Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
HG/T2765.4—1996
Published on January 24, 1996
Blue Glue Indicator and Color-changing Silica Gel
Implemented on January 1, 1997
Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China
WHG/T2765.4—1996
This standard blue glue indicator is equivalent to the Russian national standard rOCT8984—75 (91), and its technical indicators are better than rOCT8984-75 (91). Color-changing silica gel is formulated with reference to rOCT8984—75 (91). The main technical differences between this standard and rOCT8984—75 (91) are as follows: 1 This standard specifies two varieties of blue glue indicator and color-changing silica gel, while TOT8984-75 (91) does not include color-changing silica gel. 2 The wear rate and 120℃ heating loss indicators are added to ensure the service life of the product and the interests of users. The important technical content changes of GB/T7822-87 in this standard are as follows: According to the characteristics of the color-changing silica gel currently produced, the "light purple" appearance when RH=50% is added to the color development project. HG/T2765 is divided into the following independent parts under the general title of "Silicone": HG/T2765.1 Silica gel fine pore silica gel
HG/T2765.2
Coarse pore silica gel
HG/T 2765.3
HG/T2765.4
HG/T2765.5

Test method
From the date of entry into force of this standard, GB/T7822-87 will be invalidated at the same time. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Tianjin Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The drafting units of this standard are Qingdao Ocean Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Dongfeng Chemical Plant, and Tianjin Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Ninghua, Hu Ximei, Fan Guoqiang, Jiang Junhua, and Du Jian. 1

Blue Glue Indicator and Color-changing Silica Gel
HG/T2765.4—1996
This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of blue glue indicators and color-changing silica gel. This standard applies to blue glue indicators and color-changing silica gel made from fine-porous spherical silica gel or fine-porous block silica gel and impregnated with cobalt chloride. Blue glue indicator is mainly used to indicate the saturation degree of desiccant and the relative humidity of the space medium in sealed packaging and precision instruments; color-changing silica gel is mainly used as a desiccant and indicator, and is used for moisture-proofing of general sealed packaging and instruments. 2 Reference standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. 4.2 Determine the number of sampling units in accordance with the provisions of 6.6 of GB/T6678. Use a sampler to take samples from the upper, middle and lower parts of the package. Mix the samples evenly. Use the quartering method to reduce to about 500g, immediately put into two clean, dry wide-mouth bottles and seal them. Stick labels on the bottles, indicating the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date and name of the sampler. One bottle is used as a laboratory sample, and the other bottle is kept for three months for reference.
4.3 If one of the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-sample from twice the amount of packaging should be checked. If only one of the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products shall be unqualified. 5 Test method
5.1 Use the rounded value comparison method specified in 5.2 of GB/T1250 to determine whether the test results meet the standard. 5.2 Determination of particle size qualification rate
According to Chapter 3 of HG/T2765.5.
5.3 Determination of abrasion rate
According to 4.1 of HG/T2765.5.
5.4 Determination of adsorption amount
According to 6.2 of HG/T2765.5.
5.5 Determination of heating loss
According to Chapter 8 of HG/T2765.5.
5.6 Identification of color change
Operate according to Chapter 14 of HG/T2765.5.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The packaging of blue glue indicator and color-changing silica gel should be firmly and clearly marked, including the manufacturer's name, address, product name, trademark, net weight, batch number and production date, the number of this standard and the "handle with care" mark and "afraid of moisture" mark specified in GB191. 6.2 Each batch of products shipped from the factory should have a quality certificate. The content includes the manufacturer's name, address, product name, trademark, net weight, batch number or production date, proof that the product quality meets this standard and the number of this standard. 6.3 Blue glue indicator and color-changing silica gel are double-layered. The inner bag is a polyethylene film bag with a thickness of not less than 0.1mm. The outer bag is a plastic woven bag (select the corresponding model according to the provisions of GB/T8946). Each batch of packaging materials should be sampled and inspected, and its performance and inspection methods should comply with the provisions of GB/T8946. The net weight of each bag is 20kg, 25kg, 50kg or 100kg. Special packaging shall be agreed upon by both the supply and demand parties.
HG/T2765.4—1996
6.4 The inner bag of the package is sealed with two ties or heat seals to ensure a tight seal, and the outer bag is sewn by a sewing machine with a stitch length of no more than 7 to 12mm. The stitches are neat and uniform, without leaking seams or skipping stitches. 6.5 Blue glue indicators and color-changing silica gel products should be kept away from moisture during transportation, and the packaging bags should be handled with care to avoid damage. 6.6 Blue glue indicators and color-changing silica gel products should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid moisture and mixed storage with volatile substances. 3
