National Standard of the People's Republic of China This standard applies to paper used for offset multi-color printing of topographic maps, maps and atlases. 1 Classification GB 2675 — 1.1 Map paper is divided into two types: special number and one number. Special number is used to print topographic maps; one number is used to print maps and atlases. 1.2 Paper size: 787×1092mm, 850×1168mm, 590×940mm, 920×1180mm, 940×1180mm. The size error shall not exceed ±3mm, and the deflection shall not exceed 3mm. Paper of other specifications and sizes may be produced according to the requirements of the order contract. 2 Technical requirements 2.1 The technical indicators of map paper must comply with the provisions of the following table. 1. During the inspection, first check the external packaging, and then take samples from them for inspection. 3.4 If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples shall be taken from double the number of paper pieces, and the indicators that do not meet the requirements of the first sample shall be re-tested. As a result of the re-test, even if only one piece of paper does not meet the requirements, the entire batch of paper shall be classified as unqualified products. The manufacturer shall be responsible for handling it. 3.5 The sampling and handling of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB450-79 "Methods for the sampling of average samples of paper and paperboard and the handling of samples before inspection". 4 Packaging and marking 4.1 Each ream of paper shall be wrapped into small packages with kraft paper or paper bag paper of not less than 60g/m2, and each package of paper shall be attached with a paper selection card. 4.2 The net weight of each piece of paper shall not exceed 200kg. 4.3 The paper wrapped in small packages shall be wrapped into large packages with three layers of 80g paper bag paper according to the number of reams with a net weight not exceeding 200kg, and a piece of moisture-proof paper and yellow board paper shall be placed on the top and bottom, and the pieces shall be made with wooden plywood that meets the standards. 4.4 The lead wire used for making the pieces is 10*. 4.5 After the pieces are made, a certificate of conformity shall be affixed to each piece of paper, and the production date shall be indicated and the longitudinal direction of the paper shall be marked on the wooden plywood. 5 Transportation and Storage 5.1 Paper should be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow and ground moisture. 5.2 Use a canopied and clean transportation vehicle for transportation. 5.3 Do not drop paper from a high place.
