1.1 Appearance
1.1.1 Vanadium has a silver-grey metallic luster and dendritic crystals. .1.1.2 The product shall not have visible inclusions. 1.2 Physical properties
Product particles shall not be less than 0.25mm.
1.3 Chemical composition
According to the different impurity content of the product, the product is divided into four grades, and its chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of the following table: Chemical composition, %

2.2.1 For each batch of less than two bottles, the number of sampling bottles is 100%; for more than two bottles, the number of sampling bottles is 50%, but not less than two bottles. 2.2.2 Each bottle of product is reduced to 20g by quartering, crushed to less than 3mm, mixed and then reduced to 20g. After the analysis sample is washed with 0.5% dilute hydrochloric acid, iron, chromium, aluminum, silicon and carbon are analyzed. 2.2.3

3 Acceptance rules
3.1 Products should be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch of products consists of the same furnace and brand. The batch size shall not exceed 10kg. 8.2 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's quality supervision department to ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 3.3 The purchaser may inspect the received products. If the inspection results do not conform to this standard, the purchaser shall report it to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the production station and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. If the analysis and inspection results are unqualified, double-estimated samples shall be taken for re-inspection of the unqualified item. If there are still two unqualified results in total,
the batch of products is unqualified.
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The products shall be packed in clean and dry glass, the bottles shall be evacuated and filled with argon and tightly sealed with wax, and the net weight of the bottles shall not be greater than 1 kg. .1
Each bottle is attached with a label, indicating: product name, product batch number, brand, net weight and packaging date. 4.2Put the glass bottles into plastic bags or special boxes, and then put them in wooden boxes. Stuff the box tightly with soft objects to prevent movement, and fasten the outside of the box with wire. The net weight of each box shall not exceed 10k. A sign or label is attached to the outside of the box, indicating: supplier name, product name, product brand and packaging date, and "handle with care", "take care" signs or symbols. During the transportation of products, strictly prevent moisture and violent collision to avoid damage to the packaging. 4.3
The products should be stored in a safe place to prevent oxidation and deterioration. Best product quality certificate
