This standard applies to HR type spiral tube heat exchanger for mechanical seal system. 2 Reference standards GB150 Steel pressure vessels 3 Types and basic parameters 3.1 Type The structural type of HR spiral tube heat exchanger for mechanical seal system is shown in the figure below, where the spiral tube is divided into single layer, double layer and three layers. The welding requirements of HR type spiral tube heat exchanger shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB150. 5.2 The spiral tube is wound with 1Cr18Ni9Ti seamless steel pipe. 5.3 Each heat exchanger shall be tested for internal pressure on the tube side and shell side with water. 6 Testing method Tube side internal pressure test Before assembly, install the heat exchanger core components, block the outlet of the circulation pipeline with a screw plug, and pressurize the liquid inlet. Exhaust the air during pressurization, then wipe off the water droplets attached to the outside, pressurize to 1.25 times the design pressure, and maintain the pressure for at least 5 minutes. During this period, the display of pressure gauge 2 is not allowed to drop and no liquid leaks. 6.2 Shell side pressure test JB/T6631-1993 Install the heat exchanger core components and shell, tighten them with bolts, and then test them according to the method described in Article 6.1, and maintain the pressure for at least 10 minutes. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking The heat exchanger should have a product mark. The product model, name, maximum pressure, maximum temperature, production unit, and date of manufacture shall be indicated on the label. 7.2 Packaging, transportation, and storage 7.2.1 The product packaging shall be able to prevent damage and loss of parts during transportation. 7.2.2 Before the heat exchanger leaves the factory, the water in the heat exchanger and the pipes must be drained and blown dry with compressed air; the joints and pipes shall be oil-sealed, and all openings shall be sealed with screw plugs or covers. 7.2.3 The validity period of the product oil seal is 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. If it is overdue, it shall be regularly inspected and re-sealed if necessary. 7.2.4 The product shall have a product certificate, which shall indicate the product model, name, manufacturer, production date, and the signature of the inspector. 7. 2. 5 The heat exchanger shall be packed in wooden boxes or corrugated paper before leaving the factory. The product shall be stored in a clean and dry warehouse.
