The standard specifies the basic dimensions, main performance indicators and technical requirements of conventional cementing plugs (hereinafter referred to as plugs). This standard is applicable to cementing plugs used in cementing operations in Shishan gas drilling and engineering. Model and basic dimensions
The plug consists of a main body and a core, and is divided into lower plugs and upper plugs according to its use. The structure of the lower rubber plug is shown in Figure 1, and the structure of the upper rubber plug is shown in Figure 2. 2.1

2.2 Basic dimensions

3 Technical requirements

3.1 Cement rubber plugs with avoidance should comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The material of the rubber plug body is nitrile rubber, and its performance requirements are as follows: a. Tensile strength: should not be less than 20MPu
6. Shore hardness: Shore hardness 75~80#
c. Aging coefficient should be greater than or equal to 0.85 (experimental conditions: 120℃, 24h) 3d. Volume expansion rate: soaked in No. 15 machine culvert or drilling fluid for 24h, the volume expansion rate is not greater than 3%, e. Elongation: should be greater than 300%.
3.3 The core material of the rubber plug is glass fiber reinforced plastic, aluminum or hard rubber with Shore hardness above 90. 3.4 The product surface shall not have impurities, bubbles, cracks and uneven purity. 4 Inspection
4.1 Each product shall be inspected as follows: a. The size of the rubber plug
b. The hardness of the rubber of the main body,
, and appearance inspection.
4.2 The products to be approved shall be sampled and tested according to the following requirements: a. After the products are immersed in diesel at room temperature for 24 hours, they shall be placed in the test device shown in Figure 3 and pressure tested with diesel as the medium. b. The aperture E of the support ring shall comply with the lower aperture size in Table 1: c. The test pressure of various rubber plugs with the largest aperture of 127~240mm is 15MPa, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5min, and there shall be no pressure drop. The test pressure of various rubber plugs with the largest outer diameter of 270~335mm is 10MPa, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5min, and there shall be no pressure drop. d. The number of samples shall be 5% of the batch (but not less than 3 pieces). If there are unqualified ones, the sampling shall be doubled. If there are still unqualified ones in the doubled sampling, they shall be inspected piece by piece and qualified before leaving the factory. 5 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
5.1 Apply the hot rubber product mark (red paint dot) on the inner side of the upper lip of the rubber plug. 5.2 Use self-adhesive tape to mark the product model, number, manufacturer, manufacturing date and inspection code on the surface of the rubber plug. 5.3 The storage room of the rubber plug should be ventilated and dry, and the temperature should be kept between -15 and 40℃. 5.4 The product should be packed in cardboard boxes, and the following marks should be made on the outside of the box: product name, model, net weight, gross weight, box size, factory time, shipping station, arrival station, and shipping unit. 5.5 The product is prohibited from contacting with acid, alkali, oil, and organic solvents during storage and transportation.
