HG / T 2797. 6—1996
This standard is a method standard, which is equivalent to the international standard ISO1306:1987 "Determination of pouring density of pelletized carbon black". The main technical differences between this standard and ISO1306:1987 are: ISO1306 does not specify the precision of the test results, this standard stipulates that the difference between two test results shall not exceed 5 g / dm, this standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China; this standard is under the jurisdiction of the Carbon Black Industrial Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; this standard is drafted by the Carbon Black Industrial Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; the main drafters of this standard: Yu Lian, Li Yufeng, Xue Lei, 33
ISO former
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide joint organization of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of formulating international standards is usually carried out by ISO technical committees. Any member group interested in a certain profession of the established technical committee has the right to participate in the committee. International organizations of various governmental or non-governmental institutions that have contact with ISO can also participate in this work. Before the international standard is adopted by the ISO Council, the technical committee sends the draft international standard to each member group for voting. According to ISO requirements, at least 75% of the qualified groups vote in favor before it can be formally passed. International standard ISO1306 was formulated by ISO/TC45 Rubber and Rubber Products Technical Committee. This standard is the third edition with minor modifications to the second edition, canceling and replacing the second edition (ISO1306:1981). Users should note that all international standards are revised from time to time. If there is no other explanation, the other international standards cited in this article refer to its latest version.

The following standards contain provisions. The provisions of this standard are constituted by reference in this standard. At the time of publication of the standard, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB8170-87 Numerical Rounding Rules www.bzxz.net
HG/T2796-1996 Silicon Aluminum Carbon Black Packaging, Transportation, Sampling and Acceptance Methods 3 Principle
Calculate the pouring density by weighing the mass of known volume of silicon lead carbon black. 4 Apparatus
4.1 Pour density cup, volume 1000cm, diameter 100±10mm, pouring density cup height uniform, no deformation, no pouring outlet.
Note: Density cups of other volumes can also be used, but the test results must be consistent with the density cup of the specified volume. 4.2 Ruler or scraper, length at least 130mm. 4.3 Balance: accurate to 0.1.g.
5 Sampling
Perform according to Chapter 5 of HG/T2796
6.1 Pour enough silicon aluminum carbon sample into the center of the density cup about 50mm above the edge of the weighed density cup to form a circle above the density cup. Hold a ruler or scraper vertically and close to the upper edge of the density cup to scrape the silicon aluminum carbon black on the density cup to make the surface horizontal. 6.2 Weigh the density cup containing silicon aluminum carbon black to an accuracy of 0.1g! Calculate the mass of silicon aluminum carbon black. 7 Results are shown
7.1 The pouring density d of silicon aluminum black is expressed as the mass per unit volume in g/dm or k/m, and is calculated according to the following formula: Instructions for use:
1) ISO 1306 stipulates that it is accurate to 1 g+ Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 10, 1996 and implemented on January 1, 1997
Where: m——mass of silicon aluminum carbon black, g; volume of a density cup, dm
7.2 Test result value
HG / T 2797. 6 — 1996
The test result shall be rounded to one decimal place, and the average of the two test results shall be taken, and then the test shall be corrected according to the relevant provisions of GB81708 Precision
Allowance: The difference between the two test results shall not exceed 58/dm9 Test report
The test report shall include the following contents:
Standard abbreviation based on which the test is conducted:
Complete serial number and place of origin of the sample;
Average value of the two test results
Record abnormal phenomena that occur during the test;
Test date.
If the volume of the density cup is not 1000cm3, the volume of the density cup may be indicated.
