oil pump, spray, mixer, injector, air filter: and diesel filter: water pump, water tank, condenser, heat exchanger and fan,
oil pump, oil cooler and oil coarse and fine filter: supercharger and intercooler of supercharged diesel engine; safety device (starting protection, high temperature and low oil protection of engine oil, etc.). 10.3 During the test period, the number of downtimes for repairs due to failure of non-main parts shall not exceed 4 times, and the number of replacement parts shall not exceed 5 times. Note: The number of downtimes for repairs and the operating time due to failure of other external factors such as power outages shall not be counted, but the monitoring shall be recorded. Except for the velvet core and rubber seal.

Method for determining oil consumption
The diesel engine with rated power of 12l power and sustained power is the rated working condition: the diesel engine with rated power of 1h power and 15min power is 90% and 85% of the rated power respectively. A2 Determination method
Preheat the diesel engine until the oil humidity reaches the value specified in the instruction manual or 85℃±5%, then stop the engine, turn the crankshaft 3 times to make the piston of the first cylinder at the top dead center, and then drain the oil until the oil is cut off. Add new oil to the middle position of the dipstick and record the added oil. Run continuously for 12 hours under the above operating conditions, and drain the oil in the same order after stopping when the above phase oil temperature is reached, and measure the reset value. Calculate the total consumption by the difference in weight of the added and drained oil. White benzene water

When the heat gradually breaks down: valves 1, 3, and Lu open: valves 2 and 4 are closed. When the shifter ring: 2, 4 open: valves 1, 3, and 8 are closed. Valves 5 and 6 are used to adjust the water temperature.

Control force photo1 Standard) The following seven major seasonal changes:
Diesel engine speed, head rate, torque, fuel consumption rate, atmospheric pressure, reverse gas temperature, water outlet temperature, engine pool temperature, exhaust temperature, diesel engine speed, gas temperature before full turbine, intercooler cooling medium inlet temperature, etc. 10 Evaluation of test results
101 After the reliability and durability test, at the rated power, the fuel consumption rate shall not be greater than 102% of the rated value, the oil consumption rate shall not be greater than 125% of the rated value, and the exhaust temperature shall not be higher than 110% of the rated value. Other performance indicators shall comply with the provisions of the design task book or technical documents.
10.2 During the test, the following main parts of the diesel engine shall not be replaced: a) Parts
