1 Scope

3.1 The labels and tags printed or pasted on the yellow explosive packaging should be accurate, firmly fixed, and in accordance with the requirements of the United Nations Dangerous Goods Transport Inspection and Transfer Stamp Template.
3.2 The surface of the yellow explosive packaging should be clean and no residue, river frame, penetration or paint flow is allowed. 3.3 The yellow phosphorus packaging selected by the enterprise must be consistent with the properties of the yellow phosphorus before consumption. In addition, the yellow phosphorus packaging requirements specified in the "National Dangerous Goods Transport Recommendation Specifications" shall be checked and verified. The inspection results shall be consistent with the actual load.
3. The yellow phosphorus parts after sliding shall not be replaced. When the phosphorus in the barrel is completely empty, the yellow phosphorus shall be protected by water to prevent it from contacting with air during transportation. The minimum distance between the inner surface of the filter element and the inner wall of the filter element should not be less than 3 m. The space between the top and bottom of the filter element should not be greater than 5% of the total volume of the filter element. 3.5 The closure of the filter element should be tightly combined with an appropriate sealing ring. 5.1 Check whether the selected precious phosphorus packaging is suitable for the quality of the product, whether the whole packaging has passed the Class I rapid performance test, and whether its application form, factory inspection result form and performance inspection result form are specified: the number should be consistent with the actual product. 5.3 Check whether the yellow phosphorus packaging has a closure and whether the drawing is complete. Check whether the gross weight of the liquid is lower than the maximum gross weight of the packaging parts. 6.1 The yellow phosphorus production enterprise shall ensure that the used packaging is in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and issue relevant inspection and identification: the user shall confirm the provisions of this standard, and the acceptance inspection of the yellow phosphorus packaging shall be initiated. 6.2 Identification items shall be inspected on the key items in Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 of this standard. 6.3 The number of parts to be inspected shall be determined according to the order quantity, but the number of parts to be inspected shall not exceed the maximum batch size specified in 4.1. 6.4 The validity period of the inspection report shall be calculated from the date of the assembly, and the validity period shall not exceed one year, but this validity period shall not exceed the validity period of the performance inspection report.
6.5 If there is any unqualified packaging, it will be judged as unqualified. If there is any unqualified packaging, it will be judged as unqualified. After the above items are determined, an inspection report will be issued. 6. If the unqualified batch is handled, the unqualified special packaging parts in the unqualified batch will be returned for processing or removed, and then re-inspected with a slightly lower degree of strictness. 2
