3.1 Product Type and Specification

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The shearing machine must conform to the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Castings shall comply with the provisions of Articles 1.6 and 1.7 of QB/T842.2. 4.3 Forgings shall comply with the provisions of Article 1.7 of QB/T842.3. 4.4 Heat-treated parts
4.4.1 The surface shall not have defects such as lines and burns. 4.4.2 The color of the oxide film of surface-oxidized parts shall be uniform and no marks shall be allowed. 4.5 The surface of stamped parts shall be flat, the edges shall be straight, and no cracks and rust shall be allowed. 4.6 Welded parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.10 of QB/T842.4. 4.7 The plating layer of electroplated parts shall be uniform in color and no defects such as marks, bubbles, exposed bottom and scratches shall be allowed. 4.8 Painted parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.7. 4.9 Knife set
4.9.1 The radial circle runout tolerance of the outer circle of the knife roller to the common axis of the two supports shall not be less than Grade 9. 4.9.2 The roundness tolerance value of the two supports of the knife roller shall not be less than Grade 8. 4.9.3 The surface roughness R. value of the two supports of the knife roller shall not be less than 1.6um. 4.10 Spiral blade
4.10.1 The spiral lead error of the spiral blade shall not exceed ±5mm, and the hardness of the blade edge after heat treatment is HRC50~54. The hardness error of the blades in the same group shall not be greater than HRC4. 4.10.2

4.11.1 The hardness of the blade edge after heat treatment is HRC5458. 4.11.2 The straightness tolerance value of the blade edge shall not be less than Grade 8. 4.12 Assembly technical requirements
4.12.1 When assembling the blades, the mass of the blades in the same group is similar, and the error shall not be greater than 0.10kg. 4.12.2 After the knife roller is assembled, a dynamic balance test is required, and the accuracy level shall not be lower than G16. After the cutter roller is assembled, the radial runout value of the outer circle of the cutter roller to the common axis of the bearing shall not be greater than 10 levels. 4.12. 3
4.13 The temperature rise of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 40°C after the machine runs idle for 2 hours. 4.14 The electrical system shall be coordinated, accurate and reliable, and the insulation and protection performance shall comply with the relevant provisions of Articles 5.1 and 13.1 of GB/T5226.
4.15 All exposed moving parts shall have protective covers. 4.16 Accessories, purchased parts and outsourced parts must have certificates that meet quality requirements and can only be used after passing the inspection. 140
4.17 Performance of the whole machine
4.17.1 The machine should run smoothly without abnormal phenomena. 4.17.2 All fasteners should be firm and not loose. QB/T 1489--1992
4.17.3 The sound power level of the noise when the whole machine is running at no load shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12071, and its value shall not exceed 102dB(A). 4.17.4 No-load power test When the whole machine is running at no load, the power value (excluding the motor's own power consumption) shall not exceed 40% of the rated power of the motor.
4.17.5 The time from the start of use of the machine to the first overhaul shall not be less than 7200h. 4.18 Work quality After shearing, the fur and fur are neat, without false hair, and the broken hair is sucked clean. 5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions The ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40℃, and the altitude shall not be higher than 1000m. 5.2 The hides used for the load test shall be hides that meet the relevant quality standards. 5.3 The basic parameters in Table 3 are tested by tachometer, steel tape measure and sensory organs. 5.4 For 4.9.1 and 4.9.2, use a dial indicator to test in accordance with the provisions of 4-3 and 3-3 of GB/T1958. 5.5 For 4.9.3, use a surface roughness comparison sample to test. 5.6 For 4.10.1, use a special mold and a steel tape measure to test. 5.7 For 4.10.2 and 4.11.1, use a Rockwell hardness tester to test. 5.8 For 4.11.2, use the provisions of 1-1 of GB/T1958. 5.9 For 4.12.1, use a platform scale to weigh the mass of each blade. The mass difference of blades in the same group shall not exceed the provisions of 4.12.1. 5.10 For 4.12.2, use a dynamic balancing tester to test. 5.11 For 4.12.3, use a dial indicator to measure the radial runout values ​​at the two steps of the knife set, and the maximum value shall not exceed the provisions of 4.12.3.
For 4.13, use a point thermometer to measure.

6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Each product must be inspected before leaving the factory. The inspection items are the items specified in Articles 3.3, 4, 7, 4.8, 4.12.3, 4.13~4.15 and 4.17.1~4.17.4 of this standard.
6.1.2 Before leaving the factory, each product must be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department in accordance with Article 6.1.1, and the product certificate must be issued before it can be released.
6.2 Type inspection
6.2. 7 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. When the product is put into production:

6.2.2 The items of type inspection are the inspection items specified in this standard and the items specified in 4.9, 4.12.14.12.2, 4.12.3.4.18.

6.2.4 If the type inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted for inspection; if it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

7.3 Transportation
Be careful when transporting and loading. It is strictly forbidden to turn it upside down to prevent violent cracking and vibration, and to prevent damage to parts and paint. 7.4 Storage
