There are many varieties of automation components for hydro-generator sets, and the batch is the smallest. The principle for determining variety specifications is: under the premise of meeting the use requirements, the variety specifications are minimized.
2 Provisions for Product Modification
The appearance dimensions, installation dimensions, basic structure and performance of a series of products are modified. 3 New products included in the model spectrum and modification procedures
3.1 Products to be included in the model spectrum or modified shall be reported by the manufacturing unit to the competent department after factory tests and power station tests, and the performance meets the provisions of JB3303-83 "Basic Technical Conditions for Hydropower Actuation Systems and Components", and sent to the relevant units. 3.2 After the product has been tested in actual operation in the power station for more than half a year and confirmed to have stable performance and more advanced technical and economic indicators than the previous products, the manufacturing unit shall report to the competent department (copy to the relevant unit) and organize relevant units to conduct retrospective appraisal of the new product (or modified product) according to the type test requirements in B3303, and be included in the model spectrum after approval by the Ministry, or replace the old product with the modified product. 3.3 All products that have been qualified and included in the model spectrum must have a label with the words "Conform to JB3303·83" on the product. 3.4 The development technology of new products is subject to the restrictions of this model spectrum.
