Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T2724.3——1995 idt ISO 2321: 1983 Test Methods for Rubber Threads Accelerated Aging Test in Relaxed State Published on June 30, 1995 Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Implemented on January 1, 1996 Standard Search Network Foreword This standard is formulated by adopting the twelfth part of the international standard TSO2321:1983 "Rubber Threads-Test Methods", and is equivalent to it in terms of technical content and writing rules. The accelerated aging test method for rubber threads in relaxed state formulated by adopting international standards also provides method standards for the accelerated aging test items in the formulation of rubber thread product standards. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Latex Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by: Latex Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard were Kang Ronghua, Wen Sizheng, and Xia Yingyuan. 10 ISO Foreword ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a global federation of national standards associations (ISO member bodies). The work of formulating international standards is carried out through ISO technical committees. Any member group interested in the items established by the technical committee has the right to participate in the committee. All governmental and non-governmental international organizations that have relations with ISO can participate in this work. The draft international standards adopted by the technical committees should be sent to the member bodies for approval before they can be approved as international standards by the ISO Council. International Standard ISO2321 was prepared by ISO/TC45\Rubber and Rubber Products\Technical Committee. This second edition was submitted directly to the ISO Council in accordance with Section 6.11.2 of Part 1 of the ISO Technical Work Guidelines. This second edition replaces the first edition (ISO 2321:1975) and has been approved by the following national member bodies: Belgium Bulgaria Canada Czechoslovakia Federal GermanyWww.bzxZ.net Ireland Israel Italy For technical reasons the following national members have expressed disapproval of this document: Portugal Romania This International Standard also replaces Annex 1—1975, Annex 2—1980 and Annex 3—1980.1 Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Test methods for rubber filaments Accelerated aging test in the relaxed state This standard specifies the test method for accelerated aging of rubber filaments in the relaxed state. This standard applies to rubber threads made of natural rubber and synthetic polyisoprene rubber. 2 Reference standards HG / T 2724. 3 1995 idt 1S0 2321: 1983 The following standards contain provisions that constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When the standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB294I-91 Standard temperature, humidity and time for environmental conditioning and testing of rubber specimens cqvISO471: 1983, eqy ISO 1826: 1981) HG/T3512-83 (89) Rubber hot air aging test method (ncqISO188:1976) HG/T2488-93 Rubber rubber thread tensile properties determination (idLISO2321:1983) HG/T2724.7-1995 Rubber rubber thread test method determination of constant stress (i1ISO232:1983) 3 Overview 3.1 The reverse accelerated aging test of rubber thread in a relaxed state is to determine the changes in the physical properties of the rubber thread after being subjected to hot air treatment in a certain excess atmosphere for a specified time. 3.2 These accelerated aging tests are only of comparative value and cannot be used as an accurate indicator of the storage life of rubber threads because the aging test conditions cannot accurately simulate various storage conditions. 4 Principle 4.1 The aging performance of rubber wire is usually evaluated by the test results of three physical properties: tensile strength, breaking elongation and Schwartz value. 4.2 These properties of the sample before aging are measured according to the provisions of HG/T2488 and EIG/T2724.7. The interphase performance of other samples is measured after 14 days of hot air treatment at 70±1℃, and the results are compared with the performance of the sample before aging. 4.3 Other properties can also be compared similarly. 5 Apparatus The hot air circulation oven should comply with the provisions of GB/T3512. 6 Test steps 6.1 Park the sample according to the provisions of GB2941. The sample should be clean. Dry and have no appearance defects. 6.2 The test specimens shall be prepared and marked in accordance with the provisions of HG/T2488 and IIG/T2724.7. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 30, 1995 and implemented on January 1, 1996 HG/T 2724. 3 —1995 6.3 Before aging, the three properties of the sample shall be measured according to the provisions of HG/T2488 and HG/T2724.7.6.4 Pre-adjust the oven to 70±1℃, place the sample in the oven, and keep it in a relaxed state for 14 days. At the end of aging, take the sample out of the oven and keep it for no less than 16 hours according to the provisions of GB2941.6.5 After aging, the three properties of the sample shall be measured according to the provisions of HG/T2488 and HG/T2724.7. 7 Result Expression The test results shall include: The median value of each physical property measured before aging: a The median value of each physical property measured after aging; b. The percentage change of each property after aging treatment shall be calculated according to the following formula: X.-x. Where: X. — is the property value before aging: X—— is the property value after aging. 8 Test Report The test report should include the following contents: Source of sample and identification mark; Standards based on which the test is conducted; Test temperature and humidity: Number of samples: Test method and equipment adopted; Test data and results; Test date: Tester.
