Foreword This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Boiler Standardization (CSBTS/TC73). The drafting unit of this standard: Jinan Boiler Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Qiangjun, Song Decai, Tan Meijian1 JB/T103552002 In recent years, the chain grate boiler of the coal thrower has been further researched and developed, and some foreign technologies have been introduced. In view of the strong adaptability of the coal type of the coal-feeding combustion method of the coal thrower and the fast load adjustment of the boiler, in order to make the coal thrower widely used, this standard is specially formulated. This standard is mainly based on the pneumatic mechanical coal thrower, and the mechanical coal thrower and pneumatic coal thrower are supplemented. Since the adjustment of the range of the pneumatic mechanical coal thrower and the mechanical coal thrower is mainly completed by the coal unloading body of the coal feeder, this standard considers the coal feeder integrated with the coal thrower. m 1 Scope Technical conditions for boiler coal throwers JB/T10355—2002 This standard specifies the technical requirements, acceptance methods, acceptance rules and paint packaging for boiler coal throwers (including integrated coal feeders). This standard applies to pneumatic mechanical coal throwers, pneumatic coal throwers and mechanical coal throwers for boilers. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For any dated referenced document, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, the parties to an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. GB/T6414 Dimensional tolerances and machining allowances of castings GB/T9437 Heat-resistant cast iron parts GB/T9439 Grey cast iron parts 3 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Output The amount of coal thrown per hour by each coal thrower under specified conditions. Note: The unit of output is kg/h. Range spreading distance The maximum distance that the coal thrower throws coal under the condition that the coal quality meets the requirements of this standard. Note: The unit of range is m. Spreaders to ker equipment Coal throwers and integrated coal feeders. Discharge adjustment A device used in the coal feeder to adjust the coal drop point of the coal thrower (pneumatic mechanical coal thrower, mechanical coal thrower). 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The coal thrower should be suitable for the following coal qualities: a) External moisture content is not more than 12% b) Coal particle size is: maximum size does not exceed 35mm: 5mm~10mm does not exceed 35%: less than 5mm does not exceed 30%. 4.2 The coal thrower should be able to operate stably in an environment where the temperature of the installation location is not more than 60℃. 4.3 The high-temperature part of the coal thrower in contact with the furnace body should take cooling measures or use heat-resistant materials. 4.4 The coal thrower device should avoid bearing the weight of the coal dropping device in the boiler room, and a gate should be installed at the outlet of the coal dropping device to facilitate the control of coal volume or maintenance. 4.5 The range of the coal thrower should be adjusted arbitrarily within 50%110% of the rated range.一 JB/T10355-—2002 4.6 The fine powder of the thrown coal should be able to be thrown in a directional manner without obvious floating phenomenon. 4.7 The adjustment range of the coal unloading body of the pneumatic machinery or mechanical coal thrower shall not be less than 60mm4.8 The gray iron castings in the coal thrower device shall not be lower than HT200 and comply with the provisions of GB/T9439. The heat-resistant cast iron parts shall meet the requirements of the installation position temperature and comply with the provisions of GB/T9437. 4.9 The casting tolerance of the casting shall comply with the requirements of GB/T6414 and the design drawings. 4.10 The seals on each bearing device shall be tight and strong. 4.11 The pulleys and transmission pairs on the transmission device shall be equipped with safety covers. Each transmission and adjustment mechanism shall have no obvious vibration during operation, and its noise shall be less than 7OdB (A). 4.12 The coal thrower shall meet the following technical requirements after assembly: a) The coaxiality error between the rotor shaft and the shaft hole shall not exceed 0.08mm. b) The verticality of the left and right wall plates and the parallelism deviation of the two wall plates shall be less than 0.5mm. c) The assembly tolerance of the coal feeder integrated with the coal thrower is. 1) The coaxiality error between the rotating shaft and the shaft hole shall not exceed 0.08mm: 2) The parallelism deviation of the center line of the active shaft and the passive shaft is less than 0.5mm. 5 Performance test and test conditions 5.1 Performance test The following performance tests shall be carried out for the same design model or modified designa) Range test: It can be adjusted arbitrarily between 50% and 110% of the rated range. b) Output test: It can be adjusted arbitrarily between 50% and 110% of the rated output. c) Spreading uniformity test: Determine the particle distribution state within the adjustment output and range. 5.2 Test conditions 5.2.1 The test should be carried out on the boiler or on the moving grate surface. 5.2.2 The recommended height of the center line of the coal thrower mouth from the throwing surface (combustion surface or simulated combustion surface): a) Mechanical coal thrower is 1.5m. b) Pneumatic mechanical coal thrower is 1.8m. c) Pneumatic coal thrower is 2.0m The above heights can be appropriately adjusted according to the design range of the coal thrower. Location of noise test point: a) 1m away from the coal thrower. b) More than 1.2m above the ground. 6 Inspection and acceptance 6.1 The coal thrower should be inspected in accordance with the provisions of this standard and design drawings. 6.2 The water-cooled part of the equipment should be tested for sealing at a water pressure of 0.5MPa, and the pressure should be maintained for 2min. No leakage is allowed. 6.3 After the whole machine is assembled, it should feel easy to turn the main shaft of the coal thrower by hand. All adjustment parts should be flexible. 7 Paint, packaging and random documents 7.1 The surface of the main body of the coal thrower device should be coated with anti-rust primer and topcoat, and the topcoat should be uniform and beautiful. 7.2 The connection surface and machined surface should be coated with anti-rust grease or butter. 7.3 The color of the topcoat and protective measures can also be determined according to user requirements. 7.4 The equipment should be packed before leaving the factory, and the transmission device accessories, vulnerable and easy-to-lose parts, etc. should be packaged separately to prevent loss. 7.5 Each coal thrower device must be inspected and qualified and the certificate of conformity must be filled out before it can leave the factory. 2 The random documents shipped from the factory should include the following: Design specification: Installation and operating instructions; Test report; Product certificate.
