition time as \ n \ nSelect another test piece to ignite, if the test point is the same as the original point, then change the test point, 9.2.8! .2.7 Continued test: If there are no missing test points, select the ignition point and the test point is 1: The sample that is ignited should be used again; if there are 1 test piece ignited, the test point should be used again; if there are 5 test pieces ignited, the test point should be used again; if there are 1 test piece ignited, the test point should be used again; if there are 1 test piece ignited, the test point should be used again. For the elements that fail to ignite during the test, continue to use 2 tests until there is a test that fails to ignite. The maximum ignition time is taken as the maximum test time. For the test that fails to ignite at this time, the maximum ignition time is taken as the maximum test time. If the test result is required, the court shall indicate it in the inspection report. The average ignition time of the engineer shall be taken as the ignition time of the least number of ignition or failure tests. If the "ignition technique" is used, the average value should be increased by 0.5. If the average value of the ignition times is rounded to an integer (.5 is the maximum value G/T317), the value is the point in this direction. 11 Test report The test report should include the following: 1) The test is carried out in accordance with this standard and any deviation from this standard; 1:) The gas used in the test and the test personnel: Temperature and pressure during the test :
c) Description of the sample:
[)For fabrics that cannot be fixed with the same needle, the method used should be called) The test point is: the test direction of the sample is indicated as well as the test direction of the sample ignition or bottom ignition. The table shows the time of ignition and the situation of ignition or non-ignition. It should be recorded as follows: GR.T 8726—2CC1
42+x3-345
The half-mean time is 3115-3.5, which can be rounded to an integer. The ignition time is 43. Note: If the number of ignitions is less than the number of ignitions, calculate the weighted average of the ignition time, and then stop calculating and start the rounding again.
