This standard adopts the terms specified in HY/T049 and the following definitions. Recovery rate recovery
The ratio of the produced water flow rate to the inlet water flow rate, expressed as a percentage. 4. Test method and apparatus
4.1 Test method
4.1.1 Determine the desalination rate of the membrane assembly by testing the conductivity or chloride mass concentration of the produced water and the inlet water under specified conditions. 4.1.2 Determine the water production volume by using a produced water flow meter. 4.2 Reagents
Sodium chloride: chemically pure;
Distilled water or deionized water: its conductivity is less than 10uS/cm. 4.3 Test device
4.3.1 The hollow fiber reverse osmosis module test device is assembled from the following equipment according to Figure A1 in Appendix A, mainly including: a circulating water tank;
a pressure regulating valve;
a booster pump;
a pressure gauge with an accuracy of ±1.5%;
a precision filter;

4.3.2 Parts in contact with the test liquid, such as water tanks, water pumps, pipes, valves, etc., should be made of stainless steel or non-toxic plastics resistant to corrosion by the flowing medium. Ordinary carbon steel, cast iron or galvanized materials shall not be used. 4.3.3 The allowable working pressure of the pressure-bearing parts shall be greater than the test pressure of the hollow fiber reverse osmosis assembly. 4.3.4 After assembly, the test equipment shall be cleaned with cleaning fluid and tap water. The test system shall not contain oil and other impurities that may damage or contaminate the membrane.
4.4 Test instruments
Conductivity meter, with temperature compensation function, accuracy of ±1.0% (FS); thermometer, 0℃~50℃, accuracy of ±0.2℃; beaker.
5 Test conditions
5.1 Influent
The influent of the tap water membrane module is 500mg/L NaCl solution; the influent of the brackish water membrane module is 5000mg/L NaCl solution; the influent of the seawater membrane module is 30000mg/L NaCl solution. 5.2 Test pressure
The test pressure of the tap water membrane module is 1.5MPa; the test pressure of the brackish water membrane module is 3.0MPa; the test pressure of the seawater membrane module is 5.5MPa. 5.3 Influent temperature
The influent temperature is 5℃~35℃.
5.4 Recovery rate
The recovery rate of the tap water membrane module is (60±2)%; the recovery rate of the brackish water membrane module is (60±2)%; the recovery rate of the seawater membrane module is (30±2)%. 5.5 Pre-pressurization time
Run for 1 hour under the test conditions specified in 5.2 and 5.4. 6. Test steps
6.1 Preparation before test
6.1.1 Prepare the inlet water into the NaCl solution specified in 5.1 according to the reagents specified in 4.2. 6.1.2 Connect the hollow fiber reverse osmosis module to be tested with the test device. 6.1.3 Set the concentrated water regulating valve to the fully open state. 6.1.4 Start the booster pump and the high-pressure pump in turn, and make the system run at low pressure (0.1MPa~0.3MPa) for 5 minutes to exhaust the gas in the module.
6.1.5. Make the test system reach the requirements of 5.2 and 5.4 through the pressure regulating valve. 6.1.6 Pre-pressurize for 1 hour according to the requirements of 5.5.
6.2 Measurement of inlet water temperature

After draining some of the accumulated water at the inlet sampling port, collect water samples with a beaker and measure the inlet water temperature. 6.3 Determination of desalination rate
6.3.1 Conductivity method
6.3.1.1 After draining some of the accumulated water at the inlet and production water sampling ports, wash the beaker three times with the solution to be tested and collect water samples. 6.3.1.2 According to the instructions for use of the conductivity meter, select the electrode and measurement conditions, and adjust the conductivity meter. After washing the electrode three times with the solution to be tested, insert it into the beaker containing the solution to be tested, select the corresponding range, and read the reading on the meter. 6.3.1.3 When testing brackish water membrane modules and seawater membrane modules, the inlet water sample should be diluted to less than 1000 mg/L for measurement, and the reading on the meter should be multiplied by the dilution factor.
6.3.2 Chemical analysis method
The mass concentration of NaCl solution in influent and produced water shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T11896. 6.4 Determination of produced water
According to the reading of produced water flow meter.
6.5 Determination of concentrated water
According to the reading of concentrated water flow meter.
6.6 Test interval
6.6.1 Repeat the tests of 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 every 15 minutes until the relative error of the three test values ​​of produced water and conductivity is less than 5% (the produced water is corrected to 25℃).
6.6.2 If the actual parameters of 5.2 or 5.4 need to be adjusted during the test, the test shall be repeated in accordance with the provisions of 6.6.1. 1 hour after the adjustment.
6.6.36.2 and 6.4 shall be measured simultaneously, and the interval time shall be less than 5s. 6.7 Protection of the tested components
6.7.1 After the test is completed, fully open the concentrated water regulating valve to reduce the pressure of the high-pressure pump to 0.1MPa~0.3MPa, and flush the components for no less than 10 minutes. The seawater membrane components are flushed with the produced water of the components. 6.7.2 Protect the hollow fiber reverse osmosis components according to the requirements provided in the product manual. 7 Calculation
