3 Technical Requirements
3.1 General Requirements
3.1.1 The coil pipe shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The surface of all ferrous metal parts should be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. 3.1.3 The fins of the heat exchange tube should be neat, straight, evenly spaced, and should be in close contact with the tube. 3.1.4 The coating of heat exchange tubes that have been thermally dip-plated or used other anti-corrosion and seal-gap treatments should be uniform and Smooth, the connection between the fins and the heat exchange light tube should be firm, and the rewinding and selection of the heat exchange tube should be trimmed after immersion plating. 3.1.5 The basic type and size of welded joints should comply with the regulations of GB985. 3.1.6 The weld should be free of cracks, pores and other defects, and should smoothly transition to the base metal. Welds with plate thickness not exceeding 3mm should have no undercut; welds with plate thickness exceeding 3mm should have undercut depth not exceeding 0.8mm. 3.1.7 The dimensional tolerance of the center distance of the flange connection holes should comply with the requirements in the figure below and Table 2.
