Representation of coating
This standard applies to the marking of coating on the surface of metal baking and non-metal products. The basic group or
UDC 621.795.3
GB4054--83
The coating symbol in the material coating mark is composed of four parts: coating symbol, material color (or code), model (or name), appearance grade and use environment conditions. Each part is connected by a dot ".". The arrangement is as follows;
Use environment conditions
Appearance grade
Coating color (or code)
Model (or name)
Coating symbol
2 Representation method
The coating symbol is represented by the first letter "T" of the Chinese pinyin of the word "涂". 2.1
2.2 Paint color (or code), model (or name), generally refers to the topcoat paint, 2.2.1 Paint color according to the national standard GB3181-82 "Paint film color standard sample" provisions. 2.2.2 Paint model according to the national standard GR2705-81 "Paint product classification, naming and model" provisions. 2.3 Appearance grade is divided into four levels, with Roman numerals I, II, II, N respectively, appearance characteristics see Table 1. Table 1 Appearance grade
The coating surface is full, glossy (except matte and semi-gloss materials), flat, smooth, uniform color, beautiful, and fine geometric shape. Basically no mechanical impurities, no trimming marks and other defects, art coating should also have a smooth texture, uniform distribution, prominent features and strong art effect. For coating of products with high-grade finishing requirements
National Bureau of Standards 1983-12-19 Issued
1984-10-01 Implementation
GB 4054-83
Continued!
The coating is basically flat and smooth. The color is basic and consistent, the geometric shape is well modified, there are few micro impurities, obvious trimming marks and other defects, and there are no defects that affect the protective performance. The texture should be clear, the distribution should be relatively uniform, and it should have artistic characteristics.
For products with relatively high decorative requirements, the coating is complete and there is no significant difference in color. There are a few fine machine impurities, trimming marks and other defects on the surface. There are no defects that affect the protective performance. The artistic coating should also have artistic characteristics. For coating of products with general decorative requirements, the coating is complete. Defects that do not affect the protective performance are allowed. For products without decorative effects, except for love
2.4 The use environment conditions are divided into four categories: general, harsh, marine, and special, which are represented by the Chinese pinyin letters Y, E, H, and T respectively. The condition characteristics are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 Use Environment Conditions
The temperature is between 40: and 55℃
When the relative humidity is higher than 30℃, the relative humidity shall not exceed 90%, and when the relative humidity exceeds 90%, the temperature shall be lower than 30℃, and it shall not be directly affected by rain, humidity, seawater, etc., and there shall be no or only a small amount of industrial gas, sea cold and sunshine. For example: working environment in the machine room or laboratory (except chemical laboratory), working environment in outdoor case not affected by snow, sea fog, wind and rain, etc., with temperature between +5℃ and +85℃, or between -40℃ and -55℃, or between -40℃ and +55℃, with relative humidity above 90%, and temperature above 30℃! Working environment directly affected by rain, snow, wind, sand, sunshine, etc. For example, working environment under outdoor exposure conditions, etc., directly affected by seawater or working environment under marine "climatic conditions. For example, working environment in seawater or on the deck of a ship, etc., continuously or periodically affected by water (especially high-temperature water); directly affected by acid, alkali solution or acidic, alkaline gas! Continuous influence of high temperature from +85℃ to -155℃ or direct influence of high temperature above +155℃, or direct influence of low temperature below -5℃: short-term influence of arc and discharge, special working environment affected by radiation, such as water-resistant coating, resistant Acid and alkali resistant coating:
Oil and gasoline resistant coating:
High temperature resistant and low temperature resistant coating,
Insulation coating,
Radiation proof coating
Other special coatings, etc.
3 Marking requirements
GB4054—83
3.1 If the coating requirements for the inner and outer coatings of the coated product are different, the different parts are distinguished by a horizontal line "一一", the line below is the coating requirements for the outer surface coating, and the line below is the coating requirements for the inner surface coating. 3.2 If the pre-treatment method must be indicated, the pre-treatment method is separated from the coating mark by a line "/\". The oblique line on the front is the pre-treatment method, and the right side is the coating mark. The pre-treatment method is in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB1238-76 "Methods for Metal Coating and Chemical Treatment".
3.3 The layers of the composite coating should generally not be reflected in the coating mark. When necessary, the layers to be indicated can be indicated in the order of application. The layers are separated by slashes "/". 3.4 If there are special requirements for coating application, which cannot be clearly expressed by the above method, it is allowed to be described in words. Toxic Marking Examples
Example 1: Products used in general environmental conditions: The surface is coated with dark green (G05) A04-9 amino baking enamel, and processed according to Grade II appearance grade, marked:
T Dark green A04-9·IY
Example 2: Products with outer surface coating in general environmental conditions and inner surface coating in special environments requiring oil resistance, the outer surface is coated with light gray (B03) G04-9 perchlorethylene enamel, and processed according to Grade II appearance grade, the inner surface is coated with iron red (R01) C54-31 alkyd enamel, and processed according to Grade II appearance grade, marked: RCHRN
Example 3: Products used in general environmental conditions, the surface is coated with light yellow (Y06) C04·42 alkyd enamel, the outer surface is processed according to Grade I appearance grade, and the inner surface is processed according to Grade IV appearance grade, marked:·y
T(Y06)C04-42
Example 4 Products used in marine environments, both inner and outer surfaces are painted with iron blue (PB10) G52-31 peroxide anticorrosive paint, and processed according to the appearance grade of Class III. Pre-treatment is sandblasting, and when it is necessary to indicate, mark PS/T + (PB10) G52 31EH
Example 5 Products used in harsh environments + inner and outer surfaces are painted with milk sleeve color (Y03) B04-9 internal acrylic enamel, covered with B01-3 acrylic varnish, and processed according to the appearance grade of Class II. Pretreatment adopts electrochemical oxidation followed by chromate sealing: When it is necessary to indicate, mark:
DY -GF/T .EB04-9/B01-3 * I +EGB 405483
