This standard replaces NY/T288--1995 "Green Food Tea".
Green food is a safe, high-quality, nutritious food. In order to ensure the quality of green food tea, this standard is specially formulated. This standard is proposed and managed by China Green Food Development Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Tea Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The main drafters of this standard are Fu Shangwen, Lu Zhenhui, Liu Xin, Wu Zhixiang and Zhang You. This standard was first issued in 1995.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Green foodgreen food
Food that is produced in accordance with the principle of sustainable development, approved by a specialized agency, and permitted to use the green food logo, and is pollution-free, safe, high-quality, and nutritious.

4 Requirements
4.1 Color grade
The classification of green food tea shall comply with the national standards, industry standards, local standards or enterprise standards of conventional tea actually implemented by the product.
4.2 Basic requirements
4.2.1 The product shall have the natural quality characteristics of various types of tea, and the quality shall be normal, without deterioration and odor. 4.2.2 The product shall be clean and shall not contain non-tea inclusions. 4.2.3 No coloring, no addition of any artificially synthesized chemicals and fragrance substances. 4.3 Quality requirementsbzxZ.net
The sensory quality of green food tea shall comply with the quality characteristics of the physical standard sample of this level or the quality requirements of the national standards, industry standards, local standards or enterprise standards of conventional tea actually implemented by the product. 4.4 Physical and chemical quality

4.5 Hygiene indicators

5 Test method
5.1 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8302.
5. 2 Inspection by the tea maker

5.2.1 The evaluation of tea grade quality shall be based on the comparison with the physical standard sample, and mainly on sensory inspection, that is, the quality of tea shall be evaluated according to the normal vision, taste, taste and touch of the inspectors.
5.2.2 The evaluation method of tea is adopted that evaluates both dry and wet tea, and pays equal attention to appearance and internal quality. 5.2.3 The sensory quality evaluation adopts a five-grade system, namely high, slightly higher, equivalent, slightly lower and lower. 5.3 Testing of hygiene indicators
5.3.1 The detection of lead shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5009.12. 5.3.2 The detection of copper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5009.13. 5.3.3 The detection of 666 and DDT shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5009.19. 5.3.4 The detection of dicofol, cypermethrin, bifenthrin, cypermethrin and deltamethrin shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 17332. 5.3.5 The detection of methylphosphamidon and acephate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB14876. 5.3.6 The detection of dimethoate, dichlorvos, fenthion and quinalphos shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5009.20. 5.4 Net content detection
For the net content detection, the product without packaging shall be weighed with a scale with a sensitivity of 1g and compared with the product label value. 5.5 Packaging label detection
The packaging label detection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB7718. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Batch rules
Products shall be in batches (marks) as units, and the color, grade or tea number, pile number, packaging and unit weight of the same batch (mark) of tea shall be the same. 6.2 Delivery (ex-factory) inspection
6.2.1 Before each batch of products is delivered (ex-factory), the production unit shall conduct an inspection. Only products that have passed the inspection and are accompanied by a certificate of conformity can be delivered (ex-factory). 6.2.2 Delivery (ex-factory) inspection includes sensory quality, moisture, net powder content and packaging label. 6.2.3 Total ash content and hygiene indicators are delivery (ex-factory) sampling inspection items. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1. Type inspection is a comprehensive assessment of product quality. If any of the following situations occur, type inspection shall be conducted on product quality. a) Application for green food label and annual random inspection: b)

d) The national quality supervision agency or competent department has put forward type inspection requirements. 6.3.2 Type inspection is to inspect all the requirements of this standard. 6.4 Judgment rules
6.4.1 If all the inspection results meet the technical requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as qualified. 6.4.2 Any product that does not meet the provisions of Article 4.2 and any product that does not meet the technical requirements of the hygiene index shall be judged as unqualified products, and the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
6.4.3 During the delivery inspection, according to the inspection items specified in Article 6.2.2, if any product does not meet the technical requirements, it shall be judged as unqualified products, and the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
6.4.4 During the type inspection, if there is one product that does not meet the technical requirements in the various inspection items specified in the technical requirements, it shall be judged as a non-conforming product, and the batch of products shall be judged as non-conforming. 6.5

6.5 Inspection
When there is an objection to the inspection result, the retained samples shall be re-inspected, or double sampling shall be taken from the same batch (mark) of products according to the provisions of GB/T8302, and the non-conforming items shall be re-inspected, and the re-inspection results shall prevail. 7 Marks and labels
7.1 Marks
7.1.1 The green food mark (including patterns and text) can only be used on tea products within the scope of the green food certificate issued by the green food certification organization. The mark should be eye-catching, neat, standardized, clear and durable. 7.1.2 The use of the green food mark on product packaging shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. 7.2 Labels
The packaging labels of green food tea shall comply with the provisions of GB7718. 8 Packaging, storage and transportation
8.1 Packaging
8.1.1 The packaging materials shall be dry, clean, and free of odor, and shall not affect the quality of tea. 8.1.2 The packaging shall be firm, moisture-proof, neat, and able to protect the quality of tea, and convenient for loading, unloading, storage and transportation. 8.1.3 The packaging paper shall comply with the provisions of GB11680. The packaging storage and transportation graphic signs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T191. 8.2 Shelter
8.2.1 Strictly abide by the provisions on food storage in the Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China. It is strictly forbidden for green food tea to come into contact with toxic, harmful, odorous, and easily contaminated items. 8.2.2 Green food tea shall be stored in a clean, dry, cool, and odorless tea warehouse, and there shall be no foreign air pollution around the warehouse. 8.3 Transportation
8.3.1 The means of transport should be clean, dry and free of odor. It is strictly prohibited to mix or transport with toxic, harmful, odorous and easily contaminated items. 8.3.2 The transport packaging should comply with the packaging regulations of green food tea, and be firm, neat and moisture-proof. 8.3.3 During transportation, it should be stable, moisture-proof, rain-proof and sun-proof. During loading and unloading, it should be loaded and unloaded gently to prevent collision. 66
