Foreword
This regulation is revised by the National Chemical Powder Engineering Design Technology Center Station in accordance with the arrangement of the "Basic Work Plan for Chemical Engineering Survey and Design System in 1999" (No. 99-37) of the China Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association. This regulation stipulates the standard measurement accuracy and inspection methods for chemical powder and granule products.
This regulation was originally compiled by the Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Company of Sinopec. The original chemical design standard CD131A4-87" was approved for trial implementation by the former Infrastructure Bureau of the Ministry of Chemical Industry in April 1988. The standard was revised in 1993 and approved for implementation by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. The standard number is HG/T20547-92. This time, the regulation was revised again, mainly revising the packaging measurement allowable error table and sampling inspection plan, and adjusting the measurement grade grouping. This regulation has been reviewed and approved by the Technical Committee of the National Chemical Powder Engineering Design Center.
The authorized unit responsible for the specific interpretation of this regulation is the National Chemical Powder Engineering Design Technology Center (No. 268, Geguan Road, Dachang District, Nanjing) The main editor of this regulation revision: China Wuhuan Chemical Engineering Company Main drafters: Huang Xuequn, Xu Xiangming, Yan Fumin1bzxZ.net

Explanation of terms used in this regulation,

1General'
1.0.1 This regulation aims to determine the regulations that must be followed in the design of the equipment and product inspection for the packaging measurement accuracy of powder and granular products in chemical production equipment, so as to improve the design quality and production management level.
1.0.2 This regulation stipulates the packaging measurement accuracy and inspection methods of chemical powder and granular products, and is applicable to the selection and inspection of packaging equipment in the production process of chemical powder and granular products such as fertilizers, plastic soda ash, detergents, dyes, and fine chemicals. Inspection, can also be used as a basis for assessing the process performance of packaging systems for quality sampling inspections in chemical production equipment.
This standard does not apply to the inspection of measuring scales (such as electronic scales, mechanical scales, etc.) for packaging equipment. Measuring scales on packaging equipment must comply with the provisions of the "Verification Procedure for Gravity Automatic Loading Scales" (latest version). Measuring scales that have not been verified according to this "Procedure" and that have been verified to be non-compliant with the requirements of this "Procedure" shall not be used in packaging equipment for chemical powder and particle products.
Measuring Grade Grouping
Measuring is divided into 7 groups and 28 grades, as shown below (unit: kg): Group 1 (3 grades): 0..10, 0.15, 0.20 Group 2 (2 grades): 0.25, 0.30
Group 3 (2 grades): 0.40, 0.50;
4 groups (5 levels): 1, 2, 2.55, 10;
5 groups (2 levels): 12.5, 15;
6 groups (7 levels): 20, 25, 40~50~100, 150200:7 groups (7 levels): 400, 500.600, 700.800, 900.1000.3.0.1
3 Accuracy requirements
The accuracy requirements of this regulation refer to the minimum requirements. 3.0.2'The measurement errors listed in this regulation refer to dynamic errors. 3.0.3 The allowable measurement errors of each group and level of packaging are shown in Table 3.0.3. Among them, "the allowable error of a single bag refers to the maximum allowable deviation of the mass of each bag from the nominal value, which is the basis for the minimum requirements for the accuracy of the measuring instruments on the packaging equipment. "Average allowable error" refers to the maximum difference between the average value and the nominal value. It is the overall average standard deviation of the packaging measurement accuracy sampling inspection, and it is also the highest indicator of the quality difference of the packaged finished product batch inspection. 3.0.4
Material categories are divided according to the value of chemical powder and granular products, see Table 3.0.4. Table 3.0.4
Material category division
Chemical powder and granular product value
When the material particle size composition is less than 40% of the components below 65um, or the bulk (stacking) density of the material is less than 600kg/m2, when selecting packaging equipment, it is recommended to consider the packaging measurement error as low class, the lowest is Class C.
For examples of material category division, see Appendix B of this regulation. Quality level

Test conditions
4.0.1 The accuracy level of the calibration measuring instrument used for the sample to be inspected shall be higher than the accuracy level of the measuring instrument on the packaging equipment used, and its comprehensive tolerance shall not be greater than 1/3 of the measuring instrument on the packaging equipment used. The tolerance of the standard code used for verification shall be less than 13 of its comprehensive tolerance.
This inspection is an inspection in use and is carried out under working conditions. 5..0.1
5 Sampling inspection plan
The inspection of samples can be carried out bag by bag with relative static accuracy using standard calibration measuring instruments, or can be carried out continuously with dynamic accuracy on fully automatic standard production line calibration measuring instruments (automatic checkweighers). 5.0.2 This regulation adopts a one-time sampling inspection plan for measurement with specified mass nominal values and allowable errors. That is, a decision of "acceptance" or "rejection" is made on a single sampling. 5.0.3 When using static accuracy to calibrate each bag on a calibration meter, the number of bags required for inspection (i.e. the number of random sampling required for each batch of samples) shall be selected according to Table 5.0.3-1 when inspecting packaging equipment; and may be selected according to Table 5.0.32 when inspecting packaged chemical powder and granular products.
