This standard color card is suitable for textiles The naming of nine categories of dye products, including direct, vulcanization, reduction, reaction, chromogenic, acidic, medium, dispersed and cationic, is used to determine the color name and the suffix indicating the color and light in the dye product name. 1 The composition of the standard color card
This standard color card is based on visual inspection and CIE1976L\α\b* colors in GB6689--86 "Determination of Color Difference of Dyes" under the specified dyeing depth, according to different brightness and different colors. The full set of color cards is divided into 37 color areas with roughly equal changes in space, totaling 469 color cards. Among them, the dyeing depth of the three color zones of fluorescent pink, brilliant peach red and peach red meets 1/3 of the standard dye dyeing depth, and the dyeing depth of the remaining 34 color zones of the color card meets 1/1 of the standard dye dyeing depth.
For the name and arrangement of the standard color card, see Appendix A (Supplement) 2 Specifications of the standard color card
This standard color card is divided into two specifications: Type A and Type B. 2.1 Type A true color cards come in two sizes.
2.1.15cm×5cm, pasted on white cardboard, it is the original standard volume and is archived and kept. For instrument testing and duplication. 2.1. 22.5cm × 2.5cm, pasted on white cardboard, for naming review units to review the naming. 2.2 Type B natural color card size is 1.6cm × 2.2cm, bound into a volume, for dye production and research units to use for initial naming. 3 Quality indicators
3.1 Appearance requirements
The surface of the color card of this standard must be evenly marked, have no color spots, no stains, no fabric defects, and the fabric thickness should be uniform. 3.2 Depth and color light error
3.2.1 Depth error
The dyeing depth of this standard color card is consistent with GB4841.1-84 "1/1 Dye Dyeing Standard Color Card" and GB4841.4 --85 "1/3 Dyeing Standard Depth Color Card" shall not be lower than level 4 when evaluated according to GB250-84 "Gray Sample Card for Assessing Discoloration". 3.2.2 Chromatic light error
Comparison between Type B version and Type A version of this standard color card and the allowable error of color light during copying shall not be lower than level 4 to 5 when evaluated according to GB250-84.
4 How to use
The method of use is in accordance with the provisions of GB3389.1-86 "Principles for Naming Dye Products (Dye for Textiles)" issued by the National Bureau of Standards on November 24, 1986
