5. 1 Manufacturing requirements
The breathing apparatus shall be manufactured according to the approved samples and technical documents in the prescribed procedure. 5.2 Structural requirements
1) The respirator can be used immediately after opening: there should be no unnecessary movements; the respirator should be composed of a protective hood, a medicine tank and an air storage bag; the connection should be secure and should not be disassembled under unavoidable circumstances;
2) The respirator should be equipped with a reflective mark around the head of the protective hood; if the protective hood is made of a material with reflective properties, the reflective mark may not be set;
3) The medicine end should have a heat-proof cover; the inlet and outlet should be small; the whole seal of the respirator should be opened. 5.3.1 Material requirements
All metal parts of the breathing tube shall be tested for corrosion, and their surface shall be free of defects such as burrs, etc. The metal parts shall be made of metal materials.
5.3.2 Abrasion resistance of materials
The aging resistance of plastic materials shall meet the requirements of 5.3.2 of GA2091S99. 5.33 Rubber materials in contact with the outside of the medicine shall be tested for performance.
