Some standard content:

HG / T 2S77 - 1997
This standard is a revision of the original GB/T7056--86 "Test method for pull-out force of sandal upper straps". During the revision, this standard added reference standards, definitions and other contents, specified the time interval between the test and vulcanization, and the temperature and coagulation during the test. The original standard 3.2 stipulates that the sample should be drawn according to the provisions of 5.2 in GB/T4492-82, and it was revised to the sample drawing according to the provisions of 6.1 in GB/T10508--89. The provisions of 3.3 of the original standard, which stipulates that the width is 15.0mm±0.5mm, the length is 40mm, and the thickness is 15mm, and the provisions of 3.6 of the original standard, which stipulates that the length is not less than 40mm, are now revised to adopt the provisions of 3. in GB/T180492, and are revised to 15.0mm±1mm in width, 40.0mm±1.5mm in length, and 15.0mm±1mm in thickness.
From the date of implementation of this standard, the original GB/T7056-86 is abolished. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China, and this standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Rubber Shoes Research Institute. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Rubber Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Chen Lishan and Cai Shengbei. ICS 61.060

Test Method for Pull-out Force of Upper Bands of Slippers or Sandals
Deterministic of pull-out force of upper bands from bottom of slippers or sandals1 Model
HG / T 2877 - 1997
This standard method is divided into Method A and Method B. Method A is applicable to the determination of the pull-out force of the upper straps of slippers and sandals manufactured by the cold bonding process. Method B is applicable to the pull-out force of the upper straps of slippers and sandals manufactured by the assembly process. It is not applicable to the determination of the pull-out force of the upper straps of slippers and sandals manufactured by molding, injection molding and other processes.

3 DefinitionsbzxZ.net
This standard adopts the following definitions:
Upper strap pull-out force: the force required to pull out a certain width of upper strap according to the specified method. 4 Principle
From the slippers and sandals, cut the sample of the upper strap and the sole bonding part, put it in the clamp, and use the tensile testing machine to measure the maximum load when the upper strap is pulled out from the sole test block.
5 Testing instrument
5.1 This test is carried out on a tensile testing machine. The maximum load of the tensile testing machine is not more than 500N. The tensile testing machine must have a maximum breaking strength indication device.
5.2 The descending speed of the lower clamp of the tensile testing machine is (100±5) mm/min. 5.3 Clamp
5.3.1A method horizontal pull-out force clamp, see Figure 1HG/T2877-1997
Figure 1A method horizontal pull-out clamp
A method vertical pull-out force clamp, see Figure 2Figure 2A method vertical pull-out clamp
5.3.2B method pull-out force clamp, see Figure 3. Cloth sample
HG/T287-1997
6.1 Take samples according to the provisions of 6.1 in GB/T10508 and do the pull-out force test of the upper. 62 The samples must be cut from the finished shoes. Before cutting the sample, the parking time of the finished shoe shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB.2941. 6.3 Cut the upper strap and the sole connected to the upper strap from the finished shoe, with a width of 15.0mm±1mm and a length of 40mm±1.5mm (based on the outer bottom edge). Take the inner bottom surface as the reference and the thickness of the sample is 15.0m±1mm. 6.4 Use a blade to cut off the insole and upper strap with a length of 15.0mm±1mm based on the inner bottom edge. 6.5 Both the front and rear upper straps should be tested. If the width of the upper strap is less than 15mm, take a sample and test it according to the actual width, and then convert it into 15mm wide data.
6.6 For the sample of method B, retain the length of the upper strap 40mm±1.5mm. Cut a sample from the sole longitudinally at a distance of 20.0 mm ± 1 mm on both sides of the edge of the embedded buckle, and horizontally at a distance of 10.0 mm ± 1 mm from the edge of the embedded buckle near the center line of the sole. 7 Test steps
7.1 The test conditions of the sample shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2941. 7.2 Use a ruler with an accuracy of 0.5 mm to measure the length and width of the test range of the sample, accurate to 0.5 mm. 7.3 Adjust the zero point of the testing machine and adjust the descending speed of the testing machine fixture to ( 100±5) mm/min7.4 The fixture with the sample is installed in the socket of the lower clamp, the side strap is clamped in the lower clamp, the lower clamp is driven to measure the maximum load when the side strap is pulled out,
8 Test results
8.1 Method A The side strap pull-out force Fn is the maximum load when it is pulled out, N8.2 Method B The pull-out force Fb of the embedded buckle is the maximum load when each embedded buckle is pulled out, N.&3 The arithmetic mean of more than three samples is the measurement result. 9 Test report
The test report should include the following contents:
a) Name and number of the sample (or shoe); b) Source of the sample;
c) Name of the upper, base material and adhesive; d) Sampling location;
e) Pull-out force;
Pull-out state;
g) Test room temperature and humidity;
