Daily Ceramic Flame Tunnel Kiln
Grade Assessment Method and Assessment Standard
This standard is used as the evaluation standard for the thermal performance, management and operation level of daily ceramic flame tunnel kilns. 1 Subject content and scope of application
QB/T 1703--1993
This standard specifies the assessment standards for the economic, technical and management contents of daily ceramic flame tunnel kilns (hereinafter referred to as "kilns"), including file management, production safety, industrial hygiene, measurement level, energy-saving measures, product firing quality, unit energy consumption, thermal efficiency, etc. This standard is applicable to the assessment of tunnel kilns fired with coal, oil and gas fuels for the production of daily ceramics. 2 Reference standard
QB/T1493 Determination and calculation method of thermal balance and thermal efficiency of daily ceramic flame tunnel kilns 3 Assessment scope
Enterprises engaged in the production of daily ceramics.
4 Evaluation conditions
4.1 The kiln must be in continuous, stable and safe production, with no production stoppage accidents in a year (continuous production stoppage for more than three days is considered an accident) to be eligible to apply for grade evaluation.
4.2 All dense furnaces that apply for grade evaluation must have their thermal balance and thermal efficiency measured in accordance with QB/T1493 by local departments at or above the municipal level with measurement certificates, and have complete measurement reports. During the review, the administrative department will review the information. 4.3 All rich furnaces that apply for grade evaluation must have complete kiln files. Including design drawings, thermal balance measurement reports, maintenance records, operating procedures, positions Responsibility system, original records of product quality and energy consumption. Fill out the application form three months in advance, in five copies, and submit it to the relevant administrative departments and China Ceramic Industry Association.
5 Evaluation method
In principle, the administrative department and the China Ceramic Industry Association entrust the dense furnace grade evaluation team composed of various regions to conduct the preliminary evaluation work, and the preliminary evaluation results shall be reported to the National Daily Ceramic Kiln Grade Evaluation Committee for examination and approval. If necessary, spot checks and re-examinations shall be carried out on the dense furnaces that have been initially evaluated to ensure the seriousness of the evaluation work. The permanent institution of the National Daily Ceramic Dense Kiln Grade Evaluation Committee is located in the Energy Saving Technology Center of the China Ceramic Industry Association. Grade
The grades of dense furnaces are divided into special, first, second and third grades. Those that do not reach the third grade are considered out-of-grade. The levels reached by various grades of kilns: Special international advanced level
